The psychosocial characteristics of children who committed a violent crime
Schwabová, Michaela ; Boukalová, Hedvika (referee) ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with psychosocial characteristics of children under 15 who are engaged in violent criminal activity, in the present case particularly in robbery, but also in assault and battery or extortion. Violent criminal activity is considered to be any activity sanctioned by criminal law providing it is necessary to resort to or threaten violence in order to commit it. The reason why the author of this thesis focused on children under 15 is due to the fact that the combination of a pubescent individual and a violent criminal activity is highly alarming and raises concern about future development of such a person. Resorting to such intense violence at such a young age can indicate especially a serious disturbance in personality development and its socialization, i.e. the process of integrating people into society and interiorizing social norms. However, it is also necessary to take into consideration a relatively big space for "manipulating" an individual and guiding his/her development in a desirable way, although there are certain limits to it. Even though an adolescent individual is in the process of development, which can be influenced through targeted intervention, it may not be possible to reverse certain facts, especially if these originate e.g. in early childhood and are of fundamental...

Procedural principles relating to evidence
Mikešová, Marie ; Zoulík, František (advisor) ; Smolík, Petr (referee)
77 Shrnutí v anglickém jazyce Procedural principles connected with evidence proceeding are principles, which create character of civil proceeding. They are arranged in pairs, but in concrete part of civil procedure only one principle from the pair is usually used. The first pair consists of the principles that determine which subject of the procedure will start the procedure and which subject will dispose of it. On the basis of this, we can talk about the principle of civil proceedings dealing with contenious cases or of principle of opening civil procedure ex officio. Furthermore, we distinguish a principle to try and the principle to search in accordance with terms that indicates the events that need to be assessed in the proceedings. Whether the facts relevant to the decision of the court is obliged to claim the participant in accordance with the principle to try or whether this is required by the court by the principle to search. The principle of the uniformity of the procedure is another basic principle. Due to this principle the civil procedure is a uniform procedure. There is not arranged when the procedure action during the procedure must be done. This principle is completed with elements of concentration principle. Principle of concentration is the reason, why the participant is allowed to propose...

Klír, Tomáš ; Klápště, Jan (advisor) ; Smetánka, Zdeněk (referee)

As a useful source of specific information we chose enclaves of margins since they are connected with contrasting settlement situation. This contrast served us well as a starting point for a discussion of more general features. The dissertation is divided into four parts. The first part deals with general problems of intensive agricultural exploitation of margins. In the second part, we bring forward a concrete example and discuss agricultural systems, which were employed on the enclave from the Early New Ages, namely, on the aeolian sands near Sadská (Central Bohemia). The third part is devoted to the beginnings of the medieval settlements in this particular region. This part of our research we based on written sources. The subject of the fourth part is the analysis of all relief remains represented by the deserted medieval village Kří (near Sadská) situated on the aeolian sands. It was this deserted village, together with the interest in relief remains of medieval settlements hitherto preserved in the landscape, that gave incentive to write this dissertation. The broader temporal range of the topic was determined by two facts. Firstly,...
