Middle Income Trap in China

The thesis is focused on issue of the middle income trap and its application on Chinese market. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter deals with concept of "middle income trap" and defines its causes. The second chapter analyses current situation of Chinese economy, also selected problems and trends in economy whitch are related to middle income trap. The goal of the last part is to answer questions whether China is in the middle income trap or manage to escape.

Slovenian-croatian border dispute in the period of 1991 - 2010

The master thesis aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the Slovenia-Croatian territorial dispute in the period 1991-2010. Although this dispute has its origin in the SFRY, it fully sprung up at the time of independence of Slovenia and Croatia, when the question of the definition of a common border appeared. The thesis is primarily focused on three key issues: the definition of the coastal border at the mouth of the River Dragonja, the delimitation of the territorial sea in the Piran Bay and in particular on the main Slovenian request for a direct access to international waters. In the first part selected terms from the international law of the sea are explained. The second chapter covers the historical development and changes of borders in Istria with an emphasis on the development of the municipality of Piran. The above key issues are analysed in the third chapter, which is attempting to verify the relevance of the arguments of both parties from the perspective of international law. The fourth chapter deals with the bilateral dispute resolution attempts and also briefly outlines the political developments in both countries. The final chapter then examines the role what the European Union, or the European Commission, played.

Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft in the 21st Century in the Czech Republic and Germany

The diploma thesis "Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft in the 21st century in the Czech republic and Germany" deals with the position and influence of this organization on present Czech-German relationship. In the theoretical part of this work there is described the creation, structure, aims and needs as well as present problems of Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft. Further in the text is the analysis of the position of this organization in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The cooperation of the representatives of Sudeten Germans with German political parties and the attitude of Czech and German governments towards this association is the main part of the second - 4 - chapter. The last chapter deals with the influence of Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft, especially of sudetendeutsche question, on the selected periods of Czech-German relationship. Strained elections in 2002 and complicated entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union which was caused by the attempts of the Sudetendeutschen representatives to violate the Beneš Desrees approved that Czech-German relationship on the government degree can be cooled under some circumstances. In the literary section is clarification and extension of the concept of communication. The practical part was focused on familiarization with the company , its divisions, where they are heading and how communication takes place.

This thesis “The proposal of change the combination compensation for employees of selected company” analysis issues related with combination compensation in the company Alfa a. s. and suggestion for improvement. Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the explanation of remuneration expressions. Secondly, in the practical part there is a characterization of personal politics and combination compensation of company Alfa a. s. The proper research deals with questionnaire survey and its evaluation. At the end, there are some improvements suggested, for the current combination compensation improvement.

This bachelor´s thesis deal with issue of a valuation system in the concrete company and it describe problems caused by his inadequacy. Main characteristics of the new system of a valuation are primarily transparence, attraction for the employees and low operational costs. This will satisfy employers and employees demands. Therefore it includes directions, procedures and necessary information to formation of new valuation system, which help to keep current employees and assist to higher working output. That will have a direct influence to general effectiveness of the company.

Analysis of the Selected Firm

This bachelor’s thesis deals with theoretical and practical analysis of small village Pivín which is located in Prostějov region. In the practical part it specifies problems of the village utilizing SWOT and SLEPTE analyses. In the next part it shows strong and weak points and describes threats that might be faced. It interprets the results and on the basis of the analysis recommends some methods to make the management work effectively. It also tries to find alternative resources of the finance. At the end it suggests possible ways of future development.

The next aims are to explored the reason behind the eventual ignorace of the law, to find out if people are satisfied with their rights and if they understand their rights and to suggest the measures or possibilities of improvement.
