It includes informations of different kinds of advertising on the fairs, possibilities and exhibits how efektively turn fairs into a profits. Also which forms are effective and which aren’t. Above all this the bachelor is focused on proposition of the optimal structure of advert on the fairs.

1 Free Access to Information and Public Procurement, Abstract and Keywords Abstract The aim of this thesis is to analyse free access to information of public administration in relation to public contracts, especially in regards with the issue of trade secrets protection in contracts concluded as result of public procurement versus the right to information from public authorities. The thesis focuses on several key aspects of this relationship, the interpretation of which is currently problematic. The thesis examines whether freedom of information legislation applies to all types of contracting authorities, procurements and procurement procedures; whether mandatory disclosures also relate to information on public procurement of the authorities concerned; and whether there may be information provided on request in public procurement. It also focuses on manifestations of restrictions of the right to information in public procurements and manifestations of the right to information in protection of trade secret contained in contracts concluded in public tenders. Corporate foundations' transparency in Czech Republic

This thesis discusses the topic of transparency of corporate foundations in the Czech Republic. This aspect of corporate foundations' activity is important mainly for gaining public trust and legitimacy in the society. The transparency is defined and subsequently researched as disclosure and accessibility of information about foundation on the internet. The purpose of this work is to analyse the level of corporate foundations' transparency and the association of the level of transparency with selected characteristics of foundations and their founding firms. The first, theoretical part describes theoretical background of corporate foundations and transparency including its indicators and determinants. The second, empirical part describes the research, its results and conclusions. The research population consists of all corporate foundations founded in the Czech Republic up to 2014. Two types of transparency were analysed; financial and performance transparency, which were made up of selected indicators. Analysed determinants of transparency were foundation size, foundation age, foundation board size, firm's foreign activity, firm size. Production and publication of a music track in electronic dance music

The bachelor thesis analyses the process of production and publication of a musical composition in the field of electronic dance music. The first part addresses the historical development in nonartificial music, the available marketing, the development and current state of the music industry as well as electronic dance music. The second part of the thesis deals with music production in a home studio, the required budget, the audio editing of the piece, paid and unpaid publication, the interview with electronic dance music producer and offers an analysis of paid propagation of a musical composition. The analysis is developed on the basis of results obtained through the use of paid propagation tools in a specific case study, and measures the overall effectiveness of paid propagation in comparison with non-propagated musical compositions. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze terms of production in electronic dance music, evaluate the effectiveness of paid propagation of musical compositions and to set a recommendation to beginning producers in the field of electronic dance music on the basis of the achieved results and presented calculations.
Assessment of Financial Statements and the Closing of Books in a Chosen Company

The diploma thesis deals with the process of book closing and financial statements applied in particular accounting entity. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first of them defines basic information regarding financial statements and it describes in detail each single step in the process of financial statements. The main part of thesis is dedicated to the preparation of financial statements, analysis of all the steps and following compilation of compulsory financial statements in the particular stock corporation that is famous in brewing industry. The last part deals with evaluation of all the steps during the processing financial statements in the particular company and also with total evaluation of financial statements with suggestions and recommendations for improving the process of financial statements.
Assessment of the Closing the Books Procedures in the Czech Republic and Poland

The thesis presents the evaluation and comparison of processes of the financial statements preparation in the Czech Republic and Poland. It is divided into several parts. In the first - theoretical part there are presented the current laws related to the accounting systems valid in the respective countries. There are also defined the financial statements contents according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In the second part, which is practical, the processes of the financial statements preparation based on the internal directives and financial statements are described. On the specific examples of the real accounting cases the difference between the accounting approaches according to either Czech law or Polish law or IFRS is pointed out. In addition there is also outlined the realized process of IFRS implementation in the Fixed Assets area. In the following part the partial processes are evaluated and the problematic areas formulation and presentation of the proposals for improvement is made. The final part is dedicated to the Czech and Polish accounting and reporting principles comparison.

The thesis concerns with the process of creation of the financial statement and book closing conforming to the legal code of the Czech Republic. Theoretical part deals mainly with the explanation of terms that are closely related to preparatory works which are necessary for creation of financial statement. Preparatory works are prior to closing the accounting period. In addition to that, theoretical part also includes book closing and the description of financial statements which constitute it. These financial statements are Balance sheet, Income statement and Attachments. Several sources of specialized technical literature are used and quoted in this part of the thesis. Theoretical part is followed by practical part in which the process of the book closing and financial statement of selected company is analysed. This analysis is subsequently compared with theoretical foundations. The last part of the thesis evaluates the process of the financial statement of selected company and offers certain improvements.

The tangible assets in accordance with IFRS

Bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of tangible assets in accordance with IFRS and the implementation of standards in particular companies. Work consists of two parts; the theoretical part defines the subject of tangible assets in accordance with IFRS and the practical part deals with the comparison of the reported tangible fixed assets in the companies' accounting. Based on the financial statements, procedures and accounting policies that apply to those assets are evaluated.
