This bachelor thesis points out the nature and landscape protection in the Czech Republic and describes the options for its possible protection. At the same time it compares the Czech Republic with foreign countries. It mentions the state of nature and landscape, its history and gradual development up to the present. It deals with the protection of specific species living in our country and focuses on some of the international conventions.

THE COLLATION A REGULATION OF FUNDAMENTAL INSTITUTES OF HOUSING COOPERATIVES IN POLAND AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC This work aims to capture qualities and shortcomings of the legislation in one of the important sectors of housing, the cooperative sector, in the context of a comparison of the two national legislations - in the Czech Republic and Poland. In both compared legislations, cooperative has its special character and long-standing tradition, which was introduced immediately in the introductory sections. The cooperative sector is the merit of this work. The issue of housing is always up to date, moreover, in practice we many time encounter with the uncertainties associated with the housing issue. Cooperative law in the area of housing is interesting in particular, with regard to incompleteness, and, in some cases, to insufficiency of Czech legislation, distinguish it from, more or less, consistent realization of housing cooperatives in Poland. Although both legislations have similar sources and traditions, and their characteristic developments, in the field of the law the willingness of legislators to adapt an important part of ensuring significantly differs from the housing requirements of the population. Partnership and Sexuality of Mentally Affected People in Connection with Their Escort Men

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. This theses focuses on Olga Krijtova (1931-2013), Czech translator from Dutch. The aim is to introduce Olga Krijtova within the framework of reception of Dutch literature in Czech cultural environment. In order to explore this framework, the thesis compares Czech and Dutch culture from translatological point of view, outlines the history of Czech-Dutch relationshiops and Dutch literary translations into Czech, as well as the history and current state of the academic discipline of Dutch studies. In the 20th century, Olga Krijtova had contributed greatly to making the Dutch literature available for Czech recipients. The thesis aims to find out how many translations done between the years 1957-2016 are Krijtova's or her students' work. Further, it summarizes her teaching and linguistic work. However, the main focus is her translation activities, which is studied by means of translation analysis in the second part of the thesis. The final aim is to review and interpret Krijtova's translation strategies and methods, as well as to assess her overall contribution to the reception of Dutch literature within the Czech environment and to the Dutch studies in the Czech Republic. Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs

The final thesis deals with the topic "Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs." It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter covers the business environment in general and evaluates the position of the Czech Republic in various competitiveness rankings or reports. The second chapter describes the Czech business environment -- its state and development from 1989 to the present and evaluates the Czech business environment using the PEST analysis. The last chapter is purely practical and outlines the view of Italian entrepreneurs on the Czech business environment, their opinions and experience gained during doing business in the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is summarized at the end in the SWOT analysis of the Czech business environment.

The Study of Systém and Process optimization of Service operation

This thesis is oriented on the automotive industry with the focus on the domestic producer of the vehicles – the Škoda Auto Company. It describes the subject of business in the mentioned company and subsequently it refers to the current trends of the automotive market in the Czech Republic. On the basis of the analyses` results of the after-sales services allied with usage of the Škoda-products it will propose their possible future progression. Thereinafter will the thesis concentrate on the description of the existing after-sales processes focused on the „through-pass“ of the vehicle through the authorised Škoda Auto service. It deals with the analysis of the service systems in detail using the tight cohesion of them. Modern technologies used in the current vehicles put significantly higher demands on their maintenance, which call for the continual optimization of the service processes with the maximal utilisation effort of the feedback. The appropriate personnel have become the necessity. For these purposes it will be recommended the introduction of the electronic multipurpose memory devices intended for the data collection. In the next step will the after-sale-service process be described with the focus on the usage of these electronic memory vehicle-keys with the reference to the procedural simplification of the maintenance operations. The final part of the thesis will evaluate the general contribution of the proposed resolution for the service processes as well as their users.

A Comparison of Two Models of the Energy Market Development in Czech Republic from 2015 to 2040

The bachelor thesis is focused on the prediction of the energy market in the Czech Republic between 2015 and 2040 and on the comparison of potential costs related to two models of energy portfolio management. The first model was created according to the National Energy Concept from 2014, while the other one was designed artificially to simulate usage of the renewable resources in 50% of the electric energy production. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the recent situation of the Czech energy market, defines types of energy resources and explains terms related to the discussed topic. In the practical part, direct production costs of different kinds of power plants were computed and used to estimate economic demands of the two considered models. The efficiency of both models was compared and evaluated. The aim of the thesis was to decide, which of the two models would be more favourable for the Czech national economy. Legal status of civil servants in the Czech Republic

The Master's thesis is dealing with the issues of the civil service, which development and current situation show considerable heterogeneity of opinions and related political dispute. A closer look on current condition, is preceded by the outline of the characteristics of civil services' basic characteristics distinguished by current legal theory. A historical excursion since 1918 with respect to chronological and semantic order, has also been made. The crucial part of the thesis is devoted to the content analysis of the service pragmatics, the bill of The state officials and Service Act and its amendments. In the conclusion, the author defines four variants of possible solution to the current state of the civil service, which, among others, indicate, that it is desirable to revise effective Service Act by the Bill no. 71/9, with respect mostly to career elements and current situation of the civil service.

The Nuclear Power Plant – The Green Source of Energy

This diploma thesis deals with nuclear energetics and its impact to the environment. Present state of the energetics, mainly nuclear energetics, in the Czech Republic is discussed here. Also perspective of nuclear energetics is given. The thesis describes nuclear power plant waste handling and also spent nuclear fuel handling. Nuclear power plant is compared with other sources of electric energy, which are counted to the energetic mix. The author focuses on fossil fuels and also on the renewable energy sources. The amount of produced waste to the unit of produced energy, built up area, safety and economic indicators and other parameters are followed for each source of energy.
