Na úvod se věnuje definici samotného trhu a výzkumu trhu, poté se zaměřuje na výběr respondentů a podrobněji se zabývá dotazníkem. Ke konci práce jsou uvedeny expertní metody a příklad na frekvenční test, který sama autorka prováděla.

Financial impacts of the economic crisis on Czech festivals of classical music

The main objective of this thesis is to map and interpret the financial impacts of the economic crisis on a selected group of classical music cultural events by describing the influence of the possible decline in financial resources on their output and efficiency. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical basis of culture financing and cultural policy in the Czech Republic and sums up the fundamental economic theories of the behaviour of economy during economic crisis, thus providing a starting point for further interpretation of the performance of these organizations. The second part of this thesis comprises qualitative research of possible variables on a representative sample of classical music festivals. The research is carried out through a content analysis of their annual reports and a secondary analysis of other data provided by relevant institutions. The final section of the thesis attempts to evaluate the impact of the economic crisis on the cultural sector, to confirm or disprove the initial premises and to evaluate generally the financial stability of the Czech classical music festivals.

The rendition service for the seniors in the region of Říčany city

My diploma focuses on the issue of care for senior citizens.I deal with the providing of the social services for senior citizens in Ricany region;the goal of my work is to map the region in question from that perspective.Further below I concentrate on the Social Service Legislation used by all providers of social services , on the quality of provided social services , on the terms of community planning , on the selfgoverning regions of Czech Republic etc.I also focus on the problem of the state and private organisations.My empirical section is based on the questionnare completed by the leading staff of social service providers and on the accessible data of Czech Department of Statistics as well as on the information obtained from the relevant institutions located within the Ricany region. The research presented below is dealing with the mapping of the social service facilities, with the level of their utilization as well as with the public demand for these facilities and for their services.

Analysis of current situation and trends in distribution channels in the German market

The objective of this master's thesis is to analyse trends in distribution in the German market and evaluate their importance in the retail environment. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the issue of distribution from a theoretical perspective. Analysis of the German economy and retail environment serves as a basis for further elaboration of the thesis. In the German market is growing the importance of the e-commerce and there is a tendency of integration of distribution channels. The current situation and trends in distribution channels as well as the trends of the future are outlined on the basis of secondary data. The analysis is completed by qualitative research, which determines the potential use of current trends.

Implementation of the Smart Metering Systems in Energetics in Slovakia

The goal of the Master´s thesis is to map the actual situation of transformation of power energy sector to smart grid, find answers to some of the major questions concerning the implementation of smart metering systems, evaluate societal and economic costs and benefits, evaluate trends in legislation, compare the situation in Slovakia with other peer countries from the European Union, and create a follow-up recommendations for Slovakia based on this assessment. The thesis includes detailed critical analysis of the CBA, originally created for Slovakia, using benchmarking with countries with a different calculation approach. The used methodology in this work is a research of available resources, qualitative research of case studies, break-down of the CBA, and expert research through interviewing. The outcome is evaluation of economic and societal contributions of smart metering systems and mapping the process and state of the implementation.

The Value of CSR for Czech Consumers

Nowadays consumers purchasing behavior is influenced by new factors such as the social and environmental implication of companies. This is why Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a growing trend which companies need to look after carefully. However implementing an efficient CSR strategy is a complex process for corporations; especially since the core concept of CSR remain quite blurry. The goal of this study is to analyze the perception of consumers towards CSR to find out about the value creation that CSR produce for consumers and its impact on their purchasing behavior. This paper will ultimately help companies to implement their CSR strategy more efficiently. This study aims to contribute by conducting an in-depth analysis of consumers attitudes and behavior towards CSR. If most of researchers are using a quantitative approach this study means to deal with the issue with a qualitative perspective. Indeed twelve semi-structured interviews will support the findings. On top of those practical and physical interviews some theoretical knowledge will be added to the construction of the argument especially to bring a framework that shows the importance of all types of value creation (functional emotional and social). The findings of the thesis emphasize the facts already proven by other researchers; value creation is fundamental to make consumers care about CSR. However the study will show how much skepticism towards CSR can impact negatively consumers purchasing behavior. The research will help companies implementing more successful CSR strategy and develop new solutions to reach customers and influence their purchasing behavior through the creation of value for them.

