The situation of disabled persons in the labour market in the main City of Prague in 2014 and 2015

The topic of this thesis are disabled people. The main goal of this thesis is describe the situation th these people in the labor market of Prague. This description is based on the founded data and the specialized literature. There will be explained the concepts of labour market, unemployment, aktive employment policy first in the theoretical part. There are for the next time explained the concepts of disabled people, thein characteristics, different type of these disabilities, legislativ of the employnment of these people, rehabilitation programmes and the enterprises with more 50 % share of employed disabled people. The practical part is based on the analysis of the selected dates of Český statistický úřad and Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. There is included my own anonymus questionnaire research of selected eemployers. The goal of this research is to show, how is the situation of the employers and the diabled people in Prague. It was found by using this research, that the situation in our main city is very positive. Employers offer many employments to disabled people, althoug they don't have to do that and they don't have any statutory obligation.

Inspiration, sources, and deposition of the book are discussed in confrontation with other historical sources.

Economic and Political Consequences of Collectivization in Czechoslovakia

This work aims to analyze the consequences of collectivization in czechoslovak agriculture. Reporting period is between 1948-1960. In the theoretical part are described political and economic motives and condition of czechoslovak agriculture. In the practical part contents development of collectivization and impact of agriculture reforms on agriculture sector. Reporting period is divided into three parts according to collectivization intensity. In the end we managed to verify the hypothesis that collectivization strongly affected the czechoslovak agriculture.

The bachelor thesis described in the part of the literature search the basic rules of the distribution of the company assets and the sources of their financing focusing on the problematic of financial leasing and loan financing. In the practical part, based on requests of concrete company needs, compares the financial leasing and the loan offer in terms of the administrative requests, the tax burden, net leasing advantage and the impact to the balance of the company.

Analysis of the Italian banking sector in comparison with the Czech banking

The subject of the bachelor thesis titled "Analysis of the Italian banking sector in comparison with the Czech banking" is an analysis of the present situation and the latest development of the banking sector in Italy and its comparison with the banking sector of the Czech Republic. First part specifies historical development of banking in Italy. Second part is focused on the analysis of the present situation in Italian banking sector, it describes the structure of the banking system, evaluates quality of assets and fulfillment of capital requirements according to the results of Comprehensive assessments from ECB and Financial stability report of the Bank of Italy. The final part represents comparison of these two banking sectors in terms of stability, structure of assets and liabilities. Furthermore, the final part is focused on finding similarities as well as differences between those two.

The Concept of Baptism by Jan Bechyňka in the Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence (Tractate of Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth) and in the Treatise O křtu zvonu (On baptism of the Bell).

The thesis deals with conception of baptism by utraquist priest Jan Bechyňka. At first the figure of the peculiar writer and theologian after being introduced is integrated into historical connections of the jagellonian era. The chapters that follow aim at the particular topic. Bechyňka ́s view of pedobaptism drawn from a long passage about commitment of baptism from his Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence [The Tractate on Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth] is compared with pedobaptism in Chelčický ́s Zprávy o svátostech [Reports of Sacraments] and with baptism in general of another Chečický ́s work - Rozpravy [Disccusions] in Parisian manuscript. At first I had intended finding out paralles between mentioned thinkers, however certain differences have appeared as well, not in essential facts. In the case of Bechyňka ́s tractate O křtu zvonu [On Baptism of the Bell] I give an interpretation to it in the concrete. The last chapter deals with utraquist baptismal praxis in the early modern times and in the present day and in general describes baptismal rites of these times. The properties of welding joint after hot-dip galvanizing

The project elaborated in frame of Master's studies branch 2303T002 presents a study of welded joints for hot-dip galvanizing. On the basis of literature study it is assumed that zinc influences the properties of welded joints. Samples were made of high strength steels DOMEX and wear-resistant steels HARDOX which were welded using MAG. Subsequently, half of the samples treated with zinc. The evaluation is used tear test and test Vickers hardness. Finally, the project is the comparison of the measured values of galvanized steel and steel without zinc.

The group of late-romanesque churches in north-western Bohemia

This thesis examines a group of late Romanesque churches, most of which are to be found in north-western Bohemia. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part I survey the most important literature on the subject, and analyse the appearance of the individual churches in terms of their material, ground plan, the division of the walls into sections by means of relief features, portals, windows, tribunes, vaults, and architectural members. I also consider the artistic influences that had an impact on the shaping of the churches. The second part of the thesis consists of a catalogue of the individual churches. For each church I provide a detailed description and a reconstruction of its original appearance. I also attempt to describe the circumstances surrounding the construction of the church. A series of illustrations is attached to the thesis as an appendix.
