Merunková, Ludmila ; Hátlová, Běla (advisor) ; Hošek, Václav (referee)
Name of the work: Kinesioth~rapy and healthy nutrition w1der treatment ofoverweight and obesity Objectives of the work: Familiarizativn with kinesiotherapy, obesity, healthy nutrition and possibility oftreatment in term ofpsyche and movement The main objektive ofthis work was to map the lifestyle (nutrition and motional habits, alcohol and stress) inhabitants ofChcb's borderland. Method: Read up specialized publicat10ns and other mtormation sources ( internet, lectures, journals) concerning subject matter. After obtaining sufficiency of informations the theoretical part were created. Ihe practical part is set in on the basis of questionnaire survey, where were taking part 103 respondens (57 Czechs and 46 Germans) suttering from overweight and obesity. After this followed the creating of recording forms and tables, where were the results from questionnaire incribed. Obtaii:J.ed data were analysed and transfert;d tu diágrams. Tne particular results hati lx;en j udgt!d by fonn of discussion from whom was appointeů the resuit. Results: Healthy nutrition and sufficient measure of movement is the basis of successful tabescence. Germans either Czechs between the ages of 40 and 60 have lowered movement activity and their nutrition ways would need to be changed so that their weigh reduce. The results of...
The Physical Self and Quality of Life in Students of MiddleSpecial Schools
Hába, Marcel ; Hošek, Václav (referee)
Title of the diploma's work: The Physical Self and Quality of Life in Students of Middle Special Schools Department:The College of Physical Education and Sport PALESTRA, L. t. d. Autor 's first name and surname: Bc. Marcel Hába Supervisor: Doc. PhDr. Daniela Stackeová, Ph. D. The year of presentation: 2017 Abstract This work examined, whether it is physical perceptions reflected in the assessment of physical self and the quality of life in students with disability to such an extent that there are significant differences between these students and students without disabilities in both studied areas. The research was realized at secondary schools for the disabled and the Physical Self Perception Profile questionnaire was used, which divides the physical self-concept into five domains (sports competencies, physical fitness, physical attractiveness, physical strength and physical self-esteem), and questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF, which divides the quality of life into four domains (physical health, experience, social relationships and the environment). The research group formed 56 students of special middle school, 34 men and 22 women. The biggest part were students with cerebral palsy. The control group formed 59 students, 37 men and 22 women. The average age first group was 19,56 years, second group 17,24...
Analysis of motor docility, emotional stability and ractibility
Peřinová, Radka ; Rychtecký, Antonín (advisor) ; Hošek, Václav (referee) ; Boschek, Petr (referee)
Title: Analysis of the relationship motor docility, emotional stability and reactibility. Aim : The objective was to gain insight into the theoretical knowledge of motor docility. Try to analyze the correlation between the motor docility, reactibility and emotional stability of students of physical education UJEP. Methods: The level of motor docility was measured by IOWA BRACE test, the shift in learning new motor skills in selected sports during the semester and expert assessment. Reactibility was through disjunctive test reaction times observed temporal variability of response times. Emotional stability was diagnosed with neuroticism dimension in the EPQ-R. Results: The sample had the expected characteristics due to the emotional stability. It was proved relation between values of neuroticism and temporal variability in reaction time test reactibility. Partly succeeded confirm the relationship between motor docility (test progression in learning new motor skills) and temporal variability of response times. The relationship between the level of motor docility and emotional stability was not demonstrated. Keywords: motor docility, neuroticism, EPQ-R, IOWA BRACE.
Systematic Review of Researches Trstiny Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatement of Eating Disorders
Adámková Ségard, Milena ; Hátlová, Běla (advisor) ; Hošek, Václav (referee) ; Kebza, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Systematic Review of Researches Testing Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatment of Eating Disorders. Goal: The goal of this research is to organize the knowledge of past therapeutic researches and cross- connect this knowledge gained through experiments for the benefit of daily psychotherapeutic work and future researches. Methods: The design of the study follows the design of Systematic Review, which carries the highest evidence in the hierarchy of scientific evidence, and which offers the strongest knowledge for practical use. In this research were included studies testing Movement and Body Techniques on samples of patients with Eating Disorders and which were published in English till the year 2008. Results: This research confirms that for the treatment of eating disorders, therapies using body and movement oriented techniques have been used, tested and published since 1970. By the end of the year 2008 there are 41 published researches in the English language. The evidence-based quality of the researches in this field is very good. In 59% of the studies, the strength of the evidence reaches the third of four levels of scientific evidence. The studies included in the review, show that the treatments under discussion have positive effects in the healing of eating disorders. The study also...
Dynamic changes of arousal as component of motor docility
Benešová, Daniela ; Rychtecký, Antonín (advisor) ; Hošek, Václav (referee) ; Prunner, Pavel (referee)
Title: The dynamic of changes of the arousal level like the component of motory docility. Objectives: The aim of this disertation work is to detect if there has been the relationship between the dynamic of changes of the arousal and the effectiveness of sensomotory learning (motory docility). Along with the next complementary examinations we would like to formulate proposals how to diagnose the motory docility. Thete is derivate from the subject"s ability to control its psychophysiology processes during the executing of unknown coordination task. Methods: The arousal of subject was objectificate throuth test of bimanual coordination, test of "mirror drawing" and expert testimony of motory docility. Results: It was detect, that the changes of arousal influence the running and quality of the sensomotory learning. Obtained data are corresponding with the expert testimory of motory docility. Keywords: electrodermal activity, coordination ability, sensomotory learning
Physiological differences and potential risks while scuba diving and freediving
Flodr, Tomáš ; Fiala, Miloš (advisor) ; Hošek, Václav (referee)
Title: Physiological differences and potential risks while scuba diving and freediving Objectives: Goal of this study was to prove, whether freedive performed after finished dive using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus, may potentially increase the risk of decompression sickness and afterall put together appropriate principals and guidance for safe combining of both scuba diving and freediving on the same day. Methods: This study used research of local and foreign sources that covered freediving and diving using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus issues. Casual research was also conducted involving 34 participants, all certified self-contained underwater breathing apparatus divers experienced in combining freediving and scuba diving on the same day. Results: Based on the research has been found that a freedive performed after dive using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus may under certain circumstances increase the risk of decompression sickness. Conservative principals and recommendations for safe combining of scuba diving and freediving on the same day were established. Results of this study will be provided to local and foreign diving communities. Keywords: Scuba diving, decompression sickness, nitogen load, freediving, risks
