Analysis of personnel work in a small business

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel working in small businesses. The theoretical part summarizes the principles and practices of personnel work in small businesses and are briefly outlined recruitment activities. Analytical section describes the specific small businesses and access to private activities and their actual implementation. The conclusion is based on the results of the analysis assesses the functioning of the HR functions within the plant and the proposed measures amendments and recommendations.

The role of NGOs in tackling unemployment

The thesis topic is the role of the non-profit sector in the field of unemployment solutions. The first part relates the consequences of unemployment and non-profit activities and highlights their importance in mitigating the effects of unemployment. This part also points out impact of non-profit organizations to increase employment and employability. In the next chapter, using examples from practice outlines the possibilities of cooperation between the NGOs and public administration. The third part focuses on statistical data on unemployment in the Czech Republic and then in more detail in the Vysočina Region. The final section describes in detail activities of NGO Fokus Vysočina and also several other examples of activities of social enterprises in the Vysočina Region. The conclusion summarizes the results and gives recommendations for further improvement.

Comparison of efficiency in lexicon test for children with Specific language impairment and children with acquired aphasia

The thesis is composed of two main parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part sums up the knowledge about language communication, word and lexicon, and mentions diversity of access to model of the language with emphasis on localization lexicon in the human brain. There is also outlined physiological and pathological development of the lexicon, word-stock problems by children with Specific language impairment and children with acquired aphasia, and finally options of lexicon assessment in the Czech. Practical part is focused on evaluation of lexicon in children divided into the three groups. Each group is consists of three age categories. To analyse lexical profile of these children was compiled the test, which contains ten subtests intent on the rate in obtaining words, structuring of mental lexicon and meaning of the words. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate differences of lexicon between intact children, children with Specific language impairment and children with acquired aphasia. Tone and word accent in contemporary Serbian of Kosovska Mitrovica region

The subject of the thesis is the contemporary state of lexical pitch accents system in Serbian of Kosovska Mitrovica region. The theoretical background of the thesis is mainly based on Pavle Ivić's, Ilse Lehiste's, Asim Peco's and Svetlana Godjevac's papers. The thesis briefly outlines the development of Serbian lexical pitch accents and discusses the contemporary state of the system from the above mentioned authors' perspective. On the basis of recordings of texts read by native speakers from Kosovska Mitrovica the thesis describes the system of pitch accents in the region. By measuring the course of F0 in stressed and following syllables the thesis analyses the realization of respective types of lexical pitch accents, their mutual similarities and differences. With regards to these results the thesis makes conclusions about the state of the system in the region.

The problemacy of domestic violence

The diploma thesis "Problemacy of domestic violence" deals with a serious social problem of nowadays. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theory there is definition of domestic violence, description of its specific attributes, kinds and occurence and it outlines the main theories of its causes. It is focused on intimate violence between partners, its myths and it explores a perpetrator and victim characteristics. Children as witnesses of intimate partner violence are noticed. Then explores how domestic violence is reflected in legal context and brings information about aid from uninitiated and prevention. Practical part analyzes questionnaire concerns attitude to domestic violence and it summarizes results in evaluation.

This diploma thesis deals with the image of Prague in selected works of Lenka Reinerovä. Individual chapters focus respectively on the following publications Es begann in der Melantrichgasse, Die Premiere, Das Traumcafe einer Pragerin, Der Ausflug zum Schwanensee, Zu Hause in Prag - manchmal auch anderswo, Närrisches Prag, Das Geheimnis der nächsten Minute. On the basis of a brief theoretical chapter, the diploma thesis outlines an overview of all possible images, shapes and representations Prague is given in the researched works. The conclusion provides a summary of three essential roles Prague assumes in the books of Lenka Reinerovä; namely, Prague functions as an object, subject and setting. The conclusion also offers an overview of major themes and linguistic devices, which the author employed while capturing the image of Prague. The diploma thesis includes also a chapter on the author's biography.

Diploma thesis deals with non-profit organizations with regard to their effective presentation, promotion and public relations. Theoretical part generally characterizes non-profit organizations and non-profit sector in the Czech Republic. First part outlines brief historical context, legal regulations in the Czech Republic, their operation, classification and fundraising. Second part describes public relations in non-profit sector, instruments of this communication and how to make this communication as effective as possible. Empirical part demonstrates these theoretical findings on examples of two particular non-profit organizations operating in the sphere of health care and social-service work. These two non-profit organizations are being compared in reference to public relations and public awareness about these organizations activity. Emphasis is laid not only on communication methods but especially on ethic aspect of this communication. Diploma thesis objective is to evaluate position of two non-profit organizations in terms of promotion and public relations. Conclusion summarizes ascertained facts.

Monetary policy of the European Union

The purpose of this thesis is to sum up the evolution of monetary policy of the European Union so far and to review the impact of the global financial crisis upon the euro area outlining its future. The other purpose is to analyze the Maastricht convergence criteria fulfillment by the Czech Republic and to sum up if the Czech Republic is or isn't ready to enter the euro area and to adopt the common currency. The first and the second part of the thesis are more descriptive of dealing with the historical evolution of monetary policy from the initial formation in the European Economic Community to the origin of the European Monetary system. The third part brings the reader particular information about the Economic and Monetary union and phases of its foundation. It also brings about the European Central Bank which is the most important institution for monetary policy of the European Union and in the end summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of adopting the common currency. In the fourth part I try to assess the impact of the global financial crisis upon the states of the euro area and mention the view of experts on its future. The last chapter deals with the potencial entry of the Czech Republic to the euro area. That review is based on the analysis of the Maastricht convergence criteria fulfillment.
