Suggestion of Marketing Plan for Hotel Prestige**** in Znojmo

This thesis is focused on the suggestion of Marketing Plan for Hotel Prestige**** in Znojmo. The work is divided into theoretical part, analytic part and proposal part. In the analytic part were used known analysis, specifically PEST analysis, Porter Five Forces Analysis, extended marketing mix for tourism – 8P, marketing research by questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. Proposal part contains the determination of key customer segment based on performed analysis, suggestion of residence wellness package for key customer segment and another opportunity for the further development of marketing in this hotel.

Design and testing of a new drilling tool with inner channels

Tento projekt se zabývá optimalizací chladicích kanálků nového vrtáku navrženého společností SECO Tools pro obrábění titanové slitiny Ti-6Al-4V. Cílem tohoto projektu je optimalizovat průměr a polohu chladicích kanálků na hřbetu tak, aby se snížila teplota vrtáku a tím i životnost nástroje. Nový vrták je použit pro provedení vrtacích zkoušek s použitím konvenční řezné kapaliny (emulze s 7% koncentrací) při tlaku 40 barů. Získané výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky získanými pomocí dostupného standardního vrtáku od společnosti SECO Tools pro vrtání obrobku Ti-6Al-4V. Teplotní CFD model je vytvořen pro různé hodnoty vstupních tlaků kapaliny pomocí turbulentího modelu k- SST a tepelného zatížení vypočítaného na základě vrtacích zkoušek. Výsledky pro standardní a prototypové vrtáky jsou navzájem porovnávány, s ohledem na průtok, teplotu vrtáku, rychlost kapaliny a přenos tepla do MWF. Následně je model použit k ověření optimalizovaných návrhů.

A Study of HIPIMS Coating Technology for Cutting Tools

The aim of this work is an introduction to the method PVD focusing on method HIPIMS and its comparison with conventional DC Magnetron Sputtering. Part of the experimental part is an exploration of the mechanical and lifespan characteristics of the stalk drills with coating AlTiN applied by HiPIMS technology. The objective is to characterize these properties and to compare them to the characteristics obtained by classic coating PVD methods.

Power of municipalities and regions

This dissertation's intention is to deal with the legal demarcation of regions' and municipalities' jurisdiction, with short history excurs from year 1848 to the present. Next intention are individual components of the individual and delegated jurisdiction, regulatory activity and content statutory authorization to authority to legislate and its limits. Continue to be paid to comparison of czech and European legislation contained in the European Charter of Local Self- Government. The aim of this thesis is to compare the definition of regions and municipalities, of the individual or of delegated powers, and highlight some of the differences in this definition.

Roman Province of Mauretania Tingitana and its Economic Potential

Hana Havlíková Římská provincie Mauretania Tingitana a její ekonomický potenciál Abstract (ENG): The proposed thesis targets an economic potential of the Roman province Mauretania Tingitana (in present-day Morocco; ca. 42-298 CE). The economic potential can be described as an ability of entities operating within a given territory to stably generate a relatively high income in relation to international competition - within the Roman Empire or wider area. The aim is to present and evaluate both internal and external factors affecting the form of the economic potential. The province is presented in the context of its topography, history, local infrastructure, settlement patterns, and development, or natural conditions within the frame of the basic delimitation in terms of chronology and geography. This study is based on data of various nature, above all, the combination of archeological, epigraphical, and ancient literary sources. Considering the current state of research as is available to the author, it is possible to spot predominantly agricultural and food supply production orientation (e.g., fish products; grain and olive oil cultivation). Memories on racist propaganda, 1938-1945

The goal of this thesis is to find out if racial and antisemitic propaganda had an impact on Czech people. This goal was realised on antisemitic programmes which were aired in Český rozhlas during the years 1938- 1945. Then I made interviews with people who lived during Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia and who already participated on my previous research. The interviews helped to find out whether the antisemitic propaganda had any impact on the people and if it had, to what extent.
