Navrhovaný polyfunkční dům mezi ulicemi Kopečná a Studánka je koncipován tak, aby přinesl do okolí přidanou hodnotu. Ta je zajištěna především přesunutím ZUŠ z vedlejšího objektu, který může být zdemolován a na jeho místě vyrůst objekt s více podlažími což je v této části Brna žádáno, dále také přispívá prodejnou zeleniny, která má na střeše vlastní skleník na pěstování čerstvé zeleniny. Fasáda domu je pilovitě zalomena, kvůli maximalizaci proslunění jednotlivých bytů. Dům je koncipován jako nulový a využívá mnoha moderních technologií pro zlepšení komfortu bydlení a snížení stopy CO2 objektu. The concept of polyfunctional building at Kopečná, Studánka streets lies in adding value to the surroundings of the building. That is done mainly by moving Art school from neighbor building, which brings the option of demolition of neighbor building and then building there building with more floor which is good choice for that part of Brno. There is also high value in rooftop greenhouse for producing fresh vegetables right inside of the city. Facade of the building is structured as a blade of saw to maximize amount of sunlight in apartements. The building is designed with accent to LEED solutions and it is full of modern technologies to improve the comfort of living and lowering the CO2 footprint.
