Konference mapuje téma stále živější a aktuálnější. Hledání kořenů, identity a integrujících prvků člověka v krajině v minulosti a dnes spolu neoddělitelně souvisí. Jedná se o složitou, transdisciplinární problematiku, k níž se vyjadřují historikové, geografové, etnologové, sociologové, demografové a mnozí další odborníci. Kritéria a možné přístupy k charakteristice a pojetí regionů svědčí o mnohovrstevnaté tematice, dotýkající se současné Evropy (a škály jejích regionů včetně Euroregionů) i historických evropských zemí a států. Cílem konference bylo ilustrovat šíři tématu, naznačit obecné i speciální otázky a teoretické úvahy propojit s regionálními sondami.Vědomí historické příslušnosti k vlastnímu regionu totiž bude i nadále hrát ve společnosti nezastupitelnou roli.

MODIFICATIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW IN RELATION TO THE ACCESSION OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC TO THE EUROPEAN UNION ABSTRACT The accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union was certainly one of the most important moments in the development of Czech legal order. The impact of this step may be seen in every branch of law - including constitutional law. The large number of publications on this issue indicates that the changes of constitutional law are an important issue in the Czech academic society. Yet, the literature is mostly fragmentary and mainly oriented at only some of the problems. This thesis tries to gather all the important changes in the branch of constitutional law, which occurred in relation to the Czech Republic's accession to EU. As the constitutional law is a very broad topic, the focus is laid on its institutional part and on the role of member states (and its institutions) within the EU. This thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters (which are further divided with respect to the single topics), and a final conclusion. In introduction, the focus of the thesis and basic questions are defined. Chapter One briefly follows the process of the Czech Republic's accession to the EU. The Development of Celibacy with the Emphasis on the Present Accesses

Práce pojednává o spiritualitě celibátu v Římskokatolické církvi se zaměřením na kněžské povolání. Po uvedení do základní problematiky pojmů spiritualita a celibát následuje přehled vývoje důrazů na význam celibátu v historii křesťanství. Pro prohloubení tématu celibátu je do práce zařazeno i krátké seznámení s křesťansky pojatou antropologií Jana Pavla II. (Teologie těla) a Oliviera Clémenta (tzv. Teopoetika těla). Jejich tématem je tělo a sexualita. Oba autoři se snaží o pozitivní přístup k významu těla v našich vztazích. Vybrala jsem aspekty vztahující se k celibátnímu životu a možné pozitivní integrace sexuality do celibátu. Další část je zaměřena na soudobou praxi ve formaci kněží a jak se v rámci ní pracuje s otázkou sexuality. Dále je zaměřena pozornost na krizové situace, které mohou způsobit ztroskotání v celibátním způsobu života. Nabízí se však možnosti, jak s takovou situací zacházet. Je kladen důraz na pozitivní přínosy kněžského celibátu pro celistvost člověka a jeho autentický duchovní život. V závěru práce hodnotím, co můžeme v rámci spirituality celibátu čerpat z historické zkušenosti a co se rozvíjí nově a aktuálně v souvislosti s potřebami současné generace kněží. V hodnocení současných důrazů si všímám také souvislosti s křesťansky pojatou antropologií a jejího přínosu pro spiritualitu...

Forms of financing credit instruments

The aim of this work is to compare the different ways of financing companies by granting a loan in the Czech Republic and Austria and to give the credit applicants an overview and a comparison of information that helps to make the decision process easier. I found out, gaining a loan commitment in Austria is easier and faster. Financing in the Czech Republic is more transparent and is clearly arranged. This is influenced by the institutional access to the customer and the standardized benchmarking system, in opposite to the flexible and individual approach to the customer in Austria. One advantage of the Austrian banking institutes is the way of assessing the creditworthiness. Not only the quantitative information is considered, but also the qualitative data. I analyzed the functioning of the loan giving process in the practise, the system of benchmarking process and the acceptance of the loan application, which is important for the final margin of the bank and its demand for securities. I valuated the financing of a real estate rebuilding by an Austrian and a Czech bank from the point of view of the attractiveness for a company.

