Marketing strategy of the company 3M in social media
Němec, Tomáš ; Halík, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Luňáčková, Michaela (referee)
Diploma thesis focus on social media as a phenomenon of modern times and their use in a marketing. I will introduce four most frequently used social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube as well as an outline the possibility of their use in marketing. Marketing strategy in social media I decided to introduce through a concrete example - an international company 3M. This company I chose mainly because it operates in the market of industrial products, where online marketing is not as much used and also because it cooperates with University of Economics. After introducing the basic marketing theories and explanations of basic terms I will analyze an existing 3M marketing strategy in social media and on the basis of the analysis and obtained data I will suggest my own possible marketing strategy for the company 3M, which connects all the aforementioned social media.

Optimalization of material flow in automotive industry
Kolář, Tomáš ; Jirsák, Petr (advisor) ; Vinš, Marek (referee)
This master thesis is focussed on optimalization of material flow in an automotive company. First part introduce theoretical background. Automotive industry and its actual trends on global markets. Follows short introduction of the company where project of this thesis was executed. Main theoretical part describes concept of lean management, its tools in practical examples, but it is also focussed on philosophical approach to the work and mindset of the company. Follows the aplication part based on theoretical background. The whole project of this master thesis is focussed on specific area called PC store. At first this area is showed in context of overall material flow. Shortly there are introduced processes and areas where full material packaging flows. Follows deeper analysis and optimalization of PC store itself. There are three approaches of stock and lead time reduction applied. Last part shows the comparison of initial and future state including performed changes.

Key sequence in the films of directors who work with long sequence shots and with stylization
Ruzyak, Pavel ; BERNARD, Jan (advisor) ; KLEPIKOV, Milan (referee)
This thesis wants to explore long shots alongside with stylization in cinema. Through three directors are explored possibility and problematic of cinematographic expression through long shots and stylization. Stylisation is connected mainly with mis-en-scène and particular aspects of it – acting, film decoration/props, film space, film sound,... The terms stylisation and long shot (plan-séquence) are analysed and explored on its own and in the films of the chosen directors. The main analysed directors are Andrei Tarkovsky, Carl Th. Dreyer and Béla Tarr and their three films (in the same order) - Sacrifice, Gertrud and Satantango. The chosen directors are from my point of view the best example of the use of stylisation and long shots due to their artistic clarity and coherence. I try to base this work mostly on my own analysis and thoughts about long shots and stylisation based on the literature, films and my own film works, although I also use quotations from directors/authors and quotations from theoretical works. The thesis in its form is closest to the analytic and essay study.

Solo scene
Zelinka, Marek ; PETIŠKOVÁ, Ladislava (advisor) ; HALAŠ, Adam (referee)
Solo scene is the topic of this bachelor´s work. It is divided into two parts. The first general part deals with basic terms and concepts associated with performances of various dramatic and theatrical types. The second part is a solo performance research realized on various examples of representative performers and their solo performances across genres. Final summary presents personal evaluation of solo performance possibilities and alternations.

THE ARTISTIC APPROACH TO THE FILM „THE BRIGANDS OF RATTLEBORGE“ BASED ON A SCRIPT BY S. CRAIG ZAHLER, A WESTERN FILM GENRE, HISTORY AND EXAMPLES OF WORLD CINEMATOGRAPHY.
Strnadová, Marie ; NEKVASIL, Ondřej (advisor) ; KOČÍ, Jindřich (referee)
Purpose of the thesis is a visual and theoretical approach to western genre script of movie The Brigands of Rattleborg based on a novel „The Brigands of Rattleborg“ by Craig S. Zahler. Thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and one's own design of the visual concept. Theoretical part contains a definition of western genre and its issues, historical overview with important milestones and a list of main subgenres. The visual part contains three analysis of creative approach to western movies produced after year 2000. This part of thesis is concluded with one's own visual concept of the movie and its detailed description.

Diversity in the labor market
Gaydoshikova, Ekaterina ; Dvořák, Marek (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the issue of diversity of the labor market in the Czech Republic on the example of specific organizations, evaluate the implementation of the concept of diversity in the workplace on the basis of selected factors. When analyzing diversity is an emphasis on primary and secondary characters of diversity: age, gender, ethnicity, mental and physical abilities, marital status, religion, work experience. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines concepts: diversity, equal opportunities, primary and secondary characters of diversity, acceptance of the importance of diversity as a value. The practical part deals with the implementation of diversity into practice on the basis of the analytical methods (analysis: workforce, documents and research positions) and draft incorporation into relevant strategic processes of the organization.

Methodology of electromobile and hybrid vehicle valuation
Kosek, Roman ; Kledus, Robert (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
Thesis Methodology of electromobile and hybrid vehicle valuation focuses on these types of vehicles and their specifics in terms of valuation. It attends to the current state of technological advancement in this field, the structural differences from conventional vehicles and the current valuation methods. The aim is to propose a methodology for the valuation of this types of vehicles and its subsequent application to concrete examples.

Extremes of more-variable functions - a digest of solved examples
ZACHAROVÁ, Jana
The main goal of my bachelor work on the topic "Extremes of more-variable functions - a digest of solved examples" is to create a set of solved exercises, which could serve students of Mathematical analysis II for practicing. The work will be bearing on functions with two, but even three variables For better understanding, the individual examples will be arranged from the simpliest to the most complex. In my work appear polynomic functions, but also logaritmic, goniometric, or exponential functions to practice more difficult derivations too. During the solving of the examples will be used systems of equations, linear, but also quadratic.

Phase coherent transfer of stable optical frequency for sensory networks
Čížek, Martin ; Pravdová, Lenka ; Hucl, Václav ; Řeřucha, Šimon ; Hrabina, Jan ; Mikel, Břetislav ; Lazar, Josef ; Číp, Ondřej
Using long-haul optical fiber links for phase coherent transfers of stable optical frequencies has been developed by metrological laboratories for at least a decade. Present boom of optical fiber sensors puts a demand on transferring this technology from laboratories to industrial practice. A remote calibration of fiber Bragg grating tensometers can be an example. In our contribution we present a 306 km long fiber link between laboratories of ISI in Brno and CESNET in Prague. The line uses a telecom fiber with a dedicated DWDM window at 1540-1546 nm. The setup implements a phase coherent transfer of a laser standard working with 1540.5nm wavelength and a bi-directional transfer of 1PPS timestamps from radiofrequency standards at the both ends of the line. A long-term measurement of transport delay fluctuations and relative stability of the line are discussed.
