The Concept of Baptism by Jan Bechyňka in the Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence (Tractate of Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth) and in the Treatise O křtu zvonu (On baptism of the Bell).
Beranová, Bohumila ; Rejchrtová, Noemi (advisor) ; Halama, Ota (referee)
The thesis deals with conception of baptism by utraquist priest Jan Bechyňka. At first the figure of the peculiar writer and theologian after being introduced is integrated into historical connections of the jagellonian era. The chapters that follow aim at the particular topic. Bechyňka ́s view of pedobaptism drawn from a long passage about commitment of baptism from his Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence [The Tractate on Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth] is compared with pedobaptism in Chelčický ́s Zprávy o svátostech [Reports of Sacraments] and with baptism in general of another Chečický ́s work - Rozpravy [Disccusions] in Parisian manuscript. At first I had intended finding out paralles between mentioned thinkers, however certain differences have appeared as well, not in essential facts. In the case of Bechyňka ́s tractate O křtu zvonu [On Baptism of the Bell] I give an interpretation to it in the concrete. The last chapter deals with utraquist baptismal praxis in the early modern times and in the present day and in general describes baptismal rites of these times. As a apendix I add Bechyňka ́s tractate O křtu zvonu [On Baptism of the Bell] with a commentary and transcriptional notes. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

To Use the Waldorf Pedagogical System in Free-time Activities, or Is It Possible to Use the Waldorf Pedagogical Educational System in Scouting System?
Vondrušková, Josefína ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Růžička, Vít (referee)
The topic of my work: to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in free-time activities, or is it possible to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in scouting system? This is the reason why in my work I am trying to compare the approach of Steinerov's pedogogical system and scouting methods in upbringing children. The goal of my work is to find compatable elements and different disputes of both systems and by this find out if it is possible to apply the Waldorf system in scouting practices. My work, most of all is based on long terms work and experience in scouting groups and the Waldorf systems is based on theoretical information found in professional and available literature. I deal, mainly, with children's current wishes and demands for free-time activities, and hence at the same time I am trying to find a possibility to modernize scouting upbringing and practices in order for the center to be more interesting especially for children. One of the possibilities I see is found especially in this form of educational system. After stating the requirments for free-time activity I try to completely characterize the current methods, individually important of the area in preactice. In a similar way, I describe walsorfskou pedagogicu and antroposophical approach to the upbriniging. In the last...

We are heading towards utopia, brother!
Bušta, Jan ; Fila, Kamil (advisor) ; Marek, Petr (referee)
The film director is from the core of his work and his inner foundation permanently confronted with ?worlds, that don?t exist?, ?utopias?, that he must authentically (?lifely?) construct for his audience. That?s the central proposition on which these three essays are based on. The papers try to confront the implied ?brother-director? ? who is perceived as an all-encompassing author, both of the audio-visual and the intellectual concept of the cinematic work - with the necessity to cope with the theme of the ?utopian community?, utopia as such. Technocratic dreamer, brother director, is in the five films dealt with - Lost Horizon (Frank Capra), Muž z prvního století (Man in Outer Space; Oldřich Lipský), Avatar (James Cameron), The Village (M. Night Shyamalan) a The Mosquito Coast (Peter Weir) placed into a situation where he must ?represent the unrepresentable?. He must with all the potentials of the cinematic expression at his disposal materialize ?realized utopian world?. The wide dispersion of the essayistic style then allows to the author of the paper ? who considers himself to be a film director as well ? to float freely in his topic and jump from ?the light? through ? the time? to the construction of ?the space? or ?the character?. This all with the possible generalization of the author?s propositions and metaphors in mind.

