Modular Content Management System in ASP.NET
Michalovič, Miroslav ; Karásek, Jan (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis contains a proposal of a content management system, created according to the standards usually required of systems working with content management, these standards are the object of the opening chapter. In this chapter, options of the realization and their advantages are also discussed. The system is realized through ASP.NET, which is a part of a bigger .NET Framework, a platform, which also comprises of some additional technologies, which were used in the project. The technologies used during the application development are discussed in the second chapter. The content management in the proposed application would not be possible without a functional database, which the third chapter describes. A relational database model based on a client-server communication using SQL inquiries was selected for the developed application. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the application creation itself, which is made of a simple interface for the synchronization of clients’ replies to the events of logged users. This chapter also contains a database proposal and a description of the individual application content. The final chapter is dedicated to the security of the project along with the potential risks description and their existing or proposed solutions. The appendices shows the visual part of application and it’s components.

Robot vision with industrial robots Kuka
Krutílek, Jan ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with a robot vision and its application to the problem of manipulation of coincidentally placed objects. There is mentioned an overview of current principles of the most frequently used vision systems on the market. With regard to the required task to be solved, there are mentioned various possibilities of using basic softsensors during the recognition of different objects. The objective of this Diploma thesis is also programming and realization of a demonstration application applying knowledge of PLC programming, knowledge of expert programming KRL language (for KUKA robots), knowledge of designing scripts for smart camera in Spectation software and knowledge of network communication among all devices used in this case.

Measure of EKG signals and design of software QRS detection
Handl, Marek ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Kuna, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the ECG signal detector and the implementation of the QRS complex. The paper briefly describes the anatomy of the heart, the emergence and spread of potentials that are evoked activity myocard. It follows introduction to the methods reading of ECG signals and the possibility of automatic classification of rhythm. The thesis also describes some of QRS detection algorithms and database PhysioNet, which includes a library of physiological signals. Finally are given the possibility of a computer system Biopac which is used for measuring biological signals. The second part focuses on the design of an algorithm of QRS complex detection and classification of the basic rhythm in the Matlab environment. The detector is tested on both test data, and the signals measured Biopac system. The work is also very effective optimization of the detector.

Verification of FPGA Generic Interconnection System
Bartoš, Václav ; Martínek, Tomáš (referee) ; Puš, Viktor (advisor)
This thesis deals with design, implementation and realization of simulation verification of generic interconnection system for FPGA chips. This system is part of the NetCOPE platform developed in the Liberouter project, within which was this work done. In the beginning, an usual methods of verification in SystemVerilog language are described. Then there is a brief description of the interconnection system, aimed especially to aspects important to verification. The main part of the thesis is design of verification environment and control program of test for all three components of the tested system. It started form the earlier described principles, that are established in the Liberouter project, and it add some more features. All components of the verification environment are designed to be general and reusable, so they can be used also in other verifications related to the interconnection system. At the end of the thesis, there are discussed results of the verification, found bugs and the general advantages of simulation verifications.

Application of system approach to the delivery of data warehouse tool
Šubrt, Radek ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Mixl, Lubomír (referee)
This diploma thesis is focused on the application of a system approach, which was configured by the author. Configured approach was used to analyze project of implementation of data warehouse tool. Dynamics of the project delivery system was shown by causal loop diagram and then by system dynamics model. Thesis defined and used terms like system, system complexity, system approach, system approach configuration, causal loop diagram, system dynamics model, system archetype of shifting the burden, data warehouse and its definition against a database definition, project, project organizational structures, methods and their necessity in implementation of information systems projects, feasibility of the information system projects and problems with measurement of project performance. Time-proportional simulation of system dynamics model quantified effects of factors and also quantified different results of project implementation approaches. Based on the analyzed project was provided a brief general recommendations for information systems projects.

Problém chybějících dat při sčítání lidu - kteří respondenti neodpověděli
Hora, Jan
The confidentiality of census data is known to be rather restrictive for economic and social research. To improve the availability of census information we have proposed recently a new method of interactive presentation of census results by means of statistical models. The method is based on estimation of the joint probability distribution of data records in the form of a distribution mixture. The estimated mixture model can be used as a knowledge base of a probabilistic expert system and in this way we can derive the statistical information from the distribution mixture without any further access to the original database. The statistical model does not contain the original data and therefore the final interactive software product can be made freely available via internet without any confidentiality concerns.

MySQL Database Synchronization
Dluhoš, Ondřej ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Jaša, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the MySQL database synchronization. The goal of this work was to get acquainted with database synchronization in a broader context, to choose the appropriate tools for real usage, and them to implement, evaluate and analyze these tools. From these techniques was selected MySQL replication technology that solves the synchronization task of distributed evidence database system of health implantable devices in the best way. The replication was implemented on this database system and after the testing was used in the company Timplant Ltd.

Automatic Keyword Suggestion
Strachota, Tomáš ; Schmidt, Marek (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis surveys theoretical background for automatic keyword suggestion system. It contains overview of current statistical term recognition methods and methods for evaluation of automatic term recognition systems. Based on the known approach the thesis specifies possible enhancements. It explores unifying keywords using thesauri, input text filtering and correction of word forms.

Biometric Recognition of 3D Faces
