Theoretical considerations on the liability of a sportsman in the Czech legal system (liability of a sportsman in collective sports)

Závěrem lze konstatovat, že vytvořit všemi přijatelnou obecnou definici sportu, resp. sportovce, je úkol, který se zatím nikomu nepodařilo úspěšně vyřešit. Existence takové definice má svůj nesporný význam už jen proto, že chceme-li se zabývat "právní odpovědností sportovce", je třeba nejprve vymezit okruh osob, jichž především se předestřené úvahy týkají. Skrze historický vývoj jsem se v kapitole druhé pokusila naznačit rozsah sportovní činnosti, která je z hlediska požadavku jednotné obecné definice díky svému fenomenálnímu rozměru velice těžko uchopitelná. K významu této definice se pak znovu vracím v kapitole čtvrté v rámci vymezení subjektu odpovědnostních vztahů. Mnou zvolená definice je jistě jen jedna z mnoha možných a neklade si nárok na její bezvýhradné přijetí. Kapitola třetí je věnována exkurzi do historie, kde se vracím až na samotný počátek evropské civilizace, tj. do období antických Řeků a Římanů. Platí-li to pro práci jako celek, tak pro tuto kapitolu dvojnásob, totiž že s ohledem na limitovaný rozsah nemůže obsáhnout zkoumanou látku komplexně. Vedle zajímavého odkazu středověku v oblasti hodnocení sportovních úrazů je tedy věnována pozornost toliko pouze Antice. Nikoli však neprávem, neboť zde můžeme nalézt velmi inspirativní a obdivuhodně nadčasové myšlenky použitelné i ve 21. století....

Intraspecific diversity in the ichthyofauna of the Czech Republic, its knowledge and protection

At present, 48 fish and 2 lamprey species occur in the waters of the Czech Republic. Of these, 22 fish species are protected by law all over the country or locally, the protection of 3 fish and 2 lamprey species is conditional. For the time being, there are no legal means to protect their intraspecific (genetic) diversity. In this point, one can only utilise certain indirect measures that follow from the limits pertaining to endangered species. The available knowledge of intraspecific diversity of the fish fauna in the Czech republic is fragmentary an incoherent. That is one of the causes of the absence of legislative means to protect the intraspecific diversity. In addition, the apprehension of this phenomenon by the piscatorial public is insufficient although this diversity is the most endangered by the very fishery management. Increased research and knowledge of the intraspecific diversity of particular species is inevitable as the basis for its conservation.

Risk group of persons with disabilities on the labour market in Prague from 2005 to 2015

The theoretical part of the Bachelor Thesis comprehensively illustrates the status and representation of persons with disabilities (PWD) on the current labour market in the Czech Republic. In a general manner, the Thesis looks at the employment policy as well; especially its legislative basis in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Furthermore, the legal obligations of employers of PWD and the possibilities of fulfilling the mandatory share of PWD employment are stated. Findings of two qualitative employment studies are presented showing that PWD enter the labour market equipped with specialized competencies, which they are willing to complete by retraining programmes in case of need. The employers perceive the employment of PWD mainly as a financial profit, granted to them by the state; and the legislative conditions are a sufficient incentive for them. The questionnaire survey pointed out that the weakness in the employment of PWD is the lack of part-time jobs, which are highly demanded among them. Therefore the Thesis presents a solution, which could be the creation of shared work positions.

Kidney Transplantation in Theological-Ethical Reflexion

In my diploma work i tried to valued transplant in a christiant (religious) point of view. My essay (diploma work) is consisit of (devided to) two parts - medical part, in which I have written about individual steps made before the exact transplant and I also explained what are the benefits and negatives of transplant. In the first part I also included law issues of transplant in Czech legislation, about the difficulty to donate the organ, perhaps the risk of the individual donors. I described the criteria of death from medical and ethical point of view. In a second part(teological) I have written about the value of the transplant from the ethical point of view, the religious side (reflexion) it means till when the human being is still considered as a person whose dignity has to be (needs to be) respected and whether the human autonomia is the ethical password. From the religious point of view (side) does not exist objection against volunteery transplant donors. Donor transplant is morally accepted with agreement of the donors themself and without excessive (enourmous) risks included. The purpose of th death of the individual is diagnosed (found out) first before the transplant can be donated. The possibility of the donation (transplant) abuse is the organs selling market. This Master thesis deals with the Comparison of environment for foundation of startups in the Czech Republic and Spain. The scope is to discover which of these two countries has more suitable business environment for the establishment of a startup. The first chapter defines startup and illustrates its importance and development. Second part is dedicated to foundation of a startup regarding legal differences and funding aspects. The last section confronts business environment and support for the foundation of a startup in both countries.

Tax and legal issues of real-estate business in Austria

The purpose of this study is to compare tax and civil-law issues concerning property business in Austria and in Czech Republic in 2016 and to investigate the efficiency of the current legislation against the real estate bubble. The theoretical part of this study contains selected demographic and price statistics concerning real estate in both countries and focuses on the description of the existing law currently in effect in both compared countries. The practical part analyses tax and transactions costs that concern property trading and a comparison of possibilities of amortisations and rentability of a rented flat in both countries.

External Sources of Finance for Business Projects in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on external sources of finance for business projects in the Czech Republic. The theoretical framework summarizes the expertise and definitions relating to business, entrepreneurs personality, to legal forms of business and traditional external sources of finance. As the lack of resources or difficult access to traditional sources of capital can sometimes be an obstacle in the realization of a welcome and viable business plan, the second half of the thesis is devoted to alternative options of financing business projects with an emphasis on EU subsidies drawing. Other analysed external sources of finance are the investments of private investors called Business Angels, venture and private equity capital, crowdfunding and at the end preferential credits from banking institutions offered to start-ups or new business projects. The main target of this thesis is to provide an overview of the available external projects funding, to find out how they are going on in the Czech Republic and at the conclusion to assess, what kinds of projects are suitable for every single kind of funding. This thesis could help to entrepreneurs, who do not have enough funds for their idea, to be knowledgeable in current options of external financial sources.

The thesis is focused on the characteristics and form of captive insurance. It discusses the advantages, and the use of captive insurance companies. Emphasis is also different types of insurance and legal and tax treatment. The work also includes a view of the captive insurance in the Czech Republic and the future development, including issues and trends that are associated with it.
