Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation

This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

This thesis discusses the philosophy of customer relationship management. Main goal of the work is to analyze the processes in a specific company and to recommend a solution for customer relationship. Thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical part presents readers with basic concepts of customer relationship management, its principles, development and strategy. Furthermore, pays attention to customer and their value. Methodical part defines the method of analysis, which is applicated in practical part. Practical part is focused on a specific company, on its introduction, history and analysis of internal and external environment. In conclusion of this thesis individual recommendations and improvement proposals are listed.

Optimal production strategy of the chosen company in the area of mechanical engineering

The topic of this diploma thesis is "Optimal production strategy of the chosen company in the area of mechanical engineering" - namely the EUTECH join stock company, or more precisely its toolshop division, which deals with the manufacture of injection moulds, parts and production of special devices for aircraft industry. The aim of the paper is to evaluate, according to the defined factors, what is for the EUTECH join stock company more favourable - invest in purchase of the 5-Axis CNC machining center technology and deal with this process inside of the company or ensure this technology in cooperation with another companies. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the subjects of operation management theory and production are dealt with. The practical part deals with the production strategy of the EUTECH join stock company, or more precisely of its toolshop division in detail. The company is briefly introduced, the situational analysis of division toolshop is conducted and the production process of the company is examined. The final chapter deals with the use of cooperation in the toolshop division. The main and other factors affecting the choice of "product or sell" strategy are evaluated and consequently is decided which strategy is in case of the 5-Axis CNC machining center technology more favourable.

Objectives work This thesis will deal with stress and its effects on the activity of driving city mass transit. The work is described how stress is, how it can be managed, and how to prevent it. Empirical part will deal with the effects of stress on the driver's performance and resistance to him. methodics The theoretical part will be based on a compilation of texts from literature. In the empirical part will be used method of standardized questionnaires. For research purposes is determined hypothesis, which will be checked by statistical methods. The results of empirical research will be commented and presented in the summary tables and graphs.

This diploma thesis deals with business strategy of company Autocentrum Elán, Ltd. which should strengthen its competitiveness and provide direction and possibilities for the following period. This work is based on theoretical knowledge and describes analyses of company environment and mainly internal sources and company capabilities. The analytical part deals with the preparation of a company business strategy draft based mainly on analysis of current situation and its evaluation. The greatest emphasis is on development of operating leases when selling the new Škoda cars on which other stages and points of proposed strategy are based on.

Czechs and Pension Savings - December 2012

December’s survey of CVVM comprised a bloc of questions concerning public opinion on the pension system in the Czech Republic and its possible change. We asked a selected part of our respondents that are not yet retired, whether they use any form of savings or investments to put money aside for their retirement, whether they fear they might not be sufficiently secured when retired, and what are their expectations regarding the sufficiency of pensions paid by the state. 81 % of respondents assume that the state pension will not provide them with sufficient financial resources. On the other hand, only 56 % of people have their independent savings or investment plan to secure them for the retirement.

Environmental Friendly Accommodation in a Particular Area

Theme of thesis is environmentally friendly accommodation in Trebon and surroundings. The main objective is to identify friendly approaches in the accommodation offers in the friendly area and assess the significance of friendly approaches in the strategy of companies, which offer accommodation. From the survey, in which respondents' interest was investigated in environmentally friendly accommodation, was created demand analysis and based on Internet resources and unstructured interviews analysis of the supply of accommodation. From the observed results were determined proposals and measures for improvement.

Identification opportunities for the selected company

The main aim of this Diploma thesis called "Identification opportunities for the selected company" is to identify the opportunities on market and to provide possible solutions how to use these opportunities. The Diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. First part is a literature overview that should give the reader the basic knowledge and understanding of the topic. Where the information was gained by studying different sources related to the main aim of the thesis. Second part is the analytical part of the thesis. Different analysis has been chosen to support the work. The marketing situation analysis was used and included the analysis of the macroenvironment (the STEP analysis), the microenvironment, market and sales. This analysis was followed by the analysis of part of the external environment (Porter's model of five competitive forces). The last part of the analytical part is focused on the internal analysis. The human resources, finance, sales and products were analysed. The findings from the analytical chapter were used for the final SWOT analysis.

Strategy marketing in a chosen company

The aim of the thesis is to suggest a marketing strategy for a specific company, including the marketing plan in order to deal with possible changes resulting from the current situation. Strategic marketing process, which is based on the strategic management process consists of planning, implementation and control. On the basis of marketing situational analysis SWOT analysis was set up, marketing objectives were defined, strategies were formulated and a marketing plan was suggested. The implementation of a plan is a part of an implementation phase. Finally, the interim results were evaluated and possible changes were proposed, which should lead to the achievement of the planned outputs at the end of the period.
