Rhodium in the environment
Ondreášová, Klára ; Nevrlá, Jana (referee) ; Komendová, Renata (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristic of rhodium, its use in the automotive industry, the occurrence in environmental compartments (air, soil, vegetation, water), accumulation and transformations. In this thesis there are also described methods of sampling for determination, the types of sample preparation, separation and preconcentration techniques necessary prior to instrumental analysis. The work also focuses on the most commonly used analytical methods of rhodium determination, which are spectrophotometric methods, AAS, ICP-AES and ICP-MS.

Monitoring of the tin release to the canned fruit from the used packaging
Flajs, Roman ; Vránová, Dana (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the issue of the release of tin in canned fruit of used packaging. The theoretical part of the thesis is described canning fruit as raw material, its composition, methods of preservation, basic technological operations fruit processing, manufacture of compote, manufacture of metal packaging, marches corrosive metal packaging, chemical behavior of tin in foods and toxicity, methods for the determination of tin in foods with a focus on optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma. I the experimental part of the thesis was first ICP-OES optimized before to analysis of the 20 different samples compote purchased in chain stores. Tin concentration was determined by a fixed proportion compote. Measured concentration of tin were compared with the maximum permissible value in canned foods, which is allowed by European legislation. The tin content in all analyzed compote did not exceed the legislative limit of 200 mg/kg. The highest concentration of tin has been measured in sample conserved apricots namely 88,6 ± 2,8 mg/kg.

Reliability assessment of bodies with general singular stress concentrator
Klusák, Jan
The paper presents a method leading to reliability assessment of bodies with general singular stress concentrator. The method uses combination of analytical and numerical procedures to determine fracture-mechanics parameters. The approach is based on comparison of fracture behaviour of body with a crack and a body with a general singular stress concentrator. The goal of the paper is to determine value of applied stress that leads to initiation of failure of construction.

Hospital strategy performance
Márová, Adéla ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor) ; Bláha, Martin (referee)
This master's thesis called Hospital strategy performance deals with the strategic analysis of České Budějovice Hospital in relation to cost efficiency in this company. Information were provided during the interview with the company CEO, MUDr. Břetislav Shon. Primary input for financial analysis purpose were taken from the annual reports of 2011-2015. The introduction defines strategy and strategic analysis and the master's thesis' aims are specified. The theoretical part is based on theoretical definition and methodology of strategic analysis, the analytical process is introduced, as well as results evaluation based on specialized publication. The practical part consists of the description of the current situation in Czech health care, company introduction and the strategic analysis of the company. The conclusion includes the strategic analysis evaluation and recommendation for next steps.

Voltammetric determination of genotoxic compounds using solid amalgam electrodes
Barek, J. ; Čížek, K. ; Fischer, J. ; Navrátil, Tomáš ; Josypčuk, Bohdan
Possibilities of voltammetric determinations of genotoxic organic compounds for environmental purposes were studied. Traditional mercury electrode was replaced by solid amalgam electrodes. It is possible to conclude that the obtained results are comparable with those, obtained on other types of electrodes.

Proč by měl použít analytický chemik ke stanovení AAS zakoncentrování hydridu na křemenném povrchu
Kratzer, Jan ; Dědina, Jiří ; Rychlovský, P.
An evaluation of extremely simple method for antimony and bismuth preconcentration based on the novel experimental approach, in-situ trapping of stibine and bismuthine in externally heated quartz tube atomizers, is presented.

Optical Scanners - Suspension Kinematics Points Measurement
Souček, Ondřej ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with creating a usable methodology for measuring the position of kinematic points McPherson suspension using optical scanners available on ÚADI. The answer lies in comparing the measurement results obtained using the scanners ATOS and TRITOP with regard to the different measurement methods. Using analytic geometry and the software ADAMS are fixed characteristics of the suspension, they are compared with values measured on the geometry. Finally, it evaluated the accuracy of measurement methods.

Branding on the Internet
Prajzlerová, Adéla ; Pilař, Ladislav (advisor) ; Rojík, Stanislav (referee)
Bachelor thesis is focused on brand advertising on Internet. Specifically for Airhole brand in Czech Republic. Thesis is divided into two parts. Part one is theoretical and part two is practical where all acquired theoretical knowledge is used and draft of brand advertising is implemented. Literary recherché is focused on creation of on-line marketing, propagation on Internet and advantages which this type of marketing includes. Subsequently are in this part subscribed and explained essential tools for correct working and results checking of marketing on the Internet. On-line marketing strategy is described here in details which is essential to do at the beginning, how to do it and how to measure it. It is also very important to use the right web analytics where everyone has to choose at first what to measure and more importantly which tools will be used for this specific purpose. Practical part exploits information acquired in theoretical part focused on suggestion for draft of propagation of Airhole brand on Internet. Targets and strategy were defined at the beginning. Thereafter competition have been analysed. After that own strategy has been created. It was necesary to determine target group and design of the new web site. Thereafter essential tools, aktivity, time table and the right budget have been chosen for properly working advertising of Airhole brand. Estimation of expected rusults of draft has ben determined from the given data.

Removal of residual stress in thin sheets by tension leveling
Dymáček, Martin ; Návrat, Tomáš (referee) ; Petruška, Jindřich (advisor)
Tension leveling is a process used in the steel industry in order to eliminate any shape imperfections of cold-rolled thin strips. The master thesis deals with developing a computer program that generates basic parameters of tension leveling line. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the types of the shape imperfections in strips, their causes and the principles of their elimination. This part also presents the mechanism of tension leveling and describes the present-day design of tension levelers. The practical part of the thesis starts with an analytical description of stress-strain behaviour of strip during tension leveling (supposing the simplified conditions). A computer program that allows devising basic parameters of tension leveling line is created on the basis of these analytical relations. The program results are successfully verified by numerical model based on the finite element method (FEM) created in the program ANSYS. Then the interdependencies of certain input and output parameters of created program are determined. These interdependencies can be used as effective design of tension leveling lines.
