Title: Public relations of the SportFotbal company Objective: The main aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the current state of the Public Relations (PR) activities of SportFotbal in relation to the target public and make recommendations for improvement. Methodes: In the process of assembling information some internal documents of SportFotbal were used. In addition to these interviews with the marketing and business manager were conducted. This formed the basis for the format adopted and influenced the assumptions of the company towards stakeholders. Through informal interviews and discussions with the management of the company, further information about the functioning of the company was obtained. Results: The outcome of the analysis of the SportFotbal Public Relations for the year 2017 is clearly stated in the presented diploma thesis. The results of in-depth interviews, analysis of texts and documents indicate that the public relations medium was not sufficiently utilized in the environment considered. Based on these findings, proposals were drawn up for the effective use of public relations of the medium for the year 2018. The concept adopted is a plan for organizing events for interest groups. Varsity Sports in Canada from the student-athlete's point of view

Title: Varsity sport in Canada in the perspective of foreign and domestic student- athletes Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of varsity sport in Canada, to identify its problematic areas from the perspective of student-athletes and to make suggestions for its improvements. Methods: In this thesis the method of descriptive analysis was used. The information on varsity sport in Canada was mainly collected by exploring the documents of the governing body for varsity sports, the Canadian University Sport. The second method used was an interview. This was used in order to get additional information on varsity sports and to get suggestions and ideas from student-athletes. Results: Several problematic areas in varsity sports in Canada were identified: athletic financial awards, funding of the teams, several eligibility rules (number of years of eligibility, academic requirements, athletes' age limit), non-Canadian student-athletes, limited number of varsity sports, and limited opportunities for the athletes to continue their sport after graduation. Title: Football club Bohemians 1905 Marketing Mix Analysis and Proposals for Its Improvement Targets: Analysis of individual elements of the marketing mix. Communication with the club fans and to determine their views on the current marketing mix. Then formulate proposals to improve the image and marketing activities of the club. Methods: The current marketing mix will be analyzed through case studies and SWOT analysis, the result of which will be strengths and weaknesses of the club. Another source of data will be an informal interview with the management of the club and a questionnaire that determines the attitudes and opinions of fans. To the collected information I will add my own knowledge. Then I will try to propose recommendations to improve marketing mix. Results: with these used methods will be developed proposals for the improvement of the marketing mix. Title: Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team Objectives: The main aim of this work is to explore interpersonal relationships in women basketball team and after that giving a feedback to the head coach of this team. The next goal is to briefly outline suggestions for players for improvement in the area of communication, relations and training process. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods or for example the sociogram method and interview. Results: The results of my work revealed both positive and negative aspects. The thesis shows that many things can be improved in this team, for example relationships and qualities of each player. On the other hand, many of the relationship connections are mutual and many of the players are aware of her roles in this team. Title: Business plan for the establishment of fitness club Health+Prague fit club, s.r.o. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan of the newly emerging fitness centre in downtown of Prague and to verify the feasibility of the project. Methods: The first part explains important terms, structure and principles necessary on this issue by using the method of synthesis. In the second part methods of financial analysis and scoring model for analysing competition are used. Results: Business plan for establishing a new fitness club in central Prague showed that the club has the potential to thrive in the market. All analysis results are displayed using tables. In comparison with direct competitors it offers comparable products at highter prices. It offers to customers a large space filled with quality training opportunities, as well as relaxation. Title: Sponsorship of Česká spořitelna aimed at sport activities Objectives: The main object of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate sponsor activities of Česká spořitelna focused on sport. The result of this thesis is a set of recommendations, which will be a guideline for subsequent decision-making of marketing department of Česká spořitelna for the period of 2019 to 2021. Methods: An analysis of secondary data and their mutual comparation was used in order to achieve the goals. Furthermore an individual observance of sponsor activities of Česká spořitelna in 2017 and the first quarter of 2018 were used. The last significant method used was qualitative dialogue with the head of marketing department and consecutive discussion with the members of his department. Results: The results of the research clearly proved than there is a space for improvement of marketing communication depending on sponsor activities. Title: Management of sporting event - 6 Nations Objectives: Target of the thesis is brought and defines problems with organization sport action 6 Nations. Whole organization will be describe and next will be analyzed the problems, with which the organizers had the opportunity to meet. With help of selected theoretic method will be on the conception of the project the next year show, how prevent and eliminate the arising situation so as the negative repercussion was least. The most important chapter is propagation of the action and options, that this part was the best result. Methods: With help of descriptive case study and date analysis of case study will be description organization of whole action that will be analyzed. On a questionnaire and discussion will be shown problems with propagation and will be devise the methods of propagation so as the propagations was the most intensive and reach target groups. In conclusion is done generalization the obtained results and setting assumptions to successful organization of sport enterprise. Title: Funding of sport in the Czech Republic with application to the cycling environment Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to analyze financial management of the Czech Cycling Federation followed with analysis of the gathered data, and revelation of its shortcomings along with a proposal of its operational improvements. Methods: Methods of Qualitative character were used in this thesis; methods of descriptive analysis and an interview. Descriptive analysis was used to evaluate the technical literature for this issue, the Ministry of education, youth and sports materials, and internal documents of the Czech Cycling Federation. The fundamental data was acquired through informal interviews and interviews from a predefined outline with the main officers of the Czech Cycling Federation. Results: The thesis describes the system of financing of sport, with a focus on cycling. It dissects the activity of the federation and redistribution of available funds. The last part contains a recommendation for creating a marketing department to help facilitate communication between sponsors, management of private funds and ensure the increasing popularity of the sport. Conditions of volunteering in selected sport events

Title: Conditions of volunteering in selected sport events Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the area of volunteering in selected sports events. The metodology of work with volunteers is presented specifically in the concrete areas of volunteering management. Using the data from extremely diffrent sports events the characteristics of volunteering in sports are defined. The partial goal of the conclusion is to make recommendations based on the research, which would improve sports volunteering at similar events and make it more effective. Methods: The research itself was carried out by using questionairs filled in by volunteers at the European Athletics Indoor Championships and local orienteering competitions. The complementary method is an interview with the director of orienteering competition. Results: The results of the research reflect the largerly different conditons of organizing the chosen events both in the area of managing the volunteers as well as in other key activities. Even though great differences between the two evaluated events exist, there are certain chracteristics of sports volunteering which are common to both the events.
