Problems of persons with disabilities in the context of the integration into working life

The thesis describes the current issues of employment of persons with disabilities with special focus on the Tábor region in 2010. In the theoretical part are described the possibilities of fulfilling the mandatory proportion of employers, explained the concept of a person with disability, the working conditions of persons with disabilities and employer contributions to the Labour Bureau. Object of my research were the companies employing people with disabilities in the region of Tábor. The sample consisted of 182 employers. Mandatory share, which under the Employment Act must be met, it is usually implemented through a combination of employment options of persons with disabilities and the purchasing of products or services.

Řízení lidí v multikulturním prostředí

The main objective of the thesis was to define and analyze key aspects of managerial work in multicultural environment, in one of the Shared Services Center department, of multinational company based in Prague, Czech Republic. Further thesis aimed to define essential competencies of the successful manager and leader driving performance of multicultural department and provides recommendations to improve managerial performance in key aspects of manager s work such as communication, motivation, performance management and cross-cultural leadership. It is argued that presence of intercultural interactions between managers and their subordinates, impacts effectiveness of the managerial performance. Thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. First part of the thesis explores theoretical concepts regarding culture, communication, motivation and leadership with respect to multicultural environment specifics. In the second part, used research methods, conducted research analysis and outcomes are presented. Further in practical part recommendation towards analyzed aspects of managerial work that would lead to higher overall department performance are defined.

Risk group of persons with disabilities on the labour market in Prague from 2005 to 2015

The theoretical part of the Bachelor Thesis comprehensively illustrates the status and representation of persons with disabilities (PWD) on the current labour market in the Czech Republic. In a general manner, the Thesis looks at the employment policy as well; especially its legislative basis in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Furthermore, the legal obligations of employers of PWD and the possibilities of fulfilling the mandatory share of PWD employment are stated. Findings of two qualitative employment studies are presented showing that PWD enter the labour market equipped with specialized competencies, which they are willing to complete by retraining programmes in case of need. The employers perceive the employment of PWD mainly as a financial profit, granted to them by the state; and the legislative conditions are a sufficient incentive for them. The questionnaire survey pointed out that the weakness in the employment of PWD is the lack of part-time jobs, which are highly demanded among them. Therefore the Thesis presents a solution, which could be the creation of shared work positions.

Ethicotherapy in Conception of Vladimír Vogeltanz

I wrote about ethicotheraphy because I'm interested in psychosomatic view of diseases in my work. In the first part I focused on a historical view of connection among body, soul and health. There are also chapters in which I introduced history of psychosomatic approach and ethicotheraphy generally with its methodical approach. In the second part I compared a relationships between the doctors with their patients and the ethicotherapists with their clients was compared, too. I described the ways of work in the ethicotheraphy and their clients and I mentioned a profit of disease. In the third part I wrote about a cancer in ethicotheraphy view. Canistherapy and Hypotherapy As the Treatment Method on the Handicapped People

The work describes two zootherapy alternatives - canistherapy and hypotherapy. At first; on the theoretical level intents on course of the therapy, on the selection of the suitable animals and on the choice of the experienced therapeuts. Canistherapy and hypotherapy take advantage of the children, of the handicapped people and the seniors. On basis of practical experience is described the course and the advantage of this therapy with children who suffer from Cerebral palsy. The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. Kidney Transplantation in Theological-Ethical Reflexion

In my diploma work i tried to valued transplant in a christiant (religious) point of view. My essay (diploma work) is consisit of (devided to) two parts - medical part, in which I have written about individual steps made before the exact transplant and I also explained what are the benefits and negatives of transplant. In the first part I also included law issues of transplant in Czech legislation, about the difficulty to donate the organ, perhaps the risk of the individual donors. I described the criteria of death from medical and ethical point of view. In a second part(teological) I have written about the value of the transplant from the ethical point of view, the religious side (reflexion) it means till when the human being is still considered as a person whose dignity has to be (needs to be) respected and whether the human autonomia is the ethical password. From the religious point of view (side) does not exist objection against volunteery transplant donors. Donor transplant is morally accepted with agreement of the donors themself and without excessive (enourmous) risks included. The purpose of th death of the individual is diagnosed (found out) first before the transplant can be donated. The possibility of the donation (transplant) abuse is the organs selling market. Criminality of children and youth

The work deals with youth and children crime. It is concentrated on crime as a whole, it defines the most important terms related to the topic. It points out probable roots of that pathological phenomenon and looks for possible measures leading to its reduction. Considering the field of study, i. e. Pedagogy, a part of the work will be aimed at children's primary social environment, i.e. family and school. Attention will be paid to crime prevention and its categories. Finally, case studies will prove that family, school, education and training are the most important factors forming young people and influencing their behaviour.
