Finding optimal local path for mobile robot with kinematic constraints: How to find the safest path for nonholonomic robot
Krejsa, Jiří ; Věchet, Stanislav
The paper deals with the optimization of local path for the mobile robot, whereas the safety of the route is the major criterion. The robot equipped with differential chassis with kinematic constraints is considered for the task. The optimization is based on genetic algorithm (GA), optimizing the polyline representation of the path. The core idea of the method presented is to sequentially increase the number of key points in the path during the optimization. This way the computational expenses are kept reasonable and resulting path quickly converges to the optimal one, with respect to the actual number of parameters to be optimized. The cost function is defined as the lowest distance from the obstacle along the path. Sequential refinement of key path proved to speed up the search.

EGYPT
MICHNOVÁ, Markéta
The diploma thesis is focused on Egypt which was in the ancient world a cradle of one of the first civilizations in the human history. People living there thousands years ago left a huge arts, architectural and literature heritage to our generations. Their wisdom and foresight can be often taken as an example to our times. Egypt and its long-ago history is the issue so extensive that one of the scientific studies, called Egyptology, deals only with this subject. There is an inexhaustible number of ways and methods designed to deal with the given issue. In my diploma thesis, I was trying to work up this broad topic; however, I was not able to map it out in all its aspects and variations. I did not set myself the task to introduce children the detailed world of Egypt via this project but I just wanted to present one of the possible ways this issue can be worked up for the use of training of the first grade of primary schools pupils. It is very important in my opinion to encourage the today´s children´s interest and curiosity in the given subject and to capture it in the way that they will be interested in the history of Egypt even outside school.

The results of the research of hydrogenation reaction running in Trickle bed reactor (TBR) under condition of steady state or periodic pulse modulation of liquid feed are presented in the report. The effect od pulse period and split on reaction conversion including optimal operation conditions was determined. Yhe extensive hydrodynamic study of TBR was conducted and judged in terms of pressure drop profiles along the catalytic layer, liquid hold up and residence time distribution. Results of hydrodynamic study confirm determination of optimal operating conditions related to maximum conversion.

The Repechy Guest-House
Strnad, Miroslav ; Keith, Petr (referee) ; Vojtová, Lea (advisor) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is based on a studio project created in the summer term of the third year of the undergraduate studies. The task was the renewal and the extension of the farmhouse for an accommodation facility and other services. The farmhouse is situated in a small village Repechy near the town of Prostejov and is complemented by two other unused buildings. In the second half of the 20th century, rectangular shaped farmhouse with a yard was roofed, interior walls were partially demolished and interior space was used for keeping the cattle. It had a big impact for the current condition of the object. Aggressive environment and high humidity, for which structures were not designed, significantly accelerate the degradation process. Later, the cattle was moved away and the original farmhouse is deteriorating until these days. Currently, the object and its surroundings are in a bad condition. Most of the constructions are damaged and it is not possible to use them anymore. Northern tract is the only part worth protection. There are preserved precious historical chambranles and other plastic decoration. Surroundings is overgrown with wild vegetation. The aim was to preserve and bring out valuable parts of the original object and find them appropriate use under specified conditions. The proposal deals with the removal of three sides of a rectangular farmhouse and preserving the northern tract in the form of a torso. Extension is based on the original farmhouse. Extends the original built up area boundary to use existing structure and creates the first volume, which symbolizes the traditional static form. Rotated duplicate of the first volume then characterized a modern and dynamic attitude in architecture. The final design of an extension is created by synthesis of both volumes as an evidence of the coexistence of a traditional and a modern form. Designed extension has one floor, locally basement and second floor. The extension is also characterized by the use

Services Extension of Student's Hall in Jindřichův Hradec - Student Club
Králová, Marie ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor) ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (referee)
The thesis is divided into four main parts -- introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The main task of the introduction is to introduce the issue of the thesis to the reader. Key questions determining the frame of the thesis are presented in the introduction part. The theoretical part describes the theory of a business plan. In this part we can find a theoretical description of the company profile as well as external and internal analysis which determines the company strategy and describes the financial plan. The practical part follows the theoretical part which means that it applies the theoretical knowledge on to praxis. In the conclusion the author makes comments on the key questions determining the contents of the plan, summarizes other knowledge and outcome resulting from the work and finally decides if it is possible to realize the business plan.

The cellular elements participating in the inflammatory response
CHMELOVÁ, Veronika
The issue of inflammation is a very complicated and extensive topic, which by far does not just cells that the task of this thesis. It's a proces to helping maintain the internal environment of the organism and its task is cope with external environmental influences, which may mean risk for the organism. Inflammatory cell response is the mechanism which the body defends itself against infections and corrects damaged tissue. But this process can not be understood only as a defensive reaction. Especially with persistent inflammation may evolve a disease state which leads to irreversible tissue damage. In this case, the pathologic response. The theoretical part describes the course of inflammatory reactions and focus on individual blood cells. In this part of thesis, describe their morphological structure, interaction and role in the pathophysiological process. The practical part is devoted to specifics methods which can be used to investigate inflammatory cells. I appreciate their advantages and disadvantages, and describe the principles and practices of these methods. The most basic method is the fabrication and painting the blood smear and microscopic minus differential leukocyte budget. For higher level can be considered Hematology Analyzer, in addition to white blood cells provides a range of information, including platelets and red series. The last method, which the work is concerned with flow cytometry. The huge growth in recent years, the opportunity to investigate a large number of parameters. But this places high demands on the correct interpretation of the data. The last part is concerned with mast cell and problems of its investigations both in terms of hematological and histological methods.
