Diplomová práce je zaměřena na franchising a jeho využití v praxi. Cílem práce bylo vymezit specifika franchisingu v oblasti jazykových služeb a připravit podklady pro implementaci franchisingu v Jazykovém Institutu Praha s.r.o. Zejména se jedná o popis činností jednotlivých oddělení společnosti, vymezení potencionálních slabých míst a návrh na jejich odstranění. V další části práce jsou rozpracovány podmínky pro udělení franchisy. Součástí práce jsou také doporučení a varování pro úspěšný rozvoj a následné fungování franchisingové sítě.

Ball-Joint Limited Heating during Accelerated Testing

The object of this work is design model of ball joint and define boundary conditions for real condition representation as most exact as possible. Then set parameters of test in TRW-DAS, a.s. for prevention of reacceleration with change of failure mode. Summary of ball joints, their testing and accelerated tests is in the beginning of the work. Next part describes ball joint creation in Pro/Engineer, transfer to Ansys, preparing to solution, fatigue test evaluation and comparing with create model.

Development of POS system application with support of EET for retail trade

The goal of this thesis is to design and develop an application software for the POS system. The main criterion of the developed system is to support online registration of sales, which meets the requirements stated by the Act no. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales. In this thesis the POS system is designated to support processes of retail trade. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the POS system and its components. To solve the issue of online registration of sales, an analysis of the legislation and the market with the POS systems was made. The thesis also presents an analysis of the processes and requirements, a solution design and the implementation of applications based on Java. To test the functionality of the developed application a test case was used. The final chapter summarizes the content of the thesis and outlines possible future developments. The output of this paper is a functional POS application, which will be available for download under open-source license. This paper could also serve as a business guide to understand the topic of POS systems and online registration of sales.

Real Estate Expropriation

101 Summary Submitted thesis is titled "Real Estate Expropriation". The thesis deals in particular with actual legal regulation of real estate expropriation in the Czech Republic from both, material and procedural point of view. It contains short perspective of historical evolution of this legal institute and it determines the sources of contemporary legal regulation. There is also attention being paid to legal grounds and definition of real estate ownership rights with emphasis on land property, relations and their legal constraints. Submitted thesis also deals with special regulations of real estate expropriation and gives a glance over principles of contemporary real estate legal regulations in selected member countries of European Union. Real estate expropriation represents one of the special interferences of the state to the sphere of individuals and it is considered to be the most serious one. In various schemes it occurs in almost all contemporary law systems and in principle it can only be brought to effect upon fulfilling number of strict conditions (legal basis, public interest and compensation). Registered (prescribed) capital of capital companies, its creation and protection

Résumé Authorized Capital of Stock Companies, its Formation and Protection Czech legal regulations related to authorized capital stem from the European concept of the real formation and preservation of the authorized capital that leads particularly to providing minimum guarantee rate of the stock company to its creditors. Authorized capital is an abstract number and it expresses the financial value of assets invested in the stock capital by its partners. The Commercial Code shall expressly stipulate the duty of authorized capital formation for the limited liability company as well as joint-stock company. The duty to form authorized capital at their formation may be indirectly permitted also for limited partnerships. In professional literature, the three basic functions of authorized capital are traditionally listed. Guarantee function, authorized capital as profit and loss measure and authorized capital as a mean to specify partner's share in the company. The concept of real authorized capital formation adopted by most European legal systems is based on achieving correspondence between the authorized capital and real capital and capital preservation through protective rules. Potential of IoT in Smart City

The aim of this masters thesis is to identify, in which phase of adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) application areas of concept Smart City are nowadays Czech regional cities, what is their outlook to 2025 and also identify in which dimensions of concept Smart city, supported by IoT technologies, perceive Czech regional cities the greatest potential. Based on information obtained from the studied materials, the concept of Internet of Things (IoT) is described, along with a detailed description of one of its application area, namely Smart City. This area is further divided into specific dimensions, that cover specific application areas which can, through internet technology, support things in a special way. With these insights, the questionnaire (built on identified IoT application areas of smart city) was developed. Thesis should be beneficial for all towns in the Czech Republic, because it provides a comprehensive view of individual IoT application areas of concept Smart City including information on which of these IoT application areas are currently focusing regional cities, and on which they want to focus to the future. On the other hand, the survey results could also be beneficial for commercial entities, which focus on IoT implementation in cities. These entities will be able to recognise which IoT products are currently best for cities.

Current problems concerning administration of uninsurable allowances at regional (district and municipal) office

The basic mission o f the state is to create the conditions for the stability and to regulate the social climate, to absorb the social tension and by the development o f social activities to stabilise the situation in the society in order to enable the social subjects fully develop, affect and realise their targets by their own forces. These efforts intend to establish the conditions for the social defensibility of the social reform and/or minimize its impacts. In order to assure this target, the state disposes by the wide system of legal, financial and institutional instruments. The aim o f this thesis is the global evaluation of the actual legislation on the security of the people in socially indisposed situation; this people enters under the application of the Act No 117/1995 Coll., on social state aid, Act No 108/2006, on social services, Act. No 110/2006 Coll. about the existential minimum and Act No 111/2006 Coll. on aid in material necessity. When I evaluated the practical problems with the realisation of these systems I have resulted from the experience o f the employees of the Employment office in Tábor and of the Department o f social affairs and public health o f the Office o f region South Bohemia. Optimization of internal material flow

This thesis refers about the optimalization of internal business logistics system. This thesis want to explore and propose new solutions to the system of internal transport of material in a manufacturing company. The aim is find a suitable methodology for the problem and aplication this methodology to the particular case. The practical part describes the specific case of the production system in the Bosch Diesel s.r.o. at his plant in Jihlava. Description includes an overview of the current state of the logistical arrangements and problems that a rise from the current state. Compares the current state with the proposed state and investigates the various pros and cons. Part of the analysis is a computer simulation of the transport system, which has been support to confirming the appropriateness of the proposed solutions.

The issue of church restitutions in Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue called church restitutions and the topic of the separation between churches and the state in the Czech Republic. Its main goal is to provide a comprehensive view on this controversial theme. The theoretical part provides basic definition of related concepts and contains a historical analysis of church property. The practical part consist of analysis of the Act. No. 428/2012 Coll. and highlights its strengths and weaknesses. It also contains some examples of contentious cases dealing with the return of church property. Based on this bachelor thesis we can say there is a many irregularities and critical points of adopted Act and we may find this topic very debatable.

Theme of the Master’s thesis is analysis of process for production of small plates. Main parts of the thesis are analysis of the production process, process mapping, data capture, analysis of the data by Pareto analysis and find causes of nonconformities. Causes analysis is based on data analysis and process observation. It is divided to chapters by factors which are influencing the process. Optimization measures are designed with regard to their simplicity of realization and system in organization.