Kvalita pečovatelských služeb na Rakovnicku

The thesis "Quality of home help services in Rakovnicko" deals with the quality of home help services in the region of former administrative district Rakovník in the Central Bohemia Region of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretic and empiric. The theoretic part deals with the context of home help services. The changes in old age which develops in seniority are discussed. The attention is paid to social services which above all the seniors draw. In this part the definition, purpose, characteristics and division of social services are explained. Further the thesis deals with founders, providers and clients of social services. The area of home help services is described in more details from the historic and present point of view. The concept of home help services in use practise is integral part of it. The conclusion of theoretic part introduces the problems of quality in social services and quality in general. The introduction of the empiric part deals with the characteristics of home help services in Rakovnicko, where the research was carried out. Title ofthesis : Cryotherapy is oppurtunity for the regeneration ofsportsmen Goal of the project : To map and compare information of c:ryotherapy center and places that provide c:ryotherapy application in the Czech Republic. Ifthere is a regulary and properly train information of cold effect for body and prove to provide. On the basis ofthis is determination the quality of information giving to clients and experience ofsportsmen clients at information about influence of cold and this procedure. To find out how the method is used and whether are conditions an fulfiled. Metb.ods :For research I use an exploratory method.The collection of dates was executed by public inguiry and guestionnaires PO:tv1S. The getting dates of particular items was evaluated by qualitative method. Results : This reseach charted cryotherapy centres in the Czech Republic. There was established professional skill specialists served in each of all questionnairy cryotherapy centres. However safety ofthe clients is provided in part only. The clients should have to udergo medical examinations. But these ones are not realised in some of them. The results of this rescach ís cryotherapy centres and sportsmen are deficienty ínformation. The structure of the game performance in football - trends of the chosen indicators of individual and team game performance in the specific sight (fast break)

Název práce: Struktura herního výkonu - trendy vybraných ukazatelů individuálního a týmového herního výkonu ve specifickém zaměření (rychlý protiútok) The structure of the game performance - trends of the chosen indicators of individua! and team game performance in the specific sight (fast break) Cíle práce: Analyzovat herní systém realizovaný formou rychlého protiútoku na úrovni elitní fotbalové výkonnosti. Metoda: Výzkum byl proveden metodou nepřímého pozorování videozáznamů přímých přenosů, které vysílala Česká televize z MS 2006. Analyzováno bylo pět vybraných mužstev. Kaž~é mužstvo bylo sledováno minimálně ve třech utkáních.. K výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýza. Výsledky: Do výsledkové části jsem zařadil vždy výsledky kvantitativní analýzy a kvalitativní analýzy sledovaného mužstva, grafické nákresy všech úspěšných rychlých protiútoků jsem uvedl do příloh. Získané výsledky byly použity při hledání vývojových trendů v herním systému rychlého protiútoku na úrovni elitní fotbalové výkonnosti a také jako podklady pro tréninkový proces. TITLE Preparation issues ofteen-agers between the ages of 16 - 18 years GOAL OF THE WORK The goals of my work were to outline the training model in the Czech Republic, monitoring of players complex effort of FC Victoria Pilsen, next the detection of negatives in game activities in matches and suggestion the training steps to removing realized negatives. METHODS Research was realized by direct and indirect observation methods, mainly using DVD records of teenagers 1st match. There were used qualitative and quantitative analyses of game activities. RESULTS Analysis should reveal some new facts. Results should define requirements for improvement oftechnical and tactical maturity ofindividua! in activities.
