The influence of oligopolistic structure on the performance of banking system from the point of game theory
Tisoň, David
The paper tries to grasp the phenomenon of procyclical behavior of oligopolistic banking sector using game theory models. The simulation is based on a Bayesian game that models the environment of a conflict situation with imperfect information. The result implies that the dominant bank strategy, regardless of the actions of other players, is very aggressive strategy with low risk aversion and therefore the choice of riskier and potentially more profitable portfolio in times of economic prosperity. In addition to the known causes of procyclicality comes into play also the oligopolist rivalry. Conclusion the paper provides is a starting point in the form of open banking cartels (co-operating oligopoly) to coordinate strategy. The goal may be appropriate choice of credit expansion of the banking system (credit restrictions vice versa) with an acceptable profit and risk for banks and manageable terms for borrowers suitable for the economic cycle.

Title of diploma paper: The influence of chosen psychical factors on the performance of Competitor in wild water slalom. Aim: The aim of the work is based on the results of the questionnaire CSA-I 2 to determine the values of all three components Racing anxiety and their impact on the performance of the plant itself. Methods: To determine the values of competitive anxiety questionnaire was used CSAI-second results They were processed using the statistical program SPSS. The comparison was used for data nonparametric correlation research. results: Water slalom have higher cognitive and somatic anxiety and lower confidence than top athletes from other sports. has not been demonstrated linear relationship between the individual components racing anxiety and own performance in a given race. The change in scope of burning-out syndrom prevention in the legislation chanages.
MEDLÍNOVÁ, Eva
Paper covers educational training of social services workers who are supposed to have achieved the prescribed qualifications in compliance with the above-mentioned act, or who are supposed to achieve the respective qualifications by means of the so-called qualifications course for workres engaged in social services. Assisting professions are characterized , in particular, by the fact that persons engaged in them are exposed to a more intense contact with people than other professions are. Performance of such professions is associated with great commitment and responsibility. Therefore, workers engaged in social services are exposed to risk of burnout syndrome development to a higher extent than people working in other professions. This syndrome is experienced most frequently as a feeling of mental, physical and emotional exhaustion and not only does it result in deterioration of the quality of services provided, it has very adverse consequences for a social services worker affected by burnout syndrome as well. The work resulted in finding that no improvement of the Burnout Syndrome Manifestation Inventory score was found and that no influence on attitudes to burnout syndrome on the part of most workers engaged in social services after completion of the qualification course was observable. The workers themselves feel that there is no link between the qualification course and the quality of services provided by them.

Žitný, David ; Segeťová, Jarmila (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Own analysis of two-year training load in throwing the discus in comparison with the training load of the discus-thrower Gejza Valent Goal Own analysis of two-year training load and its comparison with the training load of the discus-thrower ofinternationa! standing. Method The analysis of persona! training documentation. Quantitative comparison through the use of sum transfer of general training indices (GTI) and special training indices (STI). Comparison of selected training indices with the training indices of the former Czech sportsman in throwing the discus. Results My two-year annual training cycles (ATC) partly approximate in terms of their periodization, structure, extent, intensity and character of training load to general principles. Overall extent of the load was spread in time and its magnitude in given ATC. Its gradual increase and subsequent decrease influenced the sports performance. The intensity of the training load had an influence on the growth of the sports performance in majority of selected training indices (Tl). In light of my performance the optima! relationship between general and special training was selected and it was appropriately adapted to specific actual demands of the training. All observed attribute values were increased during the trainings with the instructor. By...

Evaluation of Efect Mechanicle a Nitrifying Biological Filters in Recirculating Aquacultere Systeme with Intensive Fish Farming.
OLBERT, Karel
Aim of my work is influence of high level breeding of Euroasian perch on quality of water and operation of mechanicle drum filter and fluized bed biofilter. Euroasian perch is reared in recirculating aquaculture systeme. Fish were devide into six groups in dependence on their body weight. Groups of fish with avarage start weight (g) {$\pm$} SD; biomass (kg) 232,9 {$\pm$} 10,0; 15,14 (I), 196,4 {$\pm$} 8,1; 15,32 (II), 139,8 {$\pm$} 6,1; 15,10 (III), 102,4 {$\pm$} 5,5; 15,06 (IV), 59,4 {$\pm$} 5,5; 15,04 (V), 37,7 {$\pm$} 7,5; 15,00 (VI) were put into plastic tank (600l). Three measurement was with fed fish and three measurement with food-deprived fish. Fed day was organised like feeding period (light phase) 12 hours and 12 hours non-feeding period (dark phase). First part of my project was about impact mechanicle filtration to remove solids from water. Mechanical filter can keep the water quality on perfect level for fish farming. Second part was about evaluation of nitrifying biologickle filters. Biologicle filtration was did her function well, because levels of amonia, nitrite and nitrate were keep on optimum values. Third part of my project was about measurement of oxygen consumption and amonia excretion. Was observed significant diurnal changes of oxygen consumption and amonia excretion for fed fish. For food-deprived fish was observed significant diurnal changes of oxygen consuption. Changes of amonia excretion were not significant.

A Tool for Analyzing Performance of Memory Allocators in Linux
Müller, Petr ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Vojnar, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis presents a tool for dynamic memory allocator analysis, focused on their performance. The work identifies the important memory allocator performance metrics, as well as the environment and program factors influencing these metrics. Using this knowledge, a tool was designed and implemented. This tool allows to gather and analyze these metrics. The tool provides the ability to create memory allocator usage scenarios for the purpose of the allocator behavior analysis under different conditions. The tool was tested on several available memory allocators with free license.
