The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of marketing mix tools of AUTOSERVIS NOVOTNÝ, Ltd, which is an authorized dealer and service of Škoda cars. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of marketing, marketing mix tools and one of the method of strategic analysis - SWOT analysis. In the practical part, all knowledge are applied in the analysis of the AUTOSERVIS NOVOTNÝ, Ltd and in making suggestions and recommendations. These suggestions and recommendations, which are based on the SWOT analysis and should lead to improve and eliminate the shortcomings of the company's current marketing mix, are also the main outcome of this bachelor thesis.
The Use of Event Marketing in Practice

First part of bachelor's thesis is focused on use of event marketing in real-world application, whereas second part of thesis is directed towards Jägermeister company, which frequently uses such type of marketing. All mentioned information, which belong to internal sources in the company, were aquired by author of thesis through company representatives and from publicly available resources. Purpose of thesis is analysis of individual events from different points of view, which are refered to in their respective literature, and compared between each other on the basis of information obtained from them.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the situation of Klaus Timber. And on this basis to develop the possibility of expanding society. At first, the thesis contains theoretical concepts related to the diploma thesis and the methods used. In the next phase of the work, this knowledge is applied to the company. Individual analyzes will show how the market is on the market, not only financially. After evaluating the company's situation, the company plans to expand the company, which will have to take into account the results of the previous analyzes and take into account the overall situation of the company. Of course, the financial side of the business, which is an indispensable part of the new project, will also be important.
The Application of Time Management on Specific Management Entity

Time management is a tool for managers during planning and organizing of the work activities with the focus on the effectivity in work and productivity. The objective of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is defined and identified by the methods of time management, including the goals, their separation according to the priorities, the affection of manager´s time management by their biological qualification, the application of the basic principles and tools of time management in practice. In practical part I used methods from the theoretical part for observing and research of two manager subjects. In the conclusion of the practical part I assessed the personal time management of researched managers. And also I proposed the improvements and evaluated the hypotheses specified by myself.

This diploma thesis deals with company strategy. It is divided into two main parts, part theoretical and part practical. The first of these sections summarizes the theoretical knowledge about strategic management, strategy and strategic analysis itself. The vast majority of the second, practical part of the thesis, is a strategic analysis of a particular business. The aim of the thesis is to propose a strategy for the future development of the selected enterprise based on the outputs of the strategic analysis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the present marketing mix of ZOO Jihlava. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one is concerned with a definition and characterization of the services, marketing services and a problems of a particular devices of extended marketing mix. Alongside this part will be a foundation for practical part. The core of the practical part is also a detailed analysis of marketing mix. The section of this part is the SWOT analysis made by me using individual matrixes. In the end of this thesis is evaluation of present marketing mix with the recommendation on the basis of this investigation and made SWOT analysis.
The use of neurolinguistic programming at public service employees

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis summarizes the most important findings of neurolinguistic programming. It also contains a description of selected techniques. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the NLP with techniques applied in practice for the development of soft skills of inspectors of the State Office for Nuclear Safety. This goal was achieved through unstructured interviews and the study of internal documents, working materials and course texts. The thesis also contains semi-structured questionnaire, supplemented by information obtained by unstructured interview with inspectors and other communication with them. This questionnaire explores the opinion of inspectors on soft skills education, neuro-linguistic programming, and interest in further training in these areas.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the evaluation assessment center method as a modern tender tool. At the theoretical level, materials are elaborated, which are the basis for verifying the importance of human resources evaluation of the organization. In the theoretical part, the specifics of the assessment center method are described and explained. In the practical part, a new form of assessment center is proposed for a particular job position. Here are applied theoretical knowledge. The output of the practical part is its evaluation by an expert.
Analysis of flexible forms of employment with a focus on working from home

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the field of flexible forms of employment. Introduce individual forms of employment according to various authors and shortly describe them. Then evaluate several selected forms and capture their advantages and disadvantages, both from the side of employer and employee. For better understanding of the topic context, there is an introduction of a few basic concepts, explanation of the concept of flexibility and mentioned trends that currently affect employment. The greatest emphasis is on the forms of work from home. Which the practical part is focused on. The methodological part contains informations about the researched sample and the data collection method. In practical part will contain results from quantitative research using a questionnaire. The goal of the practical part is to find out the opinions of the interviewed about the work from home then their awareness of the advantages and disadvantages, an interest in given form of employment and at the same time confirmation or disproof of pre-determined research questions.
Millennials and Associated Trends and Changes in the Labour Market

This thesis deals with the issue of Millennials and their expectations in personal and professional life. It contains a thorough background research of scholarly literature connected with Millennials, approaches towards them, affiliated stereotypes, suitable methods of managing and leading them etc. There are also presented outcomes of two questionnaires that found out that Millennials from the Czech environment are characterized by similar features as are the foreign ones. The research also shows, that the knowledge of Millennials by employers is high when considered the most significant features connected with employment. The lesser knowledge is being held about personal values of the Generation Y. There also exists only partial unity of what are Millennials expecting at work and what is being actually offered. The highest rate of discrepancy was found in reasons for providing sufficient feedback on the performance and in trending forms of development, coaching particularly.
