The main goal of the bachelor study is to create functional marketing plan for year 2017 that is consistent with the existing long-term marketing strategy. This thesis is created for use in business company MAGICAM HD SOLUTIONS Ltd. The core of the thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The first part laid the foundations basis of the terms used in the marketing planning, it is described the relationship marketing strategy, plan and tactics and role in the functioning of the marketing plan of the company. The second part contains the characteristics of the company, the analysis of external and internal factors affecting the company, SWOT analysis, setting goals and designing procedures by which the company will achieved set go-als. The practical part also contains specific steps in the action programs and timetable. Finally the thesis evaluates individual parts and contribution to the company.

Economy of Chile in 1960s and 1970s with Accent on Market Reforms after 1973

This bachelor thesis puts the stress on the analysis of economic reforms approved in Chile in the 60's and 70's years of the 20th century. The focus of this work is profoundly dedicated to the analysis of two important macroeconomic indicators: developments of inflation and trade exports, bearing in mind the context of the coup in 1973 which is seen as a direct consequence of the communist rule of the Salvador Allende's Cabinet (1970-1973). The Allende's Cabinet strove to transform the Chilean economic society into a socialist one. The bachelor thesis has validated a hypothesis stating that the pro-market reforms approved after 1973 led to diversification of the Chilean export as well as a gradual and progressive stabilization of the country's inflation that had reached as 350 % during the socialist Allende's government. This work brings a comparison of two very different economic doctrines that formed Chile in the 70's of the last century. There is being compared a socialist government approach, having focused on nationalizing of the private sector, to the liberal government's approach aimed at decreasing the public sector, privatization as well as tearing down international trade barriers.

Analysis of Competitor's Performance Changes in Sport Aerobic During International Competitive Period 2001 - 2005

Název: Analýza výkonnostních změn reprezentantky ve sportovním aerobiku v průběhu reprezentačních let 2001-2005. Title: Analysis ofpeďormance changes in sport aerobic during representative period 2001-2005. Cíl práce: Analýza výkonnostních změn reprezentantky ve sportovním aerobiku v průběhu reprezentačních let 2001- 2005. Pomocí kvantitativní analýzy sledujeme obtížnost a celkové provedení cviků obsažených v závodní sestavě. Na základě tréninkové přípravy, která předcházela nejúspěšnějšímu roku reprezentantky, vytvoříme modelový tréninkový plán pro časový horizontjednoho měsíce před vrcholnou soutěží. Metoda: K dosažení výsledku bylo použito srovnání výsledků kvantitativní analýzy všech závodních sestav L.J. za reprezentační období let 2001 až 2005. Výsledky: Vykazují největší výkonnostní změny L.J. v průběhu jednoho závodního roku a současně přispěly k nalezení možné sportovní přípravy vedoucí k danému zlepšení. Transport of Dangerous Substances in the Czech Republic

The topic of the diploma written assignment is "Transport of Dangerous Substances in the Czech Republic" and it was chosen for elaboration of the wholesome view on the road, train, ship and plane transportation of the hazardous materials and mixtures. These transportations represent a possible risk of damage to life, health, property or environment for the society. Hazardous materials and mixtures nowadays are being transported in large measures and there is an assumption in the future that the volume of the transported hazardous materials and mixtures will increase. For elaboration of this written assignment three hypothesis were given: a) Legal regulations of the European Union and the Czech Republic solve the problematic of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures well enough. b) The public has enough information about the transportation of the hazardous chemical substances or mixtures. c) People that work in the field of the transportation of hazardous materials or mixtures are well informed about the transportation of hazardous chemical substances or mixtures. For determining whether the legal regulations solve the problematic of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures well enough the literary sources which deal with this issue, legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union and other international agreements were used. After working through these sources it was found out that the international, the EU and Czech legal regulations or agreements solve this issue well enough and emphasis is given on convergence of legal regulations of all transportations. Implementation of international agreements and legal regulations of the European Union into the legal regulations of the Czech Republic happens in the present time very fast and without failures. For figuring out the awareness of the public and awareness of the people working in the field of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures for the diploma written assignment on the topic of "The Transportation of Hazardous Materials and Mixtures on the Territory of the Czech Republic" there was a quantitative research made. The quantitative research was made with the help of handed out questionnaires. The public was represented by the employees of the Regional Municipalities of the Czech Republic. Both of the groups were given the same questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire research were evaluated, expressed in percentage and statistically assessed. For the statistical assessment the double selection T-test was used to find out whether the difference between the assessed groups is statistically important. People working in the transportation of hazardous substances and mixtures have sufficient information which was confirmed by the questionnaire research. By the made statistical assessment it was found out that the difference between the groups is statistically significant and so the public does not have sufficient information related to the transportation of hazardous substances and mixtures. Due to the results of the questionnaire research and mainly that the hypothesis b) - The public has enough information about the transportation of hazardous chemical substances or mixtures was not confirmed. In the conclusion of the written assignment there are a couple of suggestions for improvement of the awareness of the public. For example as a part of education at primary and high schools and training schools where this education is already running as a part of The Protection of Human during Incidents. This education has been going on since 2003. And that is why the older people in the public are not well met with this issue and they should be introduced to it by for example a media campaign by means of short TV spots on public television channels or by means of spots that already the Independent BESIP Department of the Ministry of Transportation makes up. These spots are called Besipky.

