The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical one. The practical part consists of quantitative-qualitative research survey. For the qualitative research a method of individually conducted, pre-prepared interviews with representatives of the above mentioned professions. Four research questions were determined, i.e.: 1. To what extent are the healthcare assistants, general nurses and managers in positions of ward sisters aware of the nursing process? 2. Qualitative research was realized through a survey by questionnaire. Students of the last grade of the study field ?Healthcare assistant? and the study programme ?General nurse? were addressed. For the qualitative part of the research survey the following hypotheses were set: 1. Students of the study field ?Healthcare assistant? are oriented in the competences of healthcare assistants and general nurses in accordance with At No. 96/2004 Coll. 2. Students of the study programme ?General nurse? are oriented in the competences of healthcare assistants and general nurses in accordance with At No. 96/2004 Coll. 3. Students of the study field ?Healthcare assistant? perceive the determined competences for individual fields as a tool for quality professional care. 4. Students of the study programme ?General nurse? perceive the determined competences for individual fields as a tool for quality professional care. In total, 200 questionnaires were distributed, and subsequently, 142 of correctly completed questionnaires were evaluated. The output of this thesis is the verification of the present status of the issue in question. The results will be provided to nursing care managers in the researched healthcare facilities where they could help to improve the management of healthcare activities. Furthermore, the results could be offered to the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, namely to the Working Committee for transformation of non-medical healthcare professions in the Czech Republic the main work objective of which is the amendment of Act No. 96/2004 Coll.

Englerová, Anna ; Zeman, Martin (advisor) ; Vebrová, Ludmila (referee)
Author examines a way of allocation of governmental financial resources to municipalities in locations preselected for deep geological repository. She is searching for a way how to add a motivational incentive to the process of allocation of financial resources in order to improve municipalities attitude towards deep geological repository. Hypothesis, examined in this thesis, contains two related questions. It is assumed that (1) amount and structure of financial resources can significantly affect municipalities decision making and also that (2) current mechanism of allocation of compensations is ineffective and does not create sufficient incentives. Currently (end of the year 2016), negotiations between government and municipalities are in crisis despite significant financial compensation from government nuclear account to the municipalities. This thesis have potential to change municipalities negative stance on deep geological repository through motivational model of resource allocation. Theoretical part reviews basic economic background and introduces historical, sociological, technological and economic views of radioactivity and deep geological repository. In practical part author analyzes socio-economic situation, compares evolution of transfers from government to municipalities with their attitude towards deep geological repository in time and shows that current system of resource allocation does not motivate the municipalities to change their stance on deep geological repository. That confirms second part of our hypothesis. Author also proposes a motivational model of resource alllocation. She confirms its viability by comparing it with similar models from other countries, by surveying mayors of concerned municipalities and also by examining experts opinion. Verification of the model confirmed its motivational effect. By that, first assumption of our hypothesis, that structure of resource allocation can significantly affect municipalities decision making, was confirmed.

The analytical part confirms the ongoing process of the real and nominal convergence throughout the period, but its course is varied during different times of the period. In conclusion, it is found that the rate varied by the convergence processes and in fact positively affected the V4 countries, that joined the European Union. The incoming dynamics of the convergence, especially the prices, were significantly disrupted by the economic crisis.
