Proposal for the automation of the production line for the grinding of compressor part

The topic of this diploma thesis was chosen by Valeo Compressor Europe Company. The aim is to propose an automation of the production line for grinding of a compressor part. The part is internally termed “Cylinder,” and it is an integral part of a new type of a rotational compressor for air-conditioning units of automobiles. The diploma thesis includes a complete proposal for the automation of workplace. The current state, the proposal of the concept, technical specification of the project, and the choice of a suitable supplier and economical assessment are included. The data were provided by Valeo Compressor Europe Company.

Design of automation of assembly line operation for Dynamic assembly part of piston compressor

The topic of this master’s thesis is the design of automation assembly station for the completion of part of KC88 compressor in Valeo company. The thesis contains the study of the existing conditions of the old station with operator, measure times and process flow. Based on the findings, the aim is to propose the best solution of workplace arrangement and to design construction solution of the main parts of the automatic assembly station. The result of this thesis is the design of the automatic station with a robot, transport systems, evaluation in terms of return investment and saving process time. The thesis also includes partial drawings and 3D documentation.

Electron beam welding of parts made from aluminium alloy

The topic of this thesis was ordered by Valeo Compressor Humpolec Itd (further referred to as Valeo). It deals with the electron welding of a component made of an aluminium alloy, a piston specifically, which is made for an automobile air-conditioning compressor. The aim of this thesis was to analyze and suggest a way of increasing porosity of the welded area. The data needed for the analysis and the present state of the welded area was provided by Valeo.

The aim of this thesis was to design the robotic handling system of CNC production line based on requirements of Valeo Compressor Europe in Humpolec. The theoretical part of this thesis includes the profile of the company, analysis of handling system and automated workstations used in production system. The practical part of this thesis includes analysis of the current state and design of handling system for CNC production line. There is recovery of investment analysis for the designed line and summary at the last part of diploma project.

Quest for truth as a fundamental moral claim

Is it possible to describe questing for truth as a fundamental moral claim? If so, in what meaning than? The goal of the submitted work is to find the answer to these questions. As the starting point of reflections serves a characteristic of a man as a person in spirit of dialogical personalism. This correspond with personal project conception of moral truth. That is put in connection with the life story of Jesus of Nazareth as a true man. With the assistence of the terms "conscience" and "liberty" is the final conception of moral truth set in a wider purview of ethical reflections and consequently confrontated with teaching of encyclical "Veritas splendor".

Title: Technique of Hurdle Clearing in 400 Meters Hurdles Authors: Jiří Jakoubek Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: The aim of this thesis is to describe technique of hurdle clearing in 400 meters hurdle race using study review and to examine this technique at particular athlete during training and racing sessions in 400 meters hurdles race. Methods: Technique was compared and examined at young athlete. Two kinograms were used for analysis, one from training and one from racing session. The comparison was made using third hurdle in second track. One hurdle clearance from each training and racing sessions with clearly visible individual phases of hurdle crossing were used. For better and well-arranged comparative analysis the same athlete was always examined. Technique of hurdle clearing is analysed thanks to using kinogram. The captured record was transmitted into appropriate format and elaborated in Kinovea program. For superior quality of presented snapshots program Corel photo-point 9.0 was used. Results: The goal of this thesis is to analyze technique of clearing the third hurdle in 400 meter race at particular athlete and to find differences and imperfections in applied technique. Elaborated: Jiri Jakoubek Supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Aim of the thesis: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate content analysis of training load and to compare universal and special training indicators during two consecutive annual training cycles, specifically during the 2009 - 2010 and 2010 - 2011 annual training cycles at 400 meter hurdles race. Methodology: Data for the practical part of the thesis were obtained by using quantitative content analysis method, which means that individual special as well as universal training indicators were acquired from personal training diaries. Those indicators were then evaluated according to intensity level, rest interval and classification into periods of annual training cycle. For quantitative comparison, indicators of workload were divided into universal and special ones. Results: Very important influencing factor of performance progress at 400 meter hurdles race is increased number of stretches for most specific training indicators, especially in the endurance part.
