Proposal of Marketing Strategy of Company Injeton Plast s. r. o.

Bachelor’s thesis named Proposal of Marketing Strategy of INJETON PLAST s. r. o. company is dealing in its first part with theoretical marketing solutions providing analysis of present situation of the company from both macro and micro views. Conclusions of performed assessment are summarized in SWOT analysis based on which proposals of changes in marketing strategy of the company are made and which should aim to stop decreasing trend of revenues and to their progressive growth.

This thesis deals with the issue of using songs in English language teaching at lower secondary schools. The thesis comprises of two parts a theoretical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part, I mostly describe and explain the basic terms used, such as song, music and rhythm. The teaching methodology and song activities that can be used in English lessons are also included in this part. Further, I also deal with the influence of music on students and the atmosphere in the classroom in connection with music. Based on these findings, I prepared four English lesson plans in accordance with Educational Framework and school curriculum. These lessons also correspond to the topics or grammatical structures that the students currently deal with in their lessons. The main focus is placed on the skills and subskills that are developed by the particular activities. All these lessons were put into practise at lower secondary school level. Subsequently, I also give feedback on these lessons. Another part of this thesis consists of an analysis of English textbooks with respect to the usage of songs and song activities in lessons. For this purpose, four volumes of the textbook Project Third Edition were chosen. These textbooks were analysed from the point of view of the main educational aims and types of activities, mostly with respect to the skills and subskills practised via these songs.

The aim of this thesis is comparison of Saroyan?s literary output which concerns mostly stories with Salinger?s novel The Catcher in the Rye as well as several Salinger?s stories. The thesis is mainly focused on the motives of childhood which can be found in both Saroyan?s and Salinger?s books. The thesis further compares the style of writing of both authors, their different background and also occurrence of autobiographical features in their books.
Political marketing - Image of political parties in the Czech republic

The topic of this thesis is political marketing with a focus on marketing communication of Czech political parties. Its title is "Image of political parties in the Czech republic" and describes use of political marketing and its methods or instruments in Czech political environment. At first the thesis describes methods of political marketing especially marketing communication and how five chosen Czech political parties (ODS, ČSSD, KSČM, TOP 09, VV) use them. What is useful, where are mistakes etc. The thesis is focused on image of chosen parties. The aim is to find out, if the identity (planned image) of political parties corresponds with perceived image by young people (18-30 years, university educated). Due to this aim a focus group and a quantitative research were conducted. Their results were compared with planned image detected in interviews with marketing managers of particular parties (except VV). Moreover the thesis contains recommendations for parties for improving their communication to achieve their planned image.
Psychological aspects of the promotion of McDonald's

This bachelor's thesis aims to explore the psychological aspects of the promotion of McDonald's. In doing so, it describes the use of psychology in advertisements, PR and sales promotion of this worldwide company. To begin the thesis describes and analyzes the psychological aspects of promotion in general and then focuses on the psychology of McDonald's' promotion. In adition to exploring McDonald's' promotional techniques, the thesis compares it to their direct competitors in the Czech market (KFC, Burger King). Overall, the thesis aims to discover whether McDonald's' promotional tactics correlate with the perception of the Czech consumers. Due to I made a quantitative research and compare it's results with the mentioned intentions of McDonald's.
