Form shim manufacturing by compound tool
Bartoš, Martin ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Purpose of this diploma thesis is a design of a compound tool for manufacturing the form shim. The form shim is made by shearing and bending technology from steel sheet 11 343.1. Thickness is 2 mm. On the basis of a literary study and design calculations was designed the compound tool, which will manufacture this component by 4 actions on the automated line containing rewinder, feeding levelling machine and eccentric press with designed compound tool. Economic calculations show that the designed manufacturing is profitable.
Smart Home Solution Based on ESP Modules and Raspberry Pi
Bartoš, Martin ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
Nowadays, the world of smart devices in households is growing significantly, where the devices communicate with each other and make people's lives easier. However, a major problem with the purchase of these devices to common households is the high price and compatibility of those products from one vendor. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive low-cost smart home solution that the user will be able to manage without much effort. This solution is implemented by the latest technologies and tools.

This thesis describes a chronological overview of the most important sport cars BMW from the begining of the company up to the present, which influenced motorsport in a way. The first part describes the history of the BMW car company. The next part of the thesis focuses on individual cars. The structual design of every model is described, eventually marked different unconventional construction. Next, there is a short part about succeses in races. Finally the most important technical specifications are mentioned.
Analysis of scientific production in the fields of social sciences and humanities in the Czech Republic
Bartoš, Martin ; Jarolímková, Adéla (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jan (referee)
(in English): This thesis performs a descriptive bibliometric analysis of science production in 17 fields of social sciences and humanities in the Czech Republic, successfully verifying the usability of institutional data for this purpose. It focuses on the central areas of scientific production research: publishing strategies, scientific cooperation and the degree of internationalization of the R&D results. The thesis compares the monitored indicators within two ten-year periods: 1998-2007 and 2008-2017. Through the analysis of the R&D results, it reveals not only significant institutional differences, but above all, distinctive field specifics, which point to considerable diversity of the fields of social sciences and humanities. At the same time, it confirms an increase in the number of R&D results and a higher degree of internationalization and scientific cooperation between the analysed periods. The contribution of the work lies not only in the provided characteristics and detailed assessment of the usability of data, but also in pointing out the breadth of the uses of institutional resources for the analysis of scientific production, which far exceeds the capabilities of the IS VaVaI system.

Preclinical use and critical evaluation of micro-CT from the perspective of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Bartoš, Martin ; Foltán, René (advisor) ; Naňka, Ondřej (referee) ; Bulik, Oliver (referee)
The preclinical imaging method micro-CT (microtomography) allows the visualization and quantification of the structure of samples at a resolution of micrometers. Its' importance is increasing globally. In addition to several advantages (non-destructive, the possibility of direct 3D analysis, time efficiency, etc.), micro-CT also has some significant limitations (problematic validation of results, image artifacts, significant influence of image modifications, etc.). This thesis focuses on the application of micro-CT in the field of research and development of metallic and non-metallic materials promoting bone healing with their possible clinical applications. The first part addresses the limitations of micro-CT through several studies. A comparison of pore sizes in biomaterials utilizing scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and micro-CT was performed, and the complications of pore size evaluation were presented. SEM image analysis leads to significantly higher values than micro-CT (approximately three times), which allows for comparison of the studies using only one of these methods. Validation of micro-CT 3D analysis results based on calibration phantoms with complex structure, to date, is not possible. We therefore developed software generating phantom datasets of 3D objects with well-defined...
Arbitration proceeding in Czech and Slovak Republic
Bartoš, Martin ; Pohl, Tomáš (advisor) ; Macková, Alena (referee)
Arbitration proceeding in Czech and Slovak Republic The topic of this thesis is arbitration proceeding in Czech and Slovak Republic. If the part of introduction and conclusion is not included, the thesis is divided into eight main chapters which are further systematically divided into other subchapters. In the first chapter dedicated to the concept and characteristics of arbitration the author focuses on sources and - with regard to the title of this work - the greatest attention is paid to the Contract concluded between Czech and Slovak Republic on legal cooperation. Furthermore the deal of this part is a relation between arbitration and civil proceeding and alternative dispute resolution. This chapter describes - among other issues - the types of arbitration, namely deals with the severance onto ad hoc and institutional arbitration, including comparison with Slovak law. In the following chapter the author deals with the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration but with the difference that he deals with these examples more broadly considering that individual attributes may not always be perceived in black and white, ie. it may not always be an advantage but should be viewed more comprehensively. Chapter Three is dedicated to arbitrability (both in Czech and Slovak legislation) as a key...
Educational Model of Synthetic Aperture Sonar Using Range-Doppler Algorithm
Bartoš, Martin
This paper deals with synthetic aperture imaging techniques in ultrasound spectrum. The paper provides description of Synthetic Aperture Sonar (SAS) experiment with low-cost components in laboratory environment. The Range-Doppler Algorithm for signal processing, which is one of the imaging algorithm, is also depicted in this paper. The theoretical resolution is compared with that of the experimental results.
