Cílem bakalářské práce bylo přiblížit problémy týkající se tématu komunikace ve vybrané organizaci, zaměření se na komunikaci v podniku a hledání návrhu na zlepšení problematiky. V literární části je upřesnění a rozšíření pojmu komunikace. Praktická část byla zaměřena na seznámení se s podnikem, jeho rozdělení, kam směřují komunikace a jak probíhá. The aim of this thesis was to bring issues to the topic of communication in a selected organization , focusing on communication in business and seeking to improve the design issues. In the literary section is clarification and extension of the concept of communication. The practical part was focused on familiarization with the company , its divisions, where they are heading and how communication takes place.
