Analysis of Customer Satisfaction and Suggested Measures for its Improvement

This master´s thesis focuses on the analysis of customer satisfaction in joint-stock company DP Stavebniny Maršovice, and a proposal to increase its level. The teoretical part focuses on basic concepts such as marketing, marketing research, usage of marketing techniques, customer satisfaction and more. In the practical part of this work there is an analysis of customer satisfaction with the company DP Stavebniny Maršovice a.s. and a subsequent evaluation of the questionnaires. On the basis of the information obtained from the questionnaires, measures and recommendations for an increase in the level of customer satisfaction are proposed.

Physics programs for preschools - support materials for teachers

The main goal of this thesis is to make it easier for preschool teachers to introduce physics to children of preschool age. A supporting methodological material with instructions for physics experiments for preschool teachers was created and its use in practice was investigated. This thesis follows on from the author's bachelor's thesis. The methodological material created in the bachelor's thesis was significantly modified and supplemented by new experiments, and instructional videos were made for the material. Subsequently, it was piloted among preschool teachers. First, the methodological material was presented on social media and then the research was carried out directly in preschools in the form of observations of teachers using methodological material and then also through interviews with teachers about the material and how they worked with it. Based on the results of the research, the material was modified, edited in a graphic editing program, and finally the finished product was attached to this thesis.

Development and the current form of family policy in the Czech Republic

Summary: Development and the current form of family policy in the Czech Republic In my diploma thesis focused on the topic "Development and the current form of family policy in the Czech Republic," I attempted for description and characteristic of a family policy by using its specific tools. The initial chapter I dedicated to the definition of important terms, with which I further work. I'm focused on the concept of the family, family policy, system and concept of family policies in general, and with their help I define a particular system of family policy in the Czech Republic. In this chapter, I paid attention to the various forms of family life and their mutual comparison. The reason for this were differences in application of the family policy to various forms of cohabitation with regard to certain cases and social situation. The initial chapter I finish off with looking back and re-evaluating specific demographic behaviour of the Czech population. The next two chapters are devoted to the structure, description and effects of family policy tools. I characterize direct and indirect financial tools and then non-financial tools of family policy. This thesis deals with analyzing influence of physical experiments on the development of preschool children. It starts with description of research methods, then I present intervention program compiled from physics experiments and this thesis ends with conclusion of results of the research on a group of preschool children. The thesis is accompanied by an annex including description of experiments with methodical notes and instructions. This thesis contains a description of five thematic units - Air, Water, Temperature, Magnetism and Light. These methodical materials are applicable directly to teachers in kindergartens. Ivan Slavík - essayist and journalist

Jméno Ivana Slavíka jev širším čtenářském okruhu téměř neznámé. Pokud tu existuje představa o jeho díle, týká se Slavíkovy katolicky orientované poezie. Pravděpodobně je to dáno tím, že ve středoškolských porevolučních učebnicích literatury se jeho jméno objevuje pouze zřídka (v období totality jeho dílo v učebnicích reflektováno nebylo). Jeho esejistická a publicistická činnost je takřka neznámá; domnívám se, že hlavním důvodem je charakter periodik a sborníků, do nichž Slavík přispíval: většinou se jednalo o okrajové a regionální noviny (spolupráce s významnějšími periodiky, stoj ícími v centru kulturního a společenského dění, mu byla totalitním režimem znemožněna) . Cílem mé diplomové práce je zmapování Slavíkova původního ne-básnického díla: chronologické uspořádání jeho předmluv, doslovů a publicistických statí nejrůznějších žánrů a zaměření. Dílčí kapitoly práce jsou sondami do jednotlivých desetiletí, v nichž Slavík svou ne -básnickou činnost rozvíj el, počínaj e 4 O . léty. Léta 60. a 70. jsou zaměřením Slavíkovy tvorby úzce propojena; z důvodu zachování maximální soudržnosti tématu tvoří společnou kapitolu.
