The City of Čelákovice and the Prominent Figures of the Local Musical Life

Résumé This graduation thesis The City of Čelákovice and the prominent figures of the local musical life deals with the town's history and culture, focusing mainly on the prominent figures, orchestras and other bodies of the local musical life. The paper is divided into six chapters. The introduction is dedicated to the birth and development of the city, the second chapter introduces various cultural institutions. The remaining chapters focus on the main topic of the thesis. Special attention is given not only to the prominent baroque composer Jan Zach, or to Bohumír Hanžlík, a celebrity on the current musical scene, but also to other less prominent people who left the mark on the city's musical history. The contents and focus of the paper make it especially suitable to those interested in the town of Čelákovice, its culture, prominent figures and musical history.

Career Development and Continuous Education for Kindergarten Headmasters

Among the circumstances that have an impact on the lifelong growth, career development and professional prestige of headmasters is their continuous education and specialized studies. This thesis deals with regulations concerning headmaster performance and further education details, and analyses key statistics as well as provides information on the bulk of previous research related to the subject. The theoretical part also treats the development of a headmasters' professional career and motivation for self-study, and touches upon the new upcoming career system. The empirical section includes a data-based research which assesses the experiences of headmasters at the beginning of their headmaster careers. It also includes their views on personal motivation, time in office and career system, and also types and forms of preferred study and education programs. The analyses outline relations between the length of experience, a degree of education and a motivation for further studies. The attention is also paid to the acquired experience and willingness of headmasters to become actively involved in the future mentoring especially of their junior colleagues. The conclusions bring some information and recommendations in connection with periodical evaluations of headmasters in terms of their time in office.

Personal management in kindergartens-Motivation of the people

The main objective of this work is a location, how much a top and effective area of the motivation of the people is in kindergartens. Get to know possibilities of the motivation of the people in kindergartens and get the hang of the area of the motivation of the people, how necessary to work of the director of kindergartens for discharge of the vision in the kindergarten. To lead directors of kindergartens to the recognition, that fulfilling of curricular reforms of the Czech education and success of the organisation is based on the kindergarten employees, to whom is necessary to create the conditions for their good work. Work is based on the theory and the practice of the motivation of the people and this work is adapt to possibilities of kindergartens. Furthermore it shows a comparison of the area of the motivation of the people of different school grades and of governmental and non-governmental schools. It notice the difficulties at this field, search and offers procedures, how to motivate people at the present time kindergarten.

Efficient model of cooperation between nursery school and family

The thesis elaborates on the reasons for the cooperation between school and family, as well as its significance. It tries to find ways which could lead to an improvement of the current state. It is based on results of questionnaires in which I detect areas of insufficiency in the partnership between school and family, and areas where the cooperation does not fulfill its aim, i.e. the efficiency. It elaborates further on the forms of cooperation, communication and school activities. On the basis of the findings, it brings to directors of nursery schools a "model of mutual cooperation between school and family" and shows them possible ways how to develop such cooperation. In the final part of my thesis, I put forth a few ideas of interactive and communication games which can be used at teachers and parents, or can serve as an enrichment of a number of common events.
