FLÉGLOVÁ, Magdaléna
Theoretical part of bachelor thesis aims at quality of life. Literature review defines term quality of life and summarize methodological approaches. Further, family as a whole, physical and psychological health are described, regarding to psycho-social and spiritial needs. Research part of bachelor thesis includes data analysis of combined questionnaire. Used questions have arosen based on school topic "Sociology of family" teached by Mgr. Petra Vojtová. Ph.D. Further, it contains questions that aims at purpose of personal life Personal Meaning Profile, proposed by P.T.P. Wong. The questionnaire was develop under supervison of work leader. Research part includes analyses of answers from questionnaire ("Sociology of family, PMP and self-made questions) using multivariate methods (PCA, CCA, RDA) and generalized linear models (GLM). These methods allowed to find trends in data and optimized data visualization. Example result is that quality of family life is higher in persons who have university educational level compared to others. Quality of family life was expressed by satisfaction in personal relationship, emotional support by family members, family communication and family environment.

Czech Euroscepticism in Historical Perspective
Rejmíš, Martin ; Rak, Jiří (advisor) ; Šlosarčík, Ivo (referee)
Diploma thesis "Czech Euroscepticism in Historical Perspective" deals with different representations, roots, specificities and common features of publicly acting opponents of contemporary European integration in the Czech Republic. Especially, it focuses on historicist argumentation of Czech eurosceptics who work usually with older historical stereotypes and myths, which were already largely diffused in the 19th century. After a definition of the term euroscepticism, and an explanation of its specificities in Central Europe, the thesis deals successively with an analysis of eurosceptical exposures in Czech public space, more precisely from the pre-accession period until the adoption of the Lisbon treaty in November 2009. Chapters are divided chronologically in relation with important events in the EU - Czech Republic relations, while the context of each phenomenon is shortly described. Every attempts of a historicist argumentation are remitted to a critical analysis and compared with older theses mainly concerned in modern Czech nationalist discourse. At the close the authors offers an evaluation of this political instrument, often used not only in the opposition to the European integration process, but also for gaining votes on the basis of self-profiling thanks to a new theme in Czech society.

The proportion of piano at the profiles of future teacher of Music - Music Education
Kistyová, Ľubica ; Poledňák, Ivan (advisor) ; Váňová, Hana (referee) ; Medňanská, Irena (referee)
The author of the thesis entitled " The Share of Piano Playing in Shaping the Future Music Teacher" wants to bring to attention the importance of piano playing in all parts of the musical educational process and its significant role in forming the personality profile of a future music teacher. Without developed piano playing skills, a teacher cannot take a creative part in the musical educational process, attract the children's attention and involve them in creative musical activities. In the connection with the current educational trends (humanistic, poly-aesthetic principles); the demands on teachers are gradually increasing. Teachers are expected to fulfil high professional and personal criteria to be able to perform effectively at contemporary schools, to control the education, where children's spontaneousness and vivacity play a dominant role. That is why, at the beginning of the thesis, the author discusses philosophical points and then deals with the development of a teacher's personality via the prism of piano playing. The thesis also covers psychological bases of personality from the point of view of three systems: biophysiological- motor-neuronal, cognitive and non-cognitive. In them, the author has found a good basis to apply artistic-interpretational principles present in piano playing. Powered...

Analysis and modification of thin layers using ion beams
Jonner, Jakub ; Lörinčík, Jan (referee) ; Bábor, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis and modification of thin layers using ion beams. The first part of this diploma thesis deals with phenomena accompanying ion beam bombardment of solid matter. The second part of this diploma thesis is concerned with Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy (SIMS) and Low Energy Ion Scattering (LAIS). This work convey some basic information about these two techniques and it also deals with some benefits result in their connection into parallel depth profiling mode (such as better depth resolution of the LEIS profile, quantification of the SIMS). These benefits are demonstrated on MoSi film measurement. Within the framework of this thesis a new UHV manipulator was designed. This new UHV manipulator is equipped with precise stepper UHV motor and since the proportions are smaller, the manipulation with a sample in a space limited UHV chamber is much more comfortable and more precise. The third part of this diploma thesis deals with ion-beam induced transformation of epitaxially grown Fe films with thickness of 22 monolayer (ML) and 44 ML on Cu(100) single crystal at room temperature. Metastable Fe films of 22 ML thickness were prepared in CO pressure and 44 ML Fe films were prepared by co-evaporation of Fe with Fe64Ni36 (invar). Structural changes are analyzed by scanning tunneling microscopy and low-energy electron diffraction. The aim of this thesis is to discuss the influence of the sputtering parameters such as ion dose and ion energy on the nucleation of bcc nanocrystals, their growth, final shape and size. The influence of different Ni concentration on stability of 44 ML thick Fe films is also discussed.

