Shrnutí Právní formy politické perzekuce v ČSR v období komunistické totality Diplomová práce Právní formy politické perzekuce v ČSR v období komunistické totality se dělí na celkem pět kapitol. V teoretické části diplomové práce (kapitola 1.) autor nejprve vymezuje sledované období let 1948-1960, definuje pojem politická perzekuce a popisuje ideologická východiska komunistického práva. V závěru kapitoly je stanoveno třídění právních forem politické perzekuce, což se projevuje ve strukturování dalších kapitol diplomové práce. V druhé kapitole diplomové práce autor popisuje příčiny politické perzekuce v Československé republice v období komunistické totality, které vidí především v právním a politickém vývoji let 1945-1948. V rámci této kapitoly popisuje obecnou charakteristiku období takzvané třetí republiky, ústavněprávní vývoj a systém Národní fronty Čechů a Slováků. Součástí pojednání je i analýza ústavní úpravy platné ve sledovaném období let 1948-1960 a politické situace v letech 1945-1948. Samotné zkoumání právních forem politické perzekuce v Československé republice v období komunistické totality se rozpadá na celkem tři kapitoly, reflektující třídění stanovené v teoretické části diplomové práce. Autor nejprve popisuje trestněprávní formy politické perzekuce v období komunistické totality v letech... Legal forms of political persecution in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period of communist totalitarian régime This thesis Legal forms of political persecution in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period of communist totalitarian régime is divided into five chapters. In the theoretical part of the thesis (chapter No. 1) the author defines examined period to be between years 1948-1960, defines political persecution as a legal term and desribes the ideological basis of communist law. In the end of this chapter there is a categorisation of legal forms of political persecution that is reflected in the core part of this work. In the second chapter author depicts causes of political persecution in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period of communist totalitarian régime that are based on legal and political developement between years 1945 and 1948. In the scope of this chapter author also offers a general characteristics of the period of so called Third republic. Constitutional developement in the Czechoslovak Republic after second world war and the system of Popular Front of Czechs and Slovaks are also depicted here.
