Personal income tax optimization

I divided the thesis into two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I analyze possibilities of legal tax optimization. The practical part was prepared on an example of an entrepreneur, whose income comes not only from his business activity, but also from lease and other sources. He lives in a household with a wife and a daughter. In the practical part, I calculate the total tax duty of the household, but also social and health insurance duty, the amount of which also depends on the tax base. In the practical part, I found six models of tax calculation for this particular household.

The situation of disabled persons in the labour market in the main City of Prague in 2014 and 2015

The topic of this thesis are disabled people. The main goal of this thesis is describe the situation th these people in the labor market of Prague. This description is based on the founded data and the specialized literature. There will be explained the concepts of labour market, unemployment, aktive employment policy first in the theoretical part. There are for the next time explained the concepts of disabled people, thein characteristics, different type of these disabilities, legislativ of the employnment of these people, rehabilitation programmes and the enterprises with more 50 % share of employed disabled people. The practical part is based on the analysis of the selected dates of Český statistický úřad and Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. There is included my own anonymus questionnaire research of selected eemployers. The goal of this research is to show, how is the situation of the employers and the diabled people in Prague. It was found by using this research, that the situation in our main city is very positive. Employers offer many employments to disabled people, althoug they don't have to do that and they don't have any statutory obligation.

Partnership and Sexuality of Mentally Affected People in Connection with Their Escort Men

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. The application of art activities focusing on the development of personality of people in custodial sentence

This thesis deals with the application of the fine arts with much focus on the development of personality on people serving prison sentences. The content of this thesis is divided into theoretical and practical chapters. First part defines some key terms of including the program of rehabilitation and pedagogical events that are used in this specific environment. The practical chapters are devoted to the realization of own longer-term didactic project named ?Kordelie? which is concerned with the positive thinking, values, and the development of competences at the target group of occupationally unclassified sentenced women in the custodial prison České Budějovice. Based on the application of these sets of activities and their consequent evaluation, I am obliged to observe the real possibility of fine art inclusion in didactic projects to individuals in correctional facility.

Genesis of a "New Woman": lives and activities of academically educated women in the Czech lands in the first half of the 20th century through the example of the organized women academician's movement

The proposed diploma thesis focuses on the poorly explored theme of the women participation among university intelligentsia in the Czech Lands in the first half of the 20th century. The chosen theme is analyzed from the point of view of women's academic clubs, which have appeared in this region already at the beginning of 20th century. In addition to their representative function they have also fulfilled the mission of peculiar cultural and social agents of their age. Concurrently with the exploration of history, this thesis follows the significance and the structure of three forms of organized women academicians' movement, the prospective 5 personal and ideological continuity in the women academic society, which concentrated in the 'Ženský kroužek Slavia', in the Sdružení akademicky vzdělaných žen, and between the two world wars in the 'Sdružení vysokoškolsky vzdělaných žen v R. Č. S. For the purpose of encompassing a broader context, within which the mentioned fellowships have pursued their activities, the thesis also partly mentions the general evolution of the possibility of women's academic education, and also the dimension of sociability of women intelligentsia, which became expressed in the International Federation of Women - a prestigious organization, in which female academicians from more than 30...

Use of social services by beneficiaries of care allowance.

The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the issue of the carer's allowance recipients benefiting from social services, which is important and topical in my opinion. Applying the quantitative method of research, I performed a survey based on questionnaires. I divided the respondents into 3 groups to allow questions asked in the questionnaires to cover all types of clients among whom I carried out the research. The group one included persons benefiting from residential care social services; the group two included persons provided with outpatient care or field care social services and the group three included persons who are recipients of the carer's allowance where care is provided by, for example, their family members. The goal of the Bachelor's Thesis was to find out how the recipients dispose of the carer's allowance and whether they are satisfied therewith. Two more partial goals finally resulted from the research in relation in particular to persons belonging to group one. One of the partial goals is whether the respondents are satisfied with the services provided and the other partial goal is whether, according to the respondents, the quality of the provided services corresponds with the financial means that they pay to the services providers. The hypothesis H1: The allowance is used for social services. This hypothesis could be examined among the respondents belonging to groups two and three only. In this case, the hypothesis was not affirmed. In the group three, no respondent utilizes social services and in the group two only 27 respondents out of 80, who were interviewed, benefit from such services. The hypothesis H2: The recipients are satisfied with the carer's allowance amount. This hypothesis was affirmed in a total number of 80 respondents. 48 persons are satisfied with the carer's allowance amount and the remaining 32 respondents said that they were not satisfied. I think that this research may be beneficial for social services providers, as it will find out how the respondents assess the effectiveness of the provided services or whether they would welcome a different alternative available in the area of social services.

Post-penitentiary treatment and prevention of recidivism

RÉSUMÉ The work presented is a Master thesis completed at the Criminal law department under theLaw faculty of the Charles' University. It deals with recidivism, its causes and prerequisites of its occurrence. Preventive activities in the Czech republic are also a part of this project. Emphasis is put especially ontertiary preventive activities, namely working with people who have commited crime before. Postpenitential care plays an important role here, especially the problems of returning the convicted person into normal life. For synoptic reasons, the text also contains the overview of the Czech legal regulations, especially the standards of the criminal law. The standards of the social security law, which determine the system made by the state for people exposed to social exclusion, are also dealt with here. Apart from the national legislative, the international regulations are also mentioned here, although they are rather informal recommendations of the EU. A special chapter is devoted to Czech prison system. Conditions in Czech jails are described as well as programme set up for dealing with prisoners and also the difficulties of so called exit departments.