Creation and evaluation of Psycho-training programme on base of yoga techniques for endurance runners.
RAŠKOVÁ, Martina
I would like to write my Bachelor Thesis about the development and evaluation of the psycho-training program, based on yoga techniques for endurance runners. The participants of the program consist of 8 male runners and 2 female runners form 26 to 42 years old. The runners group is focused on long-distance runners. All of the runners passed the entrance psychological tests before start of the program. The psychological training program was running for 3 month and consists of 12 lessons. Every lesson takes 90 minutes. The runners filled the outcome tests after the program. I used following methods: Self-perception scale POP (VÁLKOVÁ, 1995), Method of unfinished sentences (VÁLKOVÁ, 1995), POMS ? Profile of Mood States (Czech version MAN, STUCHLÍKOVÁ, HAGTVET, 2005), Free notice (SKALKOVÁ, 1983). The acquired data confirmed that the psychological training brings positive impact on psychological resistance of the participants during the longtime stress. It is useful for improving of concentration, relaxation of muscle pressure after performance, better self-conscious and higher stamina. On summary we can state that regular yoga training brings all-purpose positive impact on human being.

The crime of disorderly conduct
Prokop, Lukáš ; Vokoun, Rudolf (advisor) ; Herczeg, Jiří (referee)
The thesis deals with the topic of the criminal offense of disorderly conduct focusing on disruption of organised sport events. This action is also referred to as spectator violence. The term of spectator violence, sometimes simplified as hooliganism, is used in different ways and it is not strictly defined. It usually includes violent or dangerous behaviour of spectators during sport events. The content is divided into eight chapters, which aim at defining this term and offer a complex and clear analysis. Opening passages are dedicated to criminal offense of disorderly conduct as such. They include an analysis of prerequisites conditioning the committing of criminal offense of disorderly conduct according to the § 358 of penal code. It serves as a vocabulary of terms for further study and for understanding of the mutual interconnection with the term spectator violence. Chapter III is an attempt at a proper definition of the spectator violence phenomenon through the description of values and ideals that are threatened by this conduct and through the overview of the methods used while committing this crime. The next part deals with the profiles of the perpetrators established through the criminological characteristics. Psychological motivation of the spectators to visit the stadiums is also looked...

Data Quality Monitoring Methods Applied to Data Processed by Decision Support Systems
Hološková, Kristína ; Lorenc, Miroslav (advisor) ; Petráš, Miroslav (referee)
The business data could be considered as the raw material for decision-making process, for the development of corporate strategies and overall running of the business. Therefore, adequate attention should be paid to quality of the data. The main goal of the diploma thesis is elaboration of a specific framework for data quality assurance, which combines three theoretical concepts: time series analysis, data screening and data profiling -- business-specific data profiles are monitored by data screening during the data warehouse ETL (extract, transform and load) process and results are afterwards compared with the values predicted by time series analysis. Achievement of this goal is based on the analysis of "data quality" in literature, exact problem definition and selection of appropriate means for its solution. Moreover, the thesis is analysing alternative solutions available on the market and comparing their functionality with the functionality of own framework, as well.

Vliv růstových regulátorů na proteom rostlin v průběhu klíčení
Habánová, Hana
Seed germination is a complex process during which an embryonic plant contained within a seed transforms into a seedling. The majority of species, including model plant Arabidopsis thaliana produce dry seeds that will fully re-establish metabolism after imbibition. This early phase of a plant's life is highly important for its survival and its progress depends on both internal and external stimuli. This thesis entitled "Effects of plant growth regulators on proteome dynamics during seed germination" is focused on effects of light and plant growth regulators on germination. To get an insight into molecular mechanism of germination, proteome dynamics in germinating Arabidopsis were investigated. Seeds were imbibed in presence of plant growth regulators in continuous light or dark and material for LC-MS proteome profiling was harvested after 24 and 48 hours. Altogether, abundances of more than 1100 proteins were followed. PCA analysis and a detailed pair-wise comparison of mock-treated seeds provided evidence that the modern proteome-wide analysis is a promising tool for plant germination research.
