Types of restrictions on land ownership rights in a comprehensive land consolidation

The purpose of this work is to provide an overview of property rights and restrictions in the Czech Republic as they are known by the current legislation in force. Other items are a historical overview of the development of property rights in our country and the development of registration of such rights. In particular, ownership of real estates. The last part deals with the changes of ownership in the implementation of comprehensive land consolidation. It focuses on the rights of property owners entering into land consolidation, addressing their rights in the design of land consolidation and the resulting changes in property rights after the approval decision on the exchange and transfer of property rights.

This thesis deals with a comprehensive overview of the negative effects of transport on the environment, their opportunities and reducing the legislative restrictions. Then their own proposals for improving the environment in direct connection with road transport and efforts to reduce accidents on the road. Based on the elaboration of this thesis were collected and sorted information on the operation of the negative effects of road transport on the environment in order to raise awareness of the impact of activities related to road transport.

The impact of South China Sea dispute on trade relations between China and Vietnam

This bachelor thesis investigates the impact of South China Sea dispute on mutual relations between China and Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Thesis lays great emphasis on the analysis of mutual trading relations. The goal of this work is to find out if the dispute over territory has negative influence on mutual relations and to what extent. Therefore, thesis is divided into 3 main chapters. The introductory chapter describes position and development of each country. Second chapter uses findings from the introductory part for the analysis of political and trade relations of both countries. It focuses on the history of mutual relations and mainly it lays emphasis on current mutual relations. Last chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the issues regarding South China Sea. Motives and causes of this dispute are described in this chapter. It provides a view on the course of this territorial dispute, and also impacts on mutual relations are analyzed. The output of all three chapters helps to formulate following conclusion. Dispute over South China Sea has impact on mutual relations. Predominantly, it influences political relations between China and Vietnam, therefore, this dispute is often mentioned in media. However, according to available data this dispute has not had major effect on trading relations. Mutual trading between both countries went off in dispute period without any limitations and barriers.

Economic policy of National front government

The bachelor thesis is focused on economic policy of Czechoslovakia after 1946 up to the rejection of participation in the Marshall plan. Its hypothesis is that development of economic policy was inevitably headed for the transition to a centrally planned economy. At first it focuses on formation of National Front of Czechs and Slovaks which meant a considerable restriction of democracy. After parliamentary elections in 1946 thesis focuses on description of two-year economic plan which was an important instrument of economic policy of the National Front. The last part of thesis describes the circumstances of refusing to participate in the Marshall Plan. The main conclusion of the thesis is that due to political situation was possible other development but transition to centrally planned economy.

Open Source tools for managing SW projects, their selection and deployment options

The thesis handles with issue of open source project management software selection in small company. Goal of this thesis is to choose the right software tool, which be able to fulfil requirements from management of the company. The thesis is divided in two parts. First part deals with evaluating of theoretical conclusions of accessible literature. From these conclusions are selected specific project areas and also critical factors of project are selected. From these specific project areas and critical factors are subsequently created evaluating criteria and comparing criteria for available systems of software project management support. Second part deals with practical evaluations available opensource software tools. Evaluating runs on the basis of company requirements, evaluating criteria tools and consequent point scales. For reaching the goal of the thesis author is using analysis of project management and analysis of software projects. Afterwards the best software tool will be selected via method of comparison. The best tool will meet the requirements of company's requirements and basic evaluating criteria. The thesis brings mapping and evaluating of current accessible opensource project tools and detection, if is possible to use such tool without bigger restriction in commercial environment. Next essential merit of this thesis is to generate most suitable tool for concrete company use. The company will not have to make its own research, because this thesis will choose it instead of it.


Development of Internet Application Using Rich Internet Application Adobe AIR

This thesis explores the development of desktop applications using Adobe AIR (Adobe Itegrated Runtime) technology. Applications like these are based on web technologies but they do not have such restricted access to resources of operating system as web applications. Moreover, it is possible to install these applications on various operating systems without the need of their previous compilation for a specific operating platform. Apart from describing technologies used for developing AIR applications, this thesis also presents an application which is used for testing the possibilities and features that AIR technology offers.

Causes and consequences of alcohol prohibition in USA and in Sweden and their comparation

The main subject of this study is a comparation of two different approaches in solutions of excessive consumption of alcohol in USA and Sweden. The both countries applied a prohibition for decreasing of the consumption. It was a form of National prohibition in USA and a form of rationing system in Sweden. A common feature of both solutions was difficult legal access to alcohol, after an initial decline there was the increase in consumption of alcoholic beverages and related subsequent rise in crime. Different aspects were: the introduction of a form of prohibition, and especially the sanctions for breach of restrictive limitations. The study also highlights the failure of both approaches in the USA and Sweden.
