Influence of bioeffector RhizoVital on the soil phosphorus availability and P uptake by maize

Phosphorus is likely to become, in the near future, a critical element in plant nutrition. The main reasons are primarily limited resources of P for fertilizer production. Therefore, it is necessary to look for a long term solution. One option is to use P -containing waste, such as sewage sludge, digestate or ashes. Another option arises from the fact that approximately 90 % of P in soil is found in non-bioavailable forms. Therefore, mobilization of these forms could secure enough P for plat growth in the long term horizon. So-called bioeffectors are developed for this purpose; to promote the accessibility of nutrients for plants. It is evident, however, that the application of bioeffectors alone could lead to a gradual outflow of the most P from the soil. Therefore the most favourable appears application of bioeffectors in combination with various phosphatic fertilizers or wastes. Especially rock phosphates, ash and digestate contain significant amounts of non-bioavailable P-forms. That implies that the joint application of these fertilizers and bioeffectors should lead to more efficient utilization of P, and thus reduce the input of fertilizers into the soil.
The aim was to verify influence of a combination of 3 bioeffectors (effective microorganisms: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, strains FZB42 and FZB45, and the combination of FZB42 strain with Paenibacillus mucilaginosus strain JX - 1) in combination with rock phosphate, sewage sludge, torrefied sewage sludge, separated digestate, straw and wood ash on increase of aboveground biomass of maize and on the content and uptake of phosphorus and other selected nutrients.
The evaluated alternatives of fertilization regardless of applied bioeffectors suggest that the greatest effect on the yield of above-ground biomass showed sewage sludge, wood ashes, and especially straw ashes. These fertilizers significantly increased the content and uptake of S as well. In other monitored parameters it was not possible to clearly identify the tendencies.
The application of bioeffectors alone or in combination with the above mentioned materials did not bring the positive effect on the monitored parameters. On the contrary, the combination of Paenibacillus strains FZB42 mucilaginosus showed in many cases significantly negative impact.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current production system with regard to the distribution centers in the company Podorlická kartonážní ltd and has the task of proposing the reorganization of the workplace in the new hall for more efficient production system. The first part is focused on the theory of production logistics and organization of production preparation, second, an analytical part is dedicated to data analysis and proposals for the reorganization of the new production hall.

Program management in the field of project management presents relatively new management method that links the correspondence of the particular projects with an organization strategy. Formation of the optimal portfolio projects for program results from the company goals, desired benefits, from the limitation of available resources, relations and connections among particular projects, and last but not least, from expectations of stakeholders. Its application in the organization can expressively improve the efficiency and the transparency over transmission the vision of the company to project level. The first, theoretical part, compares project, program and portfolio and their lifecycles. Rest of work contains a methods used to implementation of program management. Main goal of this thesis is to provide overview information on this area and introduce basic practices how to implement program management to a reader's organization.

Program managemnet in the government and the private sector

This thesis focuses on the topic of program management, its functioning and the emergence in the context of project management. The goal is to process standards and methodologies for working with programs to reveal their differences and the reasons that lead to their formation. Particular attention is given to compare the life cycles of the program two major commercial standards and subsequently with the approach of government. The differences in the functioning government and the private sector are one of the main axes of the whole work, and every part of this work pays attention to them. The work seeks to illuminate the principles of the program management and on selected examples demonstrate the functioning of different approaches. In the final section, on the basis of these differences defines the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches and tries to suggest the possibility of taking advantage by sharing of approach to strengthening of the opposite one.

Analysis of specifics in project management within multinational system integration projects and elaboration of conceptual solution model of these specifics and factors

The subject of this thesis is an analysis of specifics in project management within multinational system integration projects together with elaboration of conceptual solution model of these specifics and factors. Main objective of this thesis is to elaborate solution which will fulfil all the requirements of specific environment of project management within multinational system integration projects and to develop conceptual project management framework which could be implemented into current project management model of author's company which will contribute to higher success rate of this kind of projects. To achieve the goals of this thesis it was needed to define an environment of the projects, on which is the thesis focused, together with most important terms. Then it was needed to make a research of commercial and non-commercial literature and final theses with aim to prove that the topic of this thesis has not been yet described and solved. In second part of this final thesis, the research of most commonly used project management standards and specifics of multinational system integration projects is made, together with identification of main problems and critical success factors of these projects. In the last part of the thesis is developed the previously mentioned conceptual solution model of these specifics and aspects. This also defines the whole structure of the final thesis. Main planned benefit of this text is an analysis of environment of this kind of projects which has not been yet thoroughly described and also improvement of multinational system integration projects realisation success rate in author's company.

The thesis deals with the issue of managing people. The aim of this study is to determine whether coaching is the applicable method for managing people and in what form can be used by for project management. The theoretical part deals with the inefficiencies of today's approaches to managing people, the principles of project management and methods of project management. This is a partial summary of the approaches which are applied both at home and abroad. When writing these methods begin by relevant printed and electronic sources. The practical part is focused on summarizing the methods of coaching in project management. This is a reflection on what are the prerequisites for it in order to effectively implement coaching and what methods are used today.

Public transport in Switzerland with the intention of canton Zurich and comparison with PIT

The main goal of the thesis is an analysis of Swiss public transport with the intention of transport integrated system of canton Zurich and transport integrated system of Prague and their comparison. The first part of the thesis is focused on definition and characteristics of public transport and transport integrated systems. Detailed are mentioned history, statistics, organization and economics of both transport integrated systems. On theoretical basics the thesis compares some parameters of both transport systems. The thesis brings the results of the comparison of public transport of two areas, which are different from the economical and historical point of view.
