Energy assessment of building

Diplomová práce se zabývá energetickým sektorem v Ruské Federaci se zaměřením na sektor budov a jejich energetickou efektivnost. Je zde vytvořen základní přehled předpi-sů a norem týkajících se sektoru budov a dotační programy vytvořené Ruskou vládou na snížení energetické náročnosti. V praktické části je provedeno energetické hodnocení dané budovy v podmínkách Čr a Ruské Federace. Výpočty energetických bilancí budovy jsou prováděny pro klimatické podmínky daných zemí a v souladu s národními předpisy. Na základě energetických bilancí jsou navrženy opatření na úsporu energie. V závěru je provedeno ekonomické posouzení, s ohledem na rozdílné ceny energií a nákladů na provedení návrhových opat-ření v České republice a Ruské Federaci.

Evaluation of investment project of the company Moravia Sport Group s.r.o.

The topic of the thesis is an evaluation of a real investment project of the company Moravia Sport Group s.r.o. with regard to the current and projected development of macro area, competitive environment and financial analysis results. The aim of this thesis is to give recommendations for the management of the company in order to decide whether to realize or reject the intended project. The theoretical part summarizes the basic analysis, the stages of the investment decision, the parameters entering into the investment evaluation and methods of their evaluation. In its practical part, the thesis initially presents the analysis of the external environment and inner potential of the company performed at first. Subsequently the investment project including its input parameters is introduced and an evaluation of the investment on the basis of defined methods is performed. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the sensitivity analysis and overall assessment of the investment plan.

Evaluation of Czech market with hemp products

Bachelor work deals with situation on the Czech with hemp products. It focuses primarily on the food and cosmetics made of hemp. Work describes hemp, its use in facilites, production technology and history. It also deals with legislatvie restrction both domestically and in the European Union, processin technologies and economics of production. The practical part examines domestic producers of hemp food and cosmetics in detail and inform about major importers and other producers. Part of this work is a comparison of prices of hemp food and hemp cosmetics for the years 2013-2016, External environment analysis using 4C method and evaluation of the situation on the market. The conclusion summarizes the theoretical background and practical.

Cenový výzkum piva Staropramen

Práce rozebírá výsledky vlastního dotazníkového výzkumu mezi českými spotřebiteli piva. Mezi zkoumané okruhy patří znalost domácích pivních značek, maximální únosná cena piva Staropramen, její cenové porovnání s konkurenty a škálové hodnocení její současné obvyklé ceny. Respondenti jsou segmentováni podle věku, vzdělání, místa bydliště a průměrné týdenní spotřeby lahvového piva. Součástí práce je také marketingový profil firmy Pivovary Staropramen.

Based on Contract No. G1042011 with the client fy DIAMO state enterprise Stráž, branch GEAM Lower Rožínka was prepared this interim report, which summarizes the list of works, presents and assesses the findings and results for the period July to September 2013, concerning the evaluation of rock mass quality and geotechnical survey was intended to build an underground gas storage facility.

Environmental risk assessment of ornamental aquaculture

The ornamental aquaculture comprises both outdoor and indoor keeping of aquatic animals and plants for ornamental purpose which is a very popular hobby with many followers worldwide. It is also commercially profitable for specialized producers and vendors. Associated environmental risks include particularly introduction of non-native species, biological invasions and intensive field capture of exploited and marketed species. Since subsequent regulation, mitigation and eradication of naturalised alien species is very difficult and ineffective in many cases, the most important above all is to prevent new introductions. This trend is accented with a short delay in European legislature. The European Union (EU) currently initiates formation of list of the most invasive alien species. Although invasive potential of certain ornamental species such as red-eared slider (Trachemys scripta elegans) is well known, the vast majority of traded species has never been tested and analysed from this point of view. Publications attached to this thesis are focused on monitoring and survey of market with ornamental animals, such as fishes and crayfishes, with special emphasis on list of advertised species, size classes, prices, origin and availability on market. With use of predictive models the probability of naturalisation and potential invasiveness of mentioned ornamental species were estimated. These information are supported by analysis of hobbyist behaviour. Results in present thesis highlight known environmental risks associated with ornamental aquaculture and also show detailed information about overlooked risks from the Czech Republic's as well as from EU perspective. Therefore this thesis should to help formation of aforementioned list of the undesirable species.

Integrative landscape assessment

The ability of landscape to provide services assisting mankind and to directly or indirectly promote it, has witnessed a dramatic decline due to an intensive anthropogenic use of landscape. The interference with the functionality of landscape notwithstanding the measures aimed at protecting landscape and its elements constitutes a response to the economic development and strive for economic profits. The economic development causes (monetarily) 3 calculable damages which are not included in economic balances and decisions concerning activities carried out in landscape. This doctoral thesis aims at contributing to the solution of this issue by developing and testing an integrative assessment method which integrates a complex of circumstances as a starting point for evaluating landscape in terms of its environmental quality.

Trend assessment of foreign trade with selected commodities after Czech Republic entry to EU

This thesis deals with the evaluation and development trend of the foreign trade of timber before and after the Czech Republic joined the European Union, merging the theoretical foundations to ensure understanding of the problems and analyzing data for exports and imports of raw wood for fifteen years. Using annual reports from the Ministry of Agriculture, accurate analysis has been achieved in foreign trade and evaluation of the causes of growth and decline caused by external or internal action. In the end a statistical prediction of the future trend of foreign trade was established.