Výběr a implementace open source nástroje pro řízení portfolia projektů
Marek, Jan ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Kučera, Jan (referee)
Methods and ways of implementation of changes and innovations in companies through project management are in today's society very well established. There exists methodologies, techniques and tools for the management of individual projects. However in a role of project manager, I very often faced the fact that companies are performing the project portfolio management in very intuitive way. This in itself leads to failed and prematurely terminated projects, initiation of the wrong projects or realisation of correct projects, but at the wrong time. Very often I have also recognized, that there is lack of awareness of fact, that there are also Open Source applications that can help with the organization's portfolio. This thesis deals with the definition of requirements, search and selection of proper OSS application and subsequent implementation. In the first part of this thesis I prepare a theoretical framework about PPM, and on that basis then identify and verify a set of requirements for selection of right OSS PPM application. The next section of thesis describes searching for suitable applications from a variety of sources, assessment against the requirements and the final selection. In the last part the implementation project is drafted, which aims to serve other colleagues in project management as one of the possible implementation paths. The outputs are then continuously confronted with experts in matter of projects and project management in the field of IT in order to maximize symbiosis between theory and real life experiences. Virtually every project management methodology defines the collection of already-proven techniques, best practices or lessons learned from the previous similar implementations. The main contribution of this thesis I see in fact that it contains not only the design of the project implementation, but also describes a logical path, what leads to the result. Therefore this thesis could be used as a base or discussed best practice, when a project of implementation of PPM application in place.

Model Ecosystems in a School Garden and Their Use in the Teaching of Botany in the Lower Grades of Primary School
Jiříčková, Anna ; Skýbová, Jana (advisor) ; Pavlasová, Lenka (referee)
The idea of teaching pupils directly in the natural environment is not new at all. Similar ideas were already promoted by the famous Czech educator Jan Amos Komensky in the 17th century. But at his time, it was much easier to realize them. Nowadays, many city schools (and not only them) are situated far away from any kind of green. Then, it is quite demanding to reach a nice place where to spend a lesson of botany observing nature and learning to understand it. That is why using schoolgardens for purposes of learning in the natural environment seems to be quite reasonable - especially when the gardens are enriched by some models of ecosystems, that are typical for Czech landscape. Learning in such a type of garden is thought to have a very positive effect on pupils. It is believed to stop the process of children loosing contact with real nature and to help pupils develope a tight relation to it, which is very improtant for their environmental thinking. It is also absolutely sure, that active learning by manipulating real things and getting familiar with them by using all five senses makes the learning process efficient. Projecting Film Into Painting
Lorenz, Petr ; Sobotka, Jiří (referee) ; Mikyta, Svätopluk (advisor)
Film screenings in painting In his theoretical work and film storyboard artwork I had the opportunity to prepare the philosophical basis for the practical part of the thesis. I was inspired by many authors with different approaches to film and film footage contemplation. For me as a creator, it was important to work with what is well-known. I dealt with the question of whether he could reality that surrounds us, filmic look when she make her over. After previous experience of seeing the painting, which draws on the film composition and borrowing of foreign ideas, I decided - as well as a film director - search for compositions which can be seen in the reality around us. Following my bachelor thesis, which was purely monochromatic cycle, I now chose a color theme and I returned to the activities that precede the making of the film. Our eye can function as a film lens. A seemingly ordinary reality is for me a pretext for building atmospheric film scene. For a long time I wore a camera with me, which was ready to use the moment I discovered an interesting space or situation. Patterns for paintings I naturally found in my travels around the city. I specifically sought location, which could be part of an imaginary film. For me, the composition under sunny streets huddled different feeling and unfinished, something that comes and works below the surface of each image in parallel. I hope linking reality and personal paintings will boost the atmosphere as value added. Name Film screenings in painting refers to the vocabulary filmmakers, the author looks at the experiences around film composition. In my work I wanted to simulate the Czech local, peculiar atmosphere of the place. During the work, there was a change from the original plan, and that the originals are really own, nevypůjčené. Heroes paintings are everyday people with their personal stories. However, there is a blending and assimilation of different film genres. For example, an image with the workers and the working machine has a compositional compliance with the sci-fi film, light and story recall something that we could ever see. Compared painters who have the means to extensive designed templates, I worked with a range that can be found only through accurate observation of reality. Construction patterns and Figures, therefore, actor scene, I could not prepare in advance. I counted with the fact that something interesting camera ready to capture and scene appeared before me. A crucial part of the process of my work was therefore observation and effort as possible to capture the genius loci.
