The Business Plan for Establishing of Small Company

This master’s thesis is focused on creation of a real business plan for establishing of the small company. The company is offering scaffold services – assembly and disassembly scaffolding and the other associated support services. The first part of this thesis contains the theoretical background in the field of business, followed by part of the analysis of the external and internal environment. The last part includes a proposal for a concrete business plan, including timetable and implementation.

Comparison of fitness abilities of tennis players in different performance catego ries in the junior category

Title: Comparison of fitness abilities of tennis players in different performance catego ries in the junior category. Objectives: The main objective of this work was to compare and evaluate the results that we obtained by measuring the three groups of probands in different performance categories. As a secondary goal, we have compiled a fitness test battery, which was specific for tennis game for its content . Methods: In our study we used the method of comparative analysis. This method was applied in the comparison of individual tests and procedures. We compared the mean values between groups and individual performance tested. Results: We found out that the average performance in each group (except the test of explosive power of the lower limbs) corresponded with their level of game performance. Individual performances of the first group, however, did not reflect the position in the national ranking. All measurements are graphically elaborated in the results section of the work. Influence of the burn method on varnish quality

The thesis deals with the influence of the curing process on varnish quality of paint powder coating. The thesis includes a literary study focused on the issue of powder coating. In the experimental part of the work will be done curing of two different materials in three technically different kilns and compare the effect of firing.

Trailer frame VARIANT 200 for transport cabel spools

The aim of this thesis is an analysis of the construction of a cable trailer VARIANT 200. For the calculation of load states was used a multi body system in program MSC.ADAMS. The results from these calculations were used as lifting conditions for strength control with finite element method (FEM). All acquired results were analysed and according to them changes were made to the frame construction. Part of this thesis contains drawings documenting the above mentioned changes.

The Proposal of the Motivation System in Selected Company

The master thesis is focused on the proposal of the motivation system in chosen company. Thesis has theoretical basis which discuss the motivation and its impact on employees. The current motivation system is analyzed and problematic areas identified by using the questionnaire research and interviews with key employees. Based on identified weaknesses of the current motivation system are recommended steps for improvement of motivation system and high satisfaction of employees in the company.
