Taxation, accounting and their correlation

The aim of my bachelor paper is a compendious and general description of basic components of taxation, accounting and their correlation, as well as the process of the tax base assesment of income tax in corporate bodies and individuals. Firstly I explain basic terms in the field of accounting and taxation. After that I describe the particular direct taxes individually. I define the basic regulations of the tax base adjustment of income tax in corporate bodies and individuals. The tax expenses are specified in detail in an extensive chapter. The other parts of my bachelor paper are non-tax expenses, regulations of the income tax, the characteristics of amounts that reduce the tax base and the applicable tax deductions. I try to complete my paper with accounting diagrams and illustrations. The updatings and changes according to the public finance reform in 2008 are strongly highligted.

Trends in the Consumption of Combined Oral Contraception in the period 2007-2011

This thesis describes a methodology for expressing the consumption of drugs, a system of ATC/DDD, ATC classification and DDD recommended daily dose assigment. It also describes the data source which are relevant for this expression. In this thesis I will focuse on combined oral contraception and its consumption which I will express in DDD/1000inhab/day, number of packages and in financial expression in czech krones. At the end of this thesis I will evaluate the results of the consumption according State institute for drug control and my own survey.

Název: Analýza komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY a jeho vlivu na zákazníky Name: Analysis of SAZKA ARENA Communication Mix and Its Intluence on Customers Cíle práce: Rozbor komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY, poznání činností s tím souvisejících a zhodnocení a stanovení návrhů, které by mohly přinést vyšší efektivitu komunikačního mixu. Metoda: V této práci byla nejdříve použita metoda analýzy STEP k rozboru vlivu faktorů jednotlivých segmentů globálního prostředí na SAZKA ARENU a k pochopení dalších souvislostí rozebíraných v následné SWOT analýze a popisné analýze komunikačního mixu. Dotazník v závěru přináší údaje o reálném vnímání některých nástrojů komunikačního mixu, na základě kterých lze doplnit doporučení k popisné analýze. Výsledky: Přibližují problematiku jednotlivých používaných nástrojů komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY, hodnotí jejich působení na zákazníky či potencionální zákazníky a přináší doporučení na další možné kroky v jejich rozšíření a zefektivnění. Molecular genetic and biochemical studies of selected inherited metabolic disorders, development and applications of new methods

Inherited metabolic disorders (IMD) form a diverse group of several hundred different diseases with a relatively high cumulative incidence (stated up to 1:600). They are associated with accumulation of the substrates and lack of the products in specific metabolic pathways, which is caused by deficiency of the enzyme or its activator, or dysfunction of the transport protein. However, the underlying cause is at the DNA level. The grounds for different phenotype manifestation in patients with the same genotype are often not known. During my work at the Institute of Inherited Metabolic Disorders, I designed several new methods for the research of IMD and applied them in the patients and their families. I created procedures for the isolation of lysosomal membranes that are used for the research of lysosomal storage disorders and general properties of lysosomes. Next, I introduced several novel assays for determination of the X-inactivation ratio, which led to a significant increase of informative women. Nowadays, we use these methods in heterozygous women with X-linked diseases in order to study the influence of X-inactivation on the manifestation of the diseases. Vývoj a Využití Skóringových Modelů pro Kreditní Rozhodování

Usage of outputs from credit scoring models within decision-making process is often neglected in the existing literature. Nonetheless, it is a critical component of a successful lending process. This thesis introduces the concept of credit scoring and discusses steps typically employed within model development process. This thesis then provides an overview of how modeling outputs are typically used in lending. The thesis primarily focuses on definition of cut-offs points, policy and business rules, limit assignment and risk based pricing. The introduced approaches are modeled in the last part of the thesis.

Motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti Baest, a. s.

Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou část týkající se benefitů, hodnocení a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Součástí práce je také analýza výše zmíněných oblastí ve společnosti Baest a.s. Analyzován byl systém poskytování benefitů, spokojenost s nimi, jejich důležitost, návrh nových benefitů, zda benefity motivují, stabilizují, jak funguje systém informovanosti. Práce hodnotí spokojenost s podnikovým vzděláváním, využití poznatků v praxi. Dále práce řeší průběh hodnocení zaměstnanců, využití výsledků hodnocení ke stanovení potřeb vzdělávání, k eliminaci faktorů bránících zaměstnancům v práci, jak zaměstnanci systém hodnocení vnímají.

Statistical analysis of the results of business Gardenline Ltd. and its prospects

The thesis deals with statistical analysis of the results of activities company Gardenline s.r.o. It is a medium size company engaged in construction work and gardens modifications. At the beginning, defining the objective and methodology of work, consisting of mainly horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, cash flow and reputable and bankruptcy models. Literature research defines companies and company business in the Czech Republic, including financial management, financial planning analysis, areas of support within the state and the European Unionand and small and medium company business connection to regional development. Followed familiarization with the analyzed company, which includes a brief profile of the company, line of business, organizational structure, objectives and position in the market. Results of the work, which builds on a literature review, methodology, evaluate individual values declared indicators. On the basis of the evaluation of proposals are set out recommendations for further development. The data sources are the balance sheet, profit losos and Statements of cash flows provided by company management Gardenline s.r.o.

Regionální rozdíly mezi kraji ČR v komparaci s vybranými okolními státy

Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení rozdílů v krajích ČR, u některých ukazatelů i vývojově. Další prostor je věnován komparaci regionů soudružnosti (NUTS 2) ČR, Slovenska a Maďarska. K těmto cílům je použito především metody srovnávání podle jednotlivých ukazatelů, pro větší názornost doplněné mapami. Pro stanovení míry diferenciace je zhotoveno několik ukazatelů variability. Dále je měřena vzájemná závislost některých ukazatelů pomocí metod korelace. Práce též obsahuje obecný popis faktorů vzniku regionálních rozdílů a jejich implikaci pro ČR, jakožto i stručný popis hodnocených územních jednotek.

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem stanování úhrad léčiv v České republice (PEST analýza) a působení faktorů, které na tento systém působí: ? registrace léčiv na Státním ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv ? regulace maximální cenou na Ministerstvu financí ? stanovování úhrad léčiv na Ministerstvu zdravotnictví ? systém zdravotní péče, postavení lékáren ? farmaceutické firmy ? reklama ? Česká republika a léková politika, modelace významu stanovení úhrad léčiv ? postavení ČR mezi zeměmi OECD. V závěru je zhodnocení stávající situace a návrhy řešení.

Ocenění malého podniku

Práce se zabývá v teoretické části problematikou ocenění podniku. Popsán je postup oceňování, metodika ocenění, problém vymezení peněžních toků, stanovení diskontního faktoru, nákladů na vlastní i cizí kapitál a tempa růstu pěněžních toků. V praktické části je oceněna konkrétní malá společnost metodou DCF ve variantě FCFF a metodou likvidační hodnoty. Cílem práce je získání představy o hodnotě společnosti pro rozhodnutí o budoucnosti podniku. Variantou možného vývoje je získání investora pro daný projekt, pokračování v činnosti bez investora nebo likvidace společnosti. Závěrem je konkrétní doporučení vlastníkům.
