In this thesis are described firstly fundamental principles of currently used mechanisms and secondly the components used to design mechanisms. In the last part is described the calculation of the main shaft, bearings and the engine. Attached are drawings of the designed device.

The bachelor thesis is primarily describing communication mix of the company Autopark Brno a. s., that is dealing with Kia cars selling. The thesis is divided into three parts. First one is a theoretical part about marketing communication, which is used as base of analytical part. Next part contains information about the company’s marketing communication, its SWOT analysis, and description of each component of its communication mix. The last part describes a suggestion for the propagation improvement. This should be leading to bigger company image awareness, so it should raise the sells too.

The aim of this work was to analyze the administration of drugs by nurses to patients hospitalized in one health facility providing inpatient care in the South Bohemian region with emphasis on medication errors and their prevention. Methodology: This diploma thesis is part of a long-term observation-intervention project, which takes place in the years 2020-2023. The surgical, internal medicine and aftercare departments were observed. Data collection for this work took place in the form of direct observation by a trained team of pharmacists and nurses, from June 28 to July 1 and from August 23 to August 26, 2021, for three consecutive days. Analysis of the Drug Related Problems in Facilities for Seniors I. Author: Veronika Duchoňová1 Tutor: Josef Malý1 1 Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University Introduction and aim: The aim of the thesis was to revise the medical documentation in the aftercare health facility, to classify the identified drug related problems (DRP) and to describe the chosen DRP by the SAZE principals. Methodology: The data collection for this thesis took place in ONLP in the time period from the 27th of August to the 30th of August 2019. The aim of the auditors was a revision of phamacotherapy of all 76 patients. A complete electronic and printed medical documentation was provided. The DRP were identified based on the information about a patient and described by the SAZE principals. The DRP were reported in the electronic database according to the modified PCNE classification V5.01. All obtained data was exported to the Microsoft Office Excel in the form of tables and processed by freqency analysis. Six case studies with the detailed description of the patient and the pharmacist's analysis by the SAZE principals were demonstrated. Unless properly treated, it leads to higher mortality and morbidity rates. Early detection of such fibrillation, which is often asymptomatic, may prevent further associated complications, especially ischemic stroke, and a sudden cardiac death. Aim: The thesis focused on the feasibility of involving pharmacists in the screening of the patients with heart rhythm disorders. Further increase awareness of the possibilities and meaning of monitoring heart rhythm disorders in pharmacies and ensure that patients can verify their own heart rate at home. They are heavily used in oncology for their wide range of indications. They are used as a monotherapy as well as in combination with traditional chemotherapy. Use of biological treatment can reduce the amount of treatment cycles of chemotherapy and reduce unwanted adverse effects. Antidepressant (SARI, NDRI, RIMA) Consumption in Czech Republic Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy Author: Veronika Bucková Supervisor: PharmDr. Pavel Horký, Ph.D. Antidepressants are drugs used mainly to treat pathologically low mood and anxiety disorders. The antidepressants focused in this work from the SARI, NDRI and RIMA groups are also used in the treatment of insomnia, smoking cessation, as support in weight reduction and in some psychogenic sexual dysfunctions. The goal of this work is to analyze the consumption of antidepressants from the SARI, NDRI and RIMA groups in Czech Republic. The data for this work were obtained from the database of the State Institute for Drug Control on the basis of mandatory reporting of the volume of drugs supplied by distributors to pharmacies and other medical facilities. Consumption was monitored in the period from 1.1.2008 to 31.12.2020. The DUR type methodology was used and consumption was expressed in the number of defined daily doses per thousand inhabitants per day (DID). The results confirm the rising trend of antidepressant consumption only in the case of trazodone (SARI), whose consumption increased 3.8 times compared to 2008.
