Analysis of the insurance of citizens' liability at the Czech insurance market

This bachelor thesis focuses on the liability insurance for citizens. The first part contains the main information about liability insurance, some facts about history and position at the insurance market. The second part deals with particular types of insurance of citizens' liability which insurance companies offer in present. Most of them are supplied with practical numbers. The analysis itself is described in the last part of this bachelor thesis. It focuses on the insurance of citizens' liability in every day life. It compares products of chosen insurance companies, their prices and insurance conditions.

The Integration of Children with Communication-ability Problems

Subject of this graduation thesis is the integration of children with communication incapacity issue. Theoretic part introduces existing findings from expert literature starting from generic concept to specialized determination. Each of chapters facilitate the progressive view of the problems of integration, specially of early and pre-school care of handicapped children, process, conditions and forms of integration in preschool age. The major part of thesis is dedicated to integration of children with communication incapacity at all. Practical part presents findings of research intent on the quantity and quality of provided care to the integrated children with special educative needs mainly focused on the integration of children with talk defects during the last five years. Information presented in this thesis could have conduced to expanded view to this issue and to specific positions and thinking about actual process and way of integration of children with communication incapacity. Position of nurse in the Czech Republic The theme of my work is position of nurse in the czech society. I would like to get objectives informations to descripe present reputation of nurses. This theme can improve their position and help to incoming changes in the future. In the theory I write about reputation of jobs, about professional image of nurse and about history of this image. I write about history of nursing, and this from aspect position of nurse, it mean the status of doctor and nurse. In this time it constructs positive all-society conditions for independence activity of nurse, therefore it needs old terms between doctors and nurses to transform. Knowledges and career - there are very important conditions to increase job's prestige. The informations, which I am using in the empiric part, I was obtaining from two answer sheets. These answer sheets were faceless. The first was addressed to nurses and the second to doctors. It's good to observe, that I would like to change anything, I have to start by myself. And we have to talk aloud.

Theory and Practice an the Competence of Graduate Nurse. Working in the Surgical Ambulance This bachelor thesis deals with the contemporary situation and new trends in health service - in the branch of nursing. It presents and evaluates theoretical assumptions of further development of a graduated nurse in new conditions. The empirical part is aimed at identification of the conditions for the work of a graduated nurse and to recognize whether the current legislation enables such a nurse to work individually, concretely in surgical ambulance. The thesis concludes that graduated nurses are allowed to work individually and separately conformably to the laws, and patients and insurance companies take concern in their work. On the basis of this fact some questions arise: Why is there a problem to implement it in practice? Do we really take care in graduate nurses?

Pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic pain treatment in cardio surgery patients

Pharmacologic a non - pharmacologic pain treatment in cardio surgery patients This project is orientated on pain treatment in cardio surgery patients, especially in intensity of pain, character of pain and other close parameters. The theoretical part is about basic physiology of pain as CNS function, complex reaction on pain, types of pain, etc. There are pain-scoring scales mentioned as well. In more detail post surgery pain is analyzed, its treatment and scoring (evaluation) by a nurse. The end of this project is orientated on this topic in cardio surgery. Basic cardio surgery diagnosis, surgery procedures, post surgery care and basic vital signs monitoring are explained too. The clinical part contains results of patient examinations and discussions, which took care about the intensity of pain, the character of pain, the localization of post surgery pain and other close parameters.

Investování pojišťoven na českém pojistném trhu

Práce se zabývá investováním pojišťoven na českém pojistném trhu. Cílem je analyzovat investiční chování pojišťoven s ohledem na legislativní podmínky ČR. Popsány jsou jednotlivé druhy technických rezerv, které tvoří významný zdroj investic. Pozornost je také věnována problematice právních předpisů zabývajících se otázkou investování pojišťoven. Další část práce se zaměřuje na český pojistný trh jako celek. Sleduje investiční chování subjektů trhu, které nejvíce prostředků investují do dluhopisů. V závěru práce porovnává investování tří konkrétních pojišťoven působících na českém pojistném trhu. Tímto srovnáním se snaží dospět k nalezení trendů a rozdílů v ukládání finančních prostředků jednotlivých pojišťoven.

Analysis and prediction of the digital music market

This paper analyzes the conditions and functions of the present music market, with the main focus on the distribution of music in digital formats. It discusses fundamental concepts as well as the law framework which is used in the Czech Republic and worldwide. Firstly, the paper discusses technological aspects, including various music formats, the realization of sales via the Internet, and the usage of file sharing networks. Secondly, the paper discusses important services already available on the Internet, which have had a significant impact on the market, and whose influence will continue well into the future. To better understand the present situation, an analysis of piracy phenomena is crucial. This analysis is based on many published studies and has attempted to reflect the attitudes of customers, musicians, and the music industry in general, towards the present state of the market. Finally, various opportunities are discussed for designing potentially usable services, which could possibly create value for consumers and the music industry in the future. These models include protectionist services transformation, supply diversification, subscription approach and streaming. New models are globally compiled together with outlined relations between them.

Current state of integration of handicapped students in school in the West Bohemian region.

Abstract The thesis on the topic of ``The present state of the intergration of disabled pupils in schools in the region of West Bohemia{\crqq} includes definitions of the notions of integration, inclusion, integration conditions and integration types. The basic special educational needs of pupils with optical and auditory handicap, with physical and mental handicap and pupils with a disorder in communication skills are stated and the results of an inquiry in usual basic schools in the region of West Bohemia are presented here.

International survey of state and reforms in health insurance system in member states of the European Union

This bachelor work observes present international survey of state and reforms in health insurance system in member states of the European Union. The work deals with current situation of sickness pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and financial support for caring of family member in member states of the European Union. There are introduced conditions for claim on payment, amount of payment, duration of supporting and waiting period. This is elaborated from views of employees and employers. Bigger attention is aimed for conditions in the Czech Republic a comparison with states of the European Union. I used analysis and comparison during working on this work. In conclusion, there will be showed which international experience would be appropriate to use for reform of healthy insurance in the Czech Republic.

Adoption of children in the Czech Republic

The subject of the thesis is about child adoption in the Czech republic. The theoretical part of this paper examines the development of constitutional care for the orphaned children and the legal process of adoption. It includes a list of all possible ways to adopt a child and the related conditions. It also explored in detail the arrangement of the adoption process. The thesis also explores possible issues that may arise during the adoption process for both parties involved (adoptive child and adoptive parent). The practical part of the thesis addresses the growth of adoption from the year 2005 till 2015. The conclusion summazises the results of the survey and interviews conducted on this topic.