Igbo national consciousnes

Before the direct contact with Europe, the area of present-day south-eastern Nigeria was inhabited by a dispersed population limited to only village or local consciousness but in 1967 representatives of this region declared the independent state of Biafra with the intention to separate from Nigeria which indicates strong collective consciousness. The bearers of this consciousness consider themselves to be Igbo and the collectivity has features of a nation. Therefore it is the Igbo national consciousness I deal with in this thesis. In the theoretical introduction I situate a nation within the sphere of ideas. The historiographic part of the thesis examines how the Igbo nation came into existence. It deals with traditional culture, trade, missionary activity, education, colonial administration, migration, decolonization and politics in independent Nigeria. The second, semiologic part is based on my research among the Igbos in Prague and focuses on the contemporary means for the inter-subjective maintenance of their national consciousness. I try to explain it using a concept of national symbols which can be understood as narratives supporting the idea of continuity, strengthening of borders and assuring the internal homogeneity as distinguished from the external differences.

Specific factors of social exclusion of older persons and their reflection in public administration Abstract This work deals with social exclusion of older people. First try on the analysis of the concept of social exclusion to find a framework through which could later be studied its occurrence in a group of seniors. This framework is the definition of general elements that characterize social exclusion in terms of social, economic and political, which allows you to set specific indicators, which can then be examined in a group of seniors. This work is defined as the proportion of the population older than sixty years. He also works with the theme of health, which is provided as a determinant, which affects all other dimensions. The individual results gradually that seniors as a group generally show a tendency towards higher incidence of social exclusion than the general population or the unemployed. Identified dimensions were then tested using analysis of secondary data set of European social Survey 2008. Another intention of this work was to deal with reflections identified dimensions and their occurrence in public administration and the various levels identified based on the concept of multilevel governance. Legal regulation of accounting of entrepreneurs

95 Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of accounting of enterpreneurs in Czech republic, but international aspects are also mentioned, especially the process of harmonisation of accounting in European Union and formation and development of International Accounting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. It defines the concept, which is called "accounting law" within the meaning of the set of rules of law governing the methods of bookkeeping and rights and duties of accounting entities. The thesis is composed of introduction, six chapters and conclusion. Each of them deals with diferent aspects of accounting and its regulation. Chapter One defines the historical evolution of accounting. The chapter is subdivided into three parts. Part One describes forming factors of bookkeeping, Part Two focuses on genesis of accounting and Part Three explains the legal regulation in Czech republic from 1918. International involvement in the peacebuilding process on Sri Lanka

The final months of Sri Lankan civil war, the 26 year military campaign between the Government of Sri Lanka and the insurgent separatist organization Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, are marked by allegations of war crimes committed by both parties of the conflict, including attacks on civilians, summary executions of prisoners, enforced disappearances, restrictions on humanitarian assistance and recruitment of children. Since the attempts to put the Sri Lankan issue on the agenda of the United Nations Security Council failed on the unwillingness of China and Russia, the UN bodies in Geneva have taken a leading role in promoting the peacebuilding process on the island. The thesis aims to analyse the impact of the Geneva-based human rights bodies, in particular of the United Nations Human Rights Council, on the process of reconciliation in Sri Lanka, for which is crucial that the alleged violations of human rights in the last months of the civil war would be properly investigated and that the perpetrators would be held accountable. In order to put the activity of the UN Human Rights Council into broader context, the paper will examine the political development in Sri Lanka since the end of the civil war in 2009 as well as the failed efforts of Sri Lankan governments to launch the process of reconciliation.

Optimization of the Business Model of the Online Store Jednoručky.cz

This thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of the business model of a small online store Jednoručky.cz, which sells fitness dumbbells. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the fundamental flaws in the store's strategy, to find the main causes of the decline in sales of this online business and propose changes that will lead to a smooth operation and return to growth of customer orders. The theoretical part describes the basic aspects that are important in the establishment and operation of an online store, followed by the introduction of some current trends in internet marketing and the opportunities that are offered to Czech entrepreneurs to obtain information from this field. The practical part of the thesis describes and evaluates internal processes and strategy of the store Jednoručky.cz and on the basis of these findings, it suggests a comprehensive plan for optimizing its business model. The plan will be realized during the year 2015.