Název: Sledge hokej Sledge hockey Cíle práce: Cílem diplomové práce je shromáždit informace o sledge hokeji a jeho vliv na tělesně postižené sportovce. Zaznamenat historii, pravidla a nastínit sledge hokej v České republice. Dále se zaměřit na jeden kolínský tým a popsat jednu hokejovou sezónu. Na závěr je vyhodnocen dotazník kvality života (SQUALA). Dotazník je zaměřen na hodnocení spokojenosti a důležitosti určitým oblastem života. Metoda: Prvním nástrojem výzkumu je pozorování. Jedná se o reduktivní deskripci. Systematicky jsem sledovala určité jevy daného tématu. Pozorovala jsem: tréninky- taktiku hry, jízdu na sledgy. Úspěšnost pozorování je závislá na stupni informovanosti o sledované problematice. Samotná metoda je přímé pozorování. Pozorováním jsem dospěla objektivnímu popisu jevu umožňujícím následnou analýzu. Druhým nástrojem výzkumu byl průzkum formou dotazníku SQUALA CZ, jeho zpracování a vyhodnocení. Výhody dotazníku je úspora času a finančních prostředků a data lze lépe kvantifikovat. Výsledky: Podařilo se shromáždit historii a pravidla sledge hokeje. Zaznamenala jsem roční tréninkový cyklus kolínského týmu a zjistila jeho nedostatky. V hodnocení kvality života dosáhli sportovci dle dotazníku SQUALA CZ skóru 253,5. S porovnáním s dizertační prací Čichoně, 2005 má sledge hokej...

Modern alternate types of sealing barriers analysis for landfills

People and waste on our planet is constantly increasing, and so despite the unattractiveness topic the landfills are the current and noticeable issue. This paper deals with the standards and laws relating to landfills, from which they depend for the creation and construction. I should present an overview of the different variants of application materials to the construction of the landfill could be used, and today sealing landfills are available for engineers. But just I do not engage in alternative sealing options as well as standard which are still widely used methods of sealing landfills. To the situation in the Czech Republic stated in a global context, I give examples of coping with the landfill in other countries such as Chile, where they try to use local raw materials. What is landfill waste and security are concerned; our model may be one of our neighbours - Germany, which in this part is devoted to most extensively. Each of these options has its pros and cons. I leave at will and view of each reader to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each solution. It is also possible to adhere to the already proven and well used ways of depositing, in their modernized and improved form.

Witch trials in north Moravia, with regard to the development of superstitions relating to witchcraft

Od 15. století, kdy se rozhořely první hranice s čarodějnicemi až do druhé poloviny 18. století, kdy byly čarodějnické procesy už pouze ojedinělou výjimkou a osvícenskou společností byly považovány za obraz toho nejhoršího tmářství, zahynulo na hranicích desetitisíce osob především ženského pohlaví. Jejich přesný počet ale již dnes nelze přesně zjistit; aktový materiál mnohde nepřežil běh času a v některých případech byl dokonce úmyslně zničen po usmrcení odsouzeného95. V 19. a ještě zpočátku 20. století historici, věnující se tomuto tématu, uváděli počty obětí dokonce v šestimístných cifrách, které se však již v dnešní době považují za nadsazené a mluví se "jen" o sto tisíci odsouzených čarodějníků pro celou Evropu. Vrchol čarodějnických procesů v západní Evropě spadal především do let 1560 - 1630. Do roku 1700 pak jejich počet postupně klesá a v 18. století následně docházelo už jen ojediněle k upalování či lynčování jedinců96, které především prostý lid považoval za čarodějníky. Pronásledování čarodějnic bylo už od svého počátku záležitostí jednotlivých panství nebo dokonce jen jejich části; nikdy komplexně nezachvátilo celou zem. Pro hledání důvodu proč tomu tak bylo, nikdy nebude stačit jediná teorie, protože represi nemusel způsobit vždy jen jeden jediný faktor jako byla neúroda či jediná odcizená...

Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union

The main aim of this dissertation thesis is to explain the creation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and to identify elements of integration and stagnation of this process. Consequently, the main question is whether the Charter leads to a deepening of the Union's integration or rather contributes to its stagnation. Two subsidiary questions of the thesis are as follows: Has there been a transfer of competences of the Member States to the Union due to the Charter? Has the creation of the Charter contributed to the formation of European identity? The thesis also deals with the role of various actors in the said process.

The jurist and politician JuDr. František Veselý (1863-1935)

Mr. Frantisek Vesely was born on 18th of September 1863 in Jicin. He was the Jicin confectioner's first - born son and his mother origin was in the burgess family the Kraciks from Jicin. Frantisek's mother died in the year 1865. His father got married for the second time in same year. The father's confectionery did not prosper any more and that is why he left his second wife and their children and moved to Prague in 1873. Frantisek's grandmother from his mother side, who had a small business in Jicin, started to look after the little boy. After finishing the basic school Frantisek Vesely started to attend the grammar school in Jicin. He finished this study by leaving examination in the year 1881. That time secondary school director was Mr. Frantisek Lepar and the boy made friends with his two sons Vladislav and Zdenek. Frantisek used to give extra lessons to a younger student from grammar school Englbert Erben and he engaged with his sister Milada. In the meantime he works as well as clerk in the local law office, which influenced his future job selection. Frantisek's dreams included opening of his private law office and having family with his fiancée Milada Erbenova. Having finished secondary school in the year 1881 he left to Prague, where he studied law. He has finished his studies by getting the title...
