Buchta, Marek ; Polívka, Michal (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor´s thesis was effective usage of telecommunication‘s educational interface. The main aim of my thesis was to teach software and hardware versions of telecommunication‘s educational environment TIMS from Emona Instruments company. Also the goal of this paper was to design effective usage of educational environment in laboratories in the subject called Access and transport nets. There was a selection of three exercises suitable for these laboratories. These exercises were designed and implemented. Each of these exercises contains extensive theoretical introduction to solve problems, exercise assignment, block diagrams for visual understanding and for insight into measurement and detailed instructions to measurements. After all exercises have been completed exemplary protocols were created. The first exercise carried out was PCM coding and encoding in which students would be introduced with pulse code modulation, its advantages and disadvantages in way of acquiring high-quality broadcast. Second exercise was to focus on the introduction of quadrature amplitude modulation and phase shift keying. Target of the last exercise is to introduce students with binary data transmission via voiceband and factors affecting this transmission.

Manipulation in the pedagogical interaction - Teacher as a victim of manipulation
Harder, Petra ; Valenta, Josef (referee) ; Koťa, Jaroslav (referee)
The overwhelming majority of the public has very distorted beliefs about the teaching profession and in addition to that, the public shows the tendency to blame the teachers even for those problems which fall outside the scope of their authority. In spite of the fact that the pedagogical interaction is influenced by many factors and that it never concerns a one-way process, society refuses to admit any joint responsibility in the upbringing and educating of the next generation. Instead of offering a helping hand, the work of almost every teacher is to a large extent made more difficult if not directly wasted by the interference of many external and internal factors, which is reflected in negative way in the entire system of our education. Unless society becomes conscious of how important and challenging the teaching profession is and does not secure better working conditions for all teachers, not only the teachers themselves will be the victims of very dissatisfactory conditions in our educational system, but all participating parties who join the pedagogical interactions.

Results and Conclusions: This research has indicated the possibility of physical intervention in form of balance- related practice as part of the preparation before the cross-country skiing season begins. It has proven that selected balance-related excercise can be applied with no limitations during the physical education classes for visually impaired pupils. After the physical intervention, the majority of tested individuals showed improvements in their indicators of dynamic balance, as proved by the walking test in terrain with blinded...

Professional drivers and first aid
KŘÍŽOVÁ, Radmila
The thesis called ``Professional drivers and first aid`` is concerned with professional drivers´ knowledge of providing first aid and their further education in this field. Based on the statistics a car accident occurs every three minutes and a man dies in car accidents every eight minutes. To save men´s lives the first minutes are the most important. Professional drivers are regularly trained in traffic regulations but health care preparation is not usually included or it is only a side issue. A quantitative research was accomplished and the objectives and hypotheses were stated. The data were collected through an anonymous questionnaire containing 29 questions. The questionnaires were distributed to professional drivers in the districts of Jihlava and Znojmo. The research set consisted of 112 respondents with the prevalance of lorry drivers. The research proved that the drivers know emergency call numbers. They know how to provide first aid but they are not informed of new methods, especially in resuscitation. Most drivers admit that a regular training of first aid should be included in professional trainings and the education in this field is unsufficient. The research indicated that professional drivers need more training of first aid as well as other people.

The specifics of management (leading) personnel selection within the Czech education system compared with the management personnel selection within a non-educational field
Strejcovská, Barbora ; Krutská, Dagmar (advisor) ; Hamerníková, Dana (referee)
My bachelor thesis deals with the difference between the selection and subsequent allocation of human resources to managing posts within the educational sphere and commercial sector. The thesis is based on longitudinal monitoring of the described differences and uses basic knowledge of personal psychology including modern psychological methods of personality typology. The thesis works with the results of an elementary empirical examination of persons within the educational, noneducational, public and private sector, based on the outputs of MBTI personality questionnaire ((Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). The aim of the thesis is not only to describe the basic differences of both approaches. It also tries to offer elementary or rather basal solution proposals as a part of the currently in progress changes within the Czech educational system, using inspiring material of the so called White Book of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Practical use of this paper lies above all in the field of the optimalization of the use of school management human resources and that is in direct relation to schools established by the Prague City Hall.
