Position Analysis of the Health Insurance Companies in the Health Service System in CR
Přikrylová, Jana ; Písař, Pavel (advisor) ; Czesaný, Slavoj (referee)
The object of the Bachelor's work is to analyze the present position of the health insurance companies in the health system of the Czech Republic. First of all I characterize the particular health service systems existing in the world in my work. Further I am concerned with the health service system in this country, with its development, financing and, especially, with the role of the health insurance companies in this system. A special attention is devoted by me to the health insurance which is the main income of the health insurance companies; and to its redistribution. I analyze problems of the public health insurance system as well as of the health insurance companies. In a further part I deal with the health insurance system in U.S.A. where the health insurance is voluntary and therefore it is set up on a commercial base, whereas the public general health insurance in CR is compulsory. I compare advantages and disadvantages of the health service systems in CR and U.S.A. and on base of this analysis I will prove that the Czech medical service is instable economically; that it comes to wasting as the patient has no choice to choose the care according to the quality and price; it comes to reduction of the availability of medical services; the patients have no possibility of paying extra money for a service of higher quality even if they have enough money for that. At the end on the basis of the analysis of functioning of both these systems I indicate which way the reform of the medical service in this country could proceed.

Building physics assessment of the roof structure
Konopík, Petr ; Janík, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalousek, Miloš (advisor)
This theses deals with a structural design comparison of heat insulations implementation in flat roofs in light of heat engineering. It also adverts to possible structural design in terms of heat insulations distribution in a flat roof. There are many materials options. I show the possibilities of material solution and also advantages and disadvantages of the single sealing materials at these layers. In the aplication part of this thesis I deal with possible concepts of insulation and solution for a specific roof of an older apartment house in Brno, where I conducted a constructive exploration. There was developed and evaluated a few options of solutions considering the heat insulator used. The following computational programs were used for the evaluations: TEPLO, AREA, CUBE 3D.

Empirical verification of short-run aggregate supply based on Lucas model and new Keynesian theory
Marošová, Ivana ; Potužák, Pavel (advisor) ; Janíčko, Martin (referee)
The aim of the master thesis is to empirically analyze if there is a support for new classics or new Keynesians as a dominant theory of short-run aggregate supply curve. The analysis is based on dynamic panel data model for 38 countries and period between 1970 and 2014. Because the results show some evidence on negative significance of level of inflation in contrast with its variability, I conclude that there is support for the new Keynesian theory. I focus on examination of the panel data assumptions such as the stationarity of explanatory variables, existence of the individual or random effects, validity of homogeneity of slope coefficients and mainly the cross-sectional dependence of error terms. After testing for these assumptions, I choose the most suitable method of estimation for dynamic panel data models. I use these methods for analyzing both linear and non-linear specification of the given model. As a result, we can see that the selection of right estimation method plays a great role in final outcomes. I also check model robustness by including changes of real oil price as a proxy variable for the supply shock in the economy.

O problémech seřazení při řízení servisních operací
Lín, Václav ; Vomlel, Jiří (advisor) ; Jiroušek, Radim (referee) ; Kouba, Zdeněk (referee) ; Ottosen, Thorsten Jorgen (referee)
The subject of the thesis belongs to the field of operations management. We deal with sequencing problems arising when there are multiple repair operations available to fix a broken man-made system and the true cause of the system failure is uncertain. It is assumed that the system is formally described by a probabilistic model, and it is to be repaired by a sequence of troubleshooting operations designed to identify the cause of the malfunction and fix the system. The challenge is to find a course of repair which has minimal expected cost. We study several variants of the problem proposed in the literature. We analyze computational complexity of those variants, apply integer linear programming to one variant of the problem, and examine the relation to machine scheduling.

Lease reporting according to IFRS
Hučíková, Julie ; Novotný, Jan (advisor) ; Pelák, Jiří (referee)
In the final thesis I deal with problems of lease reporting according to effective framework of International Financing and Reporting Standards. In the thesis, which is divided into theoretical and practical part, I focus on impacts of leasing transactions primarily on the lessee side. In the theoretical part of thesis that is divided into three subchapters I summarize facts about leasing. The first two subchapters are based on standard IAS 17. I devote the third subchapter to preparation of new standard, which should replace IAS 17. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to find out which way the European airlines use to finance their aircraft, I focus especially on using of both types of leasing. Therefore in the second part of the thesis I analyze annual reports of European aircrafts and examine how much these airlines exploit the possibility to finance the aircraft by leasing and how they report it in their annual reports.

Možnosti integrace zdanění příjmů jednotlivců a pojistného v České republice

Diploma thesis possibilities of development of private farms in the micro Nechanická is focused on designing a business plan for small farmers, which since 2002 operates in the cultivation of small fruits. The farm is located in Labe, near Hradec Kralove and was "greenfield". Since its creation, developed and expanded, it currently manages a set on 20 hectares of land. Traditional methods are grown and harvested cherries, red currant and black currant. The theoretical part deals with the processing of evidence from the available literature concerning the history of horticulture and fruit growing contemporary, state support for farmers and private enterprise. Furthermore, I describe the region in which the farm operates, including the assessment of competition. The practical part is focused on assessing the current state farms and to assess the proposed changes. This is a business plan, which aims to propose such changes in the structure of grown fruits, which should contribute to the diversification of farms and mitigating business risks. The result should be a financial benefit for the farm, respectively. propose such procedures, which would allow to employ another member of the family and the farm was sustainable for the next generation. The business plan is aimed at changing tracks grown fruits, to changes in its practices of cultivation and harvesting, taking full advantage of current opportunities farm so that the economic benefit was achieved as soon as possible, with due lowest cost. The project economically assessing the project from two perspectives - without the use of subsidies and their utilization. The proposed amendments seek to achieve the highest quality production, which is then preferably be sold. In the end, the project is evaluated and assessed the return on investment provided grants and without their support. It is also evaluated the possibility of further employment of a family member and the emergence of family farms.
