Efekt snížení dávky dusíku při použití hnojiv s inhibitory
Brabcová, Jana
This work was focused on the use of nitrogen fertilizers with inhibitors in full and reduced doses, which was supposed to simulate the achievement of one of the objectives of the Green Deal. The experiment took the form of a one-year small-plot experiment with winter wheat in Žabčice near Brno. The following variants were included in the experiment: 1. mixture of urea + ammonium sulfate (control), 2. Alzon neo-N (urea containing urease and nitrification inhibitor), 3. mixture of Alzon neo-N and Lovogran IN (ammonium sulfate with nitrification inhibitor) and 4. a mixture of Alzon neo-N and Lovogran IN in a reduced dose of 20%. Winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) was chosen as the test crop, for which the yields and quality parameters of the grain were monitored (bulk weight, nitrogen content, gluten content and Zeleny test value). The mineral nitrogen content in the soil was also monitored. The addition of inhibitors did not have a statistically significant effect on yield and grain quality. A statistically significant decrease in values occurred only in the variant with a reduced dose of fertilizer compared to the non-reduced variant, namely in the content of N-substances, gluten content and the value of the Zeleny test (sedimentation value). When comparing the variant with a reduced dose of nitrogen to the standard by fertilizing without inhibitors, no significant differences were found. Fertilizers with inhibitors can therefore ensure an unreduced yield of adequate quality even when a reduced dose of fertilizer is used. The results of the Nmin analysis proved the effectiveness of the inhibitors on the mineral nitrogen content in the soil, especially the influence of the urease inhibitors. The variant with a higher content of urease inhibitor (variant 2) showed a lower amount of ammonium nitrogen and at the same time a lower amount of total Nmin compared to the variants in the mixture in full and reduced dose (variants 3 and 4).
Linking Family Care and Personal Assistance
BRABCOVÁ, Jana
Currently, old age and associated issues of care for the elderly are very topical problem in terms of the demographic changes in society. This BA thesis responds to the changes in the society-wide climate caused by population ageing. This BA thesis focuses on linking of family care and social care in accordance with the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll. These are examined in the context of a particular field social service providing personal assistance. The aim of this thesis is to establish what options and limits exist in terms of care for the personal assistance client who is concurrently attended toby a family member or members. The thesis emphasizes several fundamental topics. It focuses predominantly on the importance of family care and personal assistance services, relations between generations, and the role of the elderly and their family in providing care. For the empirical part of the BA thesis a strategy of qualitative research was chosen, using methods of participant observation and focus groups. Obtained data were divided into four areas on the basis of the examined phenomenon, and these were analysed into research results. The focus group consists of twelve personal assistants of the organisation who were selected by exhaustive selection method. The subsequent analysis of obtained data assessed what situations of the combined form of care most often lead to conflicts and difficulties. These include mainly miscommunication among the client, personal assistant and family, conflicts of interests, family disputes, domination, necessity to reduce the load on the family, and obtaining information on care. In conclusion, the results of both theoretical and practical part demonstrated that the essence of the combined care can be fully accomplished only under the condition of effective communication and cooperation of all parties involved - personal assistant, client, and family.

A new fast and highly efficient capillary electrophoretic (CE) method has been developed for chiral analysis of non-charged gem-difluorinated alcohol (3-(benzyloxy)-1,1-difluoro-propan-2-ol) using sulfobutylether-β-CD as chiral selector. The method was applied for monitoring of enzymatic (lipase mediated) enantioselective acetylation of the above alcohol and for determination of enantiomeric purity of both substrates and products of the enzymatic reaction.

Title Life quality and leisure of seniors Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of quality of life of seniors and what activities seniors do in their free time with regard to gender, age and place where they live. Methods: To obtain the data necessary for the achievement of this work was used a questionnaire as a method of quantitative research. Data were collected during the autumn 2009th and spring 2010th. The data were processed in the Microsoft Excel program. For sub-groups of respondents was calculated score of importance, satisfaction and total score, and then I made exploring of the relationship between variables, depending on the differences between individual groups. Results: Results showed a slightly above average overall score of life quality of seniors living alone and also seniors living in home for the elderly. Health was rated as the most important area of life. Results show which parts of life are important for respondents and which parts of their life are they happy with. The investigation of leisure activities showed that older people spend their leisure time mostly passive activities. It was confirmed difference in leisure divided by sex, ages, and difference between seniors living on their own and seniors living in home for the elderly. Keywords: age, health,...
Zhodnocení exteriéru plemene moravský teplokrevník
Brabcová, Jana
The presented thesis deals with the evaluation exterior of Moravian warm-blooded horse breed. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of statistical five selected effects (year of birth, sex, breed, breeder district headquarters, district headquarters of the owner) for five of the variables, which were points of evaluation "ZZUV" a basic body dimensions measured on the breed MT. The research began by defining comparable basis in the breadth of breeding individuals born between 1980 -- 2009 and registered to 1. 1. 2014 PK MT. It was about 200 breeding mares and 24 stallions. This was followed by the collection of necessary data using Microsoft Excel 2010. This was specifically about gender, year of birth, belonging to the breed, the number of points obtained in "ZZUV" values of body measurements, "PG" %, the highest performance achieved offspring of horses and monitored their color. This data were compiled statistical program continues Unistat 5.1 for Excel using the general linear model with fixed variables (GLM) and statistically significantly affected variables were forwarded to the multiple comparison method of Scheffe effects. All data were then divided into groups and compiled in tables and graphs. They represent the fair value and the percentage achievement on the one hand the whole population, but also compared gender stallions and mares.
