Analysis of personnel work in the company

The main focus of this thesis, titled ?Analysis of personnel work in the company,? lies on system and management of personal work and personal activities in the context of human resource management as one of the preconditions to be met to achieve the objectives of the company ČZ a.s. in Strakonice. The aim of the the thesis is to analyse the system of personnel work in the given enterprise, to assess and evaluate it and subsequently design some changes which can lead to higher effectivity of management of this area. Proposals to improve the current personnel system in the company ČZ a.s. are the main outcome of the thesis. At present, the management of each company is well aware of how important feature human factor is. They realise that workers who know that their management shows interest in them, takes care of them and is not indifferent to their work environment and that they are properly rewarded for their performance are happy. Consequently, the workers have the feeling of importance for the company, which is further reflected in their work performance and prosperity of the whole enterprise.

Design of mobile horizontal wood-splitting machine

This thesis shows making of documentation for production powerfull wood-splitting machine for hardest forestal work. There are researched and soluted all phases of pre-production machine's lifecycle, also means analysis of conception, potentional risks and failures analysis and also definition of required properties. Based on those properties and results of analyses is possible to setting up condition which should be satisfied. At following part are descripted and shown features of machine-design . Main feature (component) of machine is its frame, also there are strenght analysis of frame. Machine movement features are mainly hydraulics pistons which are powered by asynchronous engine, whith alternative possibility movement by wheel tractor power-take off shaft or hydraulics output. There are performed all important properties. Working safety questions and high endurability of machine shold be also performed. At the end of work is realised conception and design study of forestal production system for wood processing with one universal source of energy – wheeled tractor.

Irrationality in the decision- making of an individual as an economic entity in the territory of the Czech Republic

The main objective of this thesis is an in-depth analysis of the decision-making process on issues of economic nature for individuals in the Czech Republic. The degree of rationality occurring in consumer behavior is evaluated based on lessons learned. The theoretical section is concerned with the economic aspect of the decision-making process, which mainly includes knowledge of neoclassical theory, whose basis is the cardinal and ordinal concept of utility maximization. Subsequently there are introduced the alternative approaches to decision making, focusing on the subjective aspects of human reasoning. Using the mutual synthesis of these approaches, the author draws a term behavioral economics, specific elements of which constitute a substantive content of the whole work. The practical section verifies the hypothesis that the decision-making contradicts the theory of rational individual conduct. Data collected through the questionnaire is subjected to analytical procedures by which the stated hypothesis was verified.

Partnership and Sexuality of Mentally Affected People in Connection with Their Escort Men

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. In the present work we study methods used for content based image retrieval. We analyse features based on color, shape, texture and spatial relations. We review methods for construction signatures based on this features and their comparison. We touch the segmentation techniques and methods for obtaining hidden semantics in image content. At last but not least ve study some of evaluation metrics for content based image retrieval systems.

Behavior analysis of unskilled negotiators during negotiation

This thesis attempts to map out the negotiation strategies used by unskilled negotiators and among these, to identify those strategies which prevent such negotiators from achieving the most effective outcome. In highlighting such incorrect negotiating strategies, the thesis aims to steer academics away from using such strategies as part of their future teaching material on negotiation strategies. The theoretical aspect of this work describes the theory behind negotiating strategies and maps the features, styles and negotiation procedures which are used during negotiation. The practical part of the thesis interprets results gained from the research which was carried out. This research, which was conducted in the winter semester of the 2013/2014 academic year, involved the staging of bargaining games that were held over five separate sessions as part of the subject "Introductory training of social and management skills".

To Use the Waldorf Pedagogical System in Free-time Activities, or Is It Possible to Use the Waldorf Pedagogical Educational System in Scouting System?

The topic of my work: to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in free-time activities, or is it possible to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in scouting system? This is the reason why in my work I am trying to compare the approach of Steinerov's pedogogical system and scouting methods in upbringing children. The goal of my work is to find compatable elements and different disputes of both systems and by this find out if it is possible to apply the Waldorf system in scouting practices. My work, most of all is based on long terms work and experience in scouting groups and the Waldorf systems is based on theoretical information found in professional and available literature. I deal, mainly, with children's current wishes and demands for free-time activities, and hence at the same time I am trying to find a possibility to modernize scouting upbringing and practices in order for the center to be more interesting especially for children. One of the possibilities I see is found especially in this form of educational system. After stating the requirments for free-time activity I try to completely characterize the current methods, individually important of the area in preactice. Regulation of accounting and taxes in the Republic of Mauritius

The introductory part of the bachelor thesis briefly deals with the legal forms of business in the Republic of Mauritius. The main objective of this work is based on the characterization of accounting regulation in the Republic of Mauritius and bring the national form of accounting regulation. The thesis describes the individual parts of Financial Reporting Standards for Small Entities issued by Financial Reporting Council Mauritius. The Financial Reporting Standards for Small Entities are compared with the International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium Sized Entities at the same time. When the standards were compared, significant conformity and differences were highlighted. The final part is devoted to the tax system of the Republic of Mauritius. This section deals mainly with constructional elements of corporate and personal income tax.

Supervision of volunteers in nonprofit organizations

The theme of the presented bachelor thesis is the process of supervision and the volunteerism. Volunteering is an important subject in today's society and essentials workforce in social work. The aim of this work is to focus on the non-profit sector and try to describe it. Furthermore, there is an explanation of the position of volunteers in these organizations and supervision in social work. Supervision is one of the managerial function in non-profit organizations, which is widely and long-term applied. The thesis wants to show basics, consequences and benefits of volunteer's supervision. Providing supervision is one of the main objectives of the organization to support staff or their volunteers. This bachelor thesis explores volunteering and supervision in two countries, the Czech Republic and Sweden. This thesis compares two different approaches, based on history of these two countries. Volunteering and supervision are very interesting features of the non-profit organizations. The practical part of this thesis comprises from qualitative investigation of different nonprofit organizations. The main theme of this thesis is an analysis, desing and construction of a planetary gearbox used for a drive of a vertical lathe table. The theoretical part of the thesis describes fundamental features and terms of planetary gearboxes and torque motors. In the next part of my work I design loose functioning of toothing. The calculation part of my work is processed in accordance with technical standards. The practical part of my work deals with a description of the project and the implementation of the device. The drawing documentation is processed with Cad system and it includes general assembly drawing and drawings of the three important components.
