Determination of selected musk compounds in biotic samples

Musk compounds (MUSK) or synthetic fragrances are organic substances commonly used as fragrant constituents of detergents, soaps, cosmetics, personal care products, industrial and in-house cleaning agents, industrial plasticizers, chewing tobacco and fresheners. The big attention is pushed ahead studying these compounds, their fate in different parts of ecosystems and studying their characteristics at present, because musks infiltrate many environmental components, particularly aquatic and marine ecosystems, through their large application and their ability to be perzistant. This diploma thesis was focused on four synthetic “classical” fragrances used over the world. The aim of this study was to perform a method optimisation for the determination of selected fragrances in biotic matrix. There was made an evalution of ability of selected water treatment plant to clear away musks from water, these results were used for evaluating contamination measurement of aquatic ecosystem. The identification and quantification of analytes was carried out by high resolution gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (HRGC/MS).

Disinheritance and Forced Heir Protection

Disinheritance and Forced Heir Protection - abstract Disinheritance is a significant instrument in inheritance law, protecting the testator's autonomy to dispose of their own property. It allows the testator to deprive their descendants of the right to a forced share in the estate, breaking the centuries-old tradition of intergeneration solidarity. The antithesis to disinheritance is the protection of a testator's descendant, i.e. the forced heir, who, under common circumstances, has the right to be provided for by the testator in their mortis causa actions. However, the legislation concerning these matters is often unclear, inconsistent, and imprecise. The aim of this thesis is to point out these problems and explain them to the reader, offer a comprehensive view on the historical development of both disinheritance and forced heir protection, and describe the current substantive and procedural provisions. The first chapter which defines the basic terminology is followed by a chapter on the historical development of disinheritance and forced heir protection in ancient Rome, the Middle Ages but especially in the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and the Czechoslovak Civil Codes of 1950 and 1964. Communication strategy of Castle Berchtold.

Thesis topic: "Communication strategies of the Castle Berchtold" mainly deals with the analyses of current situation and proposals for improvements in the future. Thesis in the theoretical part deals with reasoning about the meaning and history of marketing and communications strategy in today's trade. Extensive part of the theory handle in detail with the analysis of the communication plan and strategy. The practical part presents the thesis the castle Berchtold itself-- geographic location, history, present and vision for the future. Assess the current state and their activities. The greatest emphasis is placed of course, on the last part the communication plan for 2011. In this field I use knowledge that I gained during studying at the University of Economics in recent years, but especially during the last semester, when I attended a minor specialisation Commercial communication. This section can also serve as a basis for the actual communication with clients from different types of services. The conclusion of the thesis examines whether the aim, as set out in the introduction, was satisfied or not.

Komunikační strategie sport centra Na Zámečku

Bakalářská práce na téma : ?Komunikační strategie sport centra Na Zámečku? se zabývá diagnózou dnešního stavu a návrhy na zlepšení do budoucna. Práce se v teoretické části věnuje povětšinou úvahou nad významem marketingové strategie v současném obchodním styku na národní i nadnárodní úrovni. Metodologická část začíná vymezením oblasti, kde se nalézá největší počet konkurenčních středisek a následně také stanovením jejich výhod oproti sport centru Na Zámečku, z kterých ovšem může toto sport centrum čerpat inspiraci. Práce hodnotí také cenovou politiku, ale pouze v jedné oblasti služeb, jež je jeho prioritou a tou je tenis. Dále práce představuje sport centrum jako takové ? geografickou polohu, historii, současnost i budoucnost. Zhodnocení současného stavu do konce roku 2007 je také důležitou součástí, která slouží především k zamyšlení se nad chybami minulého období. Největší důraz je kladen na poslední část nazvanou ?Komunikační strategie pro rok 2008?. V tomto úseku využívám znalosti, které jsem získala studiem na Vysoké škole ekonomické během bakalářského programu. Tento úsek může zároveň sloužit jako základní podklad pro samotnou komunikaci s klienty sport centra dle jednotlivých typů akcí. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje, zda-li byl cíl práce, který je stanoven v úvodu, splněn či nikoliv. Příloha obsahuje například mapu areálu a logo sport centra Na Zámečku.
