Site is situated northwest of existing borders of BVV. This location is based on urban design from last semester. The design focuses on function and sustainable design. Fire station is type P4 (2 firefighting groups) for firefighters of Jihomoravský kraj with direct connection to BVV. Because of need to fast access to BVV. The firestation has grounds for training of fire sports and training with car wrecks. Health and safety center (CZAB) with main building and outside area. This center is focused on training public in area of dangers of everyday life. The center is simulator of these risks and is based on living through the situations in safe space under profesional guidance. Center can be connected with BVV. Both grounds are connected together with humanitary hall which serves as training space for firefighters and learning space for CZAB and in case of humanitary needs can be used as humanitary hall.

The concept of polyfunctional building at Kopečná, Studánka streets lies in adding value to the surroundings of the building. That is done mainly by moving Art school from neighbor building, which brings the option of demolition of neighbor building and then building there building with more floor which is good choice for that part of Brno. There is also high value in rooftop greenhouse for producing fresh vegetables right inside of the city. Facade of the building is structured as a blade of saw to maximize amount of sunlight in apartements. The building is designed with accent to LEED solutions and it is full of modern technologies to improve the comfort of living and lowering the CO2 footprint.

Diploma thesis analyzes the current way of benefit distribution in Motorola company. First part of the thesis describes general motivation and stimulation factors. Second part describes the company's internal background. Third part analyzes the motivation factors within the company and consideres implementation of the cafeteria system.

Legal forms of political persecution in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period of communist totalitarian régime This thesis Legal forms of political persecution in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period of communist totalitarian régime is divided into five chapters. In the theoretical part of the thesis (chapter No. 1) the author defines examined period to be between years 1948-1960, defines political persecution as a legal term and desribes the ideological basis of communist law. In the end of this chapter there is a categorisation of legal forms of political persecution that is reflected in the core part of this work. In the second chapter author depicts causes of political persecution in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period of communist totalitarian régime that are based on legal and political developement between years 1945 and 1948. In the scope of this chapter author also offers a general characteristics of the period of so called Third republic. Constitutional developement in the Czechoslovak Republic after second world war and the system of Popular Front of Czechs and Slovaks are also depicted here. v anglickém jazyce: I decided to divide the Thesis into a general and a special part. I devoted the general part to a definition of the most important terms and differences helping to define the topic I chose for my Thesis. In the special part, I analyse special cases of the use of works, liability types of individual parties on the internet and, last but not least, the biggest recent lawsuits which appealed to me. My knowledge from writing the Thesis lead to the seventh point of the outline "Deliberation De lege ferenda / The procedure against free space providers in the Czech Republic".
