Processing of Ultrasound Radiofrequency Data
Krchňavý, Jan ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Jiřík, Radovan (advisor)
The main aim of the semestral work was to get to know with processing of ultrasound radio-frequency. It’s theoretical subscription, subscription of physical principle, each types of imaging, types of measuring probes, followed by practical processing acquired ultrasound data in program Matlab. Making of working algorithm, which can present IQ DATA form ultrasound probe into visual elements. Because of measuring ultrasound data with sector probe, it was necessary to use conversion of cartesian coordinates to polar coordinates. Graphical interface was created in GUI of Matlab. Within interface the parameters of imaging can be easily set. Dynamic sequences can be also displayed.
Analysis of the meteorological dates
Votavová, Barbora ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this study is to recognize structure of data from the meteorological station, choose useful programme for its analysis and make a theoretical analysis and graphics. The work describes the collection of data from meteorological stations, data stucture, meteorological elements, their measurement and selection of appropriate statistical program. Practical part includes charts with commentary. Conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis.
Thermoacoustic measurement of ultrasonic power
Vysoudil, Ladislav ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The assignment of this work is to suggest structural design of thermoacoustic sensor and experimentally verify his function for testing intensity of ultrasound diagnostic systems. Then the measured results are compared with measurement by the hydrophone in ultrasonic measuring tank. Opening part of this work is focused on functional description of sensors and their construction, including functional description and construction of hydrophone. The rest of the work deals with project of thermoacoustic sensor and measuring with sensor and hydrophone and evaluation results of measurement. Intention of this work is to verify the correct function of designed thermoacoustic sensor with the help of comparison measurement with hydrophone.
Polarographic analysis of water
Klečka, Tomáš ; Rozman, Jiří (referee) ; Čížek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor's project creates the necessary theoretical foundation of polarography and voltametry in the first part, which is needed to successful measurement using these technics. In the second part there is realized measurement with anodic stripping voltametry and accomplished evaluation in MATLAB. Finally there is example of procedure for laboratory task with polarograph.
MEMS Technology for Tilt Sensing
Kopeček, Pavel ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Dlouhý, Jiří (advisor)
Recently we put more requirements on the equipment around us. And very often we need know, how hung angle-wise of equipment is. Measuring of tilt is very important and used for example in gaming consoles, mobile phone, medical purposes and other. Tilt is calculated per direction of gravity acceleration, it measures by accelerometers. Accelerometer is sensor, which exploit masses inertia to calculate of acceleration. Development put pressure to us and reason is miniaturizing of everything and there is possibility to use micro-electromechanical, so-called MEMS, accelerometers. At last time sensors made by MEMS technology replacing classical mechanic sensors, which is bigger, more power exacting and last time considerably more expensive. But parts makes by MEMS technology aren’t enough accurate for some applications. Despite it is by this principle manufactured much kinds of accelerometers with different technologies of manufacture and work on different principles. We try to compare two accelerometers from two competitive factories.
The noise map in GIS
Rodryč, Filip ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Čížek, Martin (advisor)
This work consist theoretical basis and practical examination of system ArcView. There are analyzing quantity, which describing noise and in brief acquaint with methodology of noise measuring. Contains limits of noise in working environment laid directions government’s no. 148/2006. Further that mull over method of noise measuring in working environment. There is described Geographic Information System and his parts. This work mull over architecture of software ArcView and his superstructures, which measure up process of geographical data and analyze data nearly connected with region of life environment. There are described measuring instruments Acoustylizer NTI AL1 and PULSE 3560B, which are intended for measuring and analyzing of noise. In the end there are introduced results of measurement and noise maps for given situation.
Map of terrain lighting in GIS
Blatný, Michal ; Rychtárik, Milan (referee) ; Čížek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes fundamental terms in lighting and deals with street lighting intensity measurement. The text describes an outline of the future work focused to comparison of the measured values with ČSN EN standards using GIS.
Developmental kit width AVR microcontrollers
Dostál, František ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Dlouhý, Jiří (advisor)
The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is the implementation of development kit with AVR ATmega16 processor and creation a simple program to verify the functionality of all the peripherals. Part of the solution is the JTAG programmer. Programs are developed in C language and tested with all necessary peripherals microcontroller, timer / counters, A/D converter, ports, USART unit. Also there were programms developed, that ensure scanning the keyboard matrix, LED lighting, crystal transducer activation, measurement using tilt sensors ADXL 330, communication with the LCD and easy connection to a mobile phone.
Cardiotocograph - observation of contractions
Vítek, Milan ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
Purpose of this thesis is to study the principle of operation of cardiotocography in monitoring fetal life, further defining the main requirements for this equipment and defining the parameters of monitored biosignals. These findings are supported by the literature. Based on the gained knowledge, the system design of cardiotocography is made with focus on reading contractions. Main parameters of the function blocks are defined. Circuit solution for sensing contractions is suggested, including the design of the sensor. Designed circuits are verified on a prototype.
Mobil system for monitoring of sports activity
Maleňák, Filip ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse methods that are used for monitoring athlete’s activities and a description of current technical solutions with a focus on heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring. The presented solution shows the possibilities of using available open source SW and HW technologies and their implementation in the design of an integrated tool for monitoring sports activities with the iOS operating system.
