The issue of employment of people with visual disabilities to the example of people in České Budějovice

The present thesis deals with problems related to employment of visually impaired people in České Budějovice. The theoretical part deals with the definition of persons with visual impairment and their classifications, focus on possibilities for education and support for visually impaired people. Then I describe the legislative conditions in the process of employing such individuals and define the most important issues related to the employment of persons with visual disabilities. The empirical part interpret the results of our own research. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of the employment problem of visually impaired people. Research assumption is that job opportunities for persons with visual disabilities can improve their higher education or retraining course completion. Context research complemented with information about the attitudes of respondents, involving one of its own to the visual handicap and problems associated with information deficit, communication or technical barriers. The research part interprets the results of the specified issues of employment of the visually impaired in České Budějovice through case studies and using semi-structured interviews and observations.

The situation of disabled persons in the labour market in the main City of Prague in 2014 and 2015

The topic of this thesis are disabled people. The main goal of this thesis is describe the situation th these people in the labor market of Prague. This description is based on the founded data and the specialized literature. There will be explained the concepts of labour market, unemployment, aktive employment policy first in the theoretical part. There are for the next time explained the concepts of disabled people, thein characteristics, different type of these disabilities, legislativ of the employnment of these people, rehabilitation programmes and the enterprises with more 50 % share of employed disabled people. The practical part is based on the analysis of the selected dates of Český statistický úřad and Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. There is included my own anonymus questionnaire research of selected eemployers. The goal of this research is to show, how is the situation of the employers and the diabled people in Prague. It was found by using this research, that the situation in our main city is very positive. Employers offer many employments to disabled people, althoug they don't have to do that and they don't have any statutory obligation.

Title: Rehabilitation of patients with spastic form of Infantile Cerebral Palsy from the perspective of physiotherapy Abstract: The thesis deals with the rehabilitation of persons with cerebral palsy, physiotherapy intervention for appropriate regular exercise and the impact on quality of life of people with cerebral palsy. The theoretical part describes the introduction to the issue - the definition of the correct terminology, and problems of cerebral palsy - its characteristics, prevalence, classification, diagnosis, etiology and appropriate intervention. The practical part is focused on physiotherapy intervention. The aim of the thesis is to determine the impact of selected interventions on quality of life of people with cerebral palsy. The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. The first deals with free movement of labour in the EU, working migration and approving of professional qualification. The second analyses the possibilities and conditions of enforcing of Czech people to the German labour market before and after 1. 5. 2011. It focuses on statistics of Czech people working in Germany, analyses the barriers restraining Czech people from enforcing to the German labour market and its consequences for both countries.

Transport of Dangerous Substances in the Czech Republic

The topic of the diploma written assignment is "Transport of Dangerous Substances in the Czech Republic" and it was chosen for elaboration of the wholesome view on the road, train, ship and plane transportation of the hazardous materials and mixtures. These transportations represent a possible risk of damage to life, health, property or environment for the society. Hazardous materials and mixtures nowadays are being transported in large measures and there is an assumption in the future that the volume of the transported hazardous materials and mixtures will increase. For elaboration of this written assignment three hypothesis were given: a) Legal regulations of the European Union and the Czech Republic solve the problematic of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures well enough. b) The public has enough information about the transportation of the hazardous chemical substances or mixtures. c) People that work in the field of the transportation of hazardous materials or mixtures are well informed about the transportation of hazardous chemical substances or mixtures. For determining whether the legal regulations solve the problematic of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures well enough the literary sources which deal with this issue, legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union and other international agreements were used. After working through these sources it was found out that the international, the EU and Czech legal regulations or agreements solve this issue well enough and emphasis is given on convergence of legal regulations of all transportations. Implementation of international agreements and legal regulations of the European Union into the legal regulations of the Czech Republic happens in the present time very fast and without failures. For figuring out the awareness of the public and awareness of the people working in the field of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures for the diploma written assignment on the topic of "The Transportation of Hazardous Materials and Mixtures on the Territory of the Czech Republic" there was a quantitative research made. The quantitative research was made with the help of handed out questionnaires. The public was represented by the employees of the Regional Municipalities of the Czech Republic. Both of the groups were given the same questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire research were evaluated, expressed in percentage and statistically assessed. For the statistical assessment the double selection T-test was used to find out whether the difference between the assessed groups is statistically important. People working in the transportation of hazardous substances and mixtures have sufficient information which was confirmed by the questionnaire research. By the made statistical assessment it was found out that the difference between the groups is statistically significant and so the public does not have sufficient information related to the transportation of hazardous substances and mixtures. Due to the results of the questionnaire research and mainly that the hypothesis b) - The public has enough information about the transportation of hazardous chemical substances or mixtures was not confirmed. In the conclusion of the written assignment there are a couple of suggestions for improvement of the awareness of the public. For example as a part of education at primary and high schools and training schools where this education is already running as a part of The Protection of Human during Incidents. This education has been going on since 2003. And that is why the older people in the public are not well met with this issue and they should be introduced to it by for example a media campaign by means of short TV spots on public television channels or by means of spots that already the Independent BESIP Department of the Ministry of Transportation makes up. These spots are called Besipky.

Coping strategies of people with HIV

Facing a traumatic event, such as being diagnosed with HIV, require developing of coping mechanism. The purpose of this study in the theoretical part was to give a review of psychological aspects of HIV and inform about research of coping strategies among people with HIV/AIDS. The second purpose of this study was to show typical coping strategies of people with HIV in Czech Republic. Five asymptomatic participants were interviewed, the time since diagnosis was 3-14 years (mean age 7,6), the age in the sample was from 31 to 44 years, (mean age 36,0 years) It seems, that the way of reaction to diagnosis differ from the way they cope now, so the strategies can possibly change in the future. Our participants develop these strategies of coping: rational problem solving, self-appraisal, hedonism and religiosity/search for meaning

Sports and social centre - reconstruction

This thesis solves reconstruction of the community center in the village Částkov where work was the subject of energy-efficient and adapt the layout of buildings a new purpose use. It is designed thermal insulation of the building envelope, exchanging heat source with respect to the use of renewable energy and static security buildings in the form of newly built ceiling construction of the supporting steel rolled profiles and reinforced concrete slabs. The building will serve the public amenities and is necessary to ensure barrier-free movement of people into the building and inside it. The second part is to solve the surrounding buildings. It is designed multifunctional sports and sports areas of social security. The basis for the development of the scientific literature, technical standards, regulations and current studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

The People with the Mental Impairment in the Role of Parents

My bachelor thesis is called "People with a mental impairment in the role of parents ". This work is divided into two parts. In the first part I describe the term mental retardation, its history and division. This problem has connection with human rights, particularly the right to marriage and the right to have children. I write about the social support for people with mental retardation before the childbirth and after the birth. I describe sexual competences according to the level of mental impairment and the problems in partner relations. I give suggestions how to prepare for the time of pregnancy, childbirth and care for the child. Some possibilities of living in the sheltered or supported housing are offered here. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis I try to find out the attitudes of people working with adults with a mental impairment. Should these people have babies?
