Title: The use of elements of health physical aducation and dance in preschool children and their effect on posture. Objectives: The aim of my thesis is to investigate and find out what is the posture and range of motion in preschool children and to evaluate the effect of dance with elements of health physical education on the posture of these children. Methods: The empirical work is designed as a one-group quasi-experiment. It is a qualitative research where the effect of dance and health exercises on posture in preschool children was investigated. The participants were 8 children aged 4-5 years (4 boys and 4 girls) attending a kindergarten at the DDM in Prague Vinohrady. Qualitative assessment was chosen for the baseline and exit examinations, which were conducted using 4 tests, namely Mathias test, Trendelenburg-Duchenne test, Adams test and Sit and Reach test. Results: The results showed that there was an improvement in posture in the outcome assessment for all the tests. The best results came from the Sit and Reach test, where all eight probands improved. Further, when comparing the results of girls and boys, we found that girls performed better and for the age difference of 4-5 years, it can be concluded that 5 year old children performed better in all aspects. Krajcigr, Jan ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor) ; Prokešová, Eva (referee)
Title: Compensatory exercises for military ski touring Objectives: Create a collection of exercises which is supposed to serve as a guide for compensating muscles imbalances among the Army of the Czech Republic members in the course of military ski touring. Methods: The bachelor thesis corresponds with an analytically-empirically based study of observational type. There were used the design and demonstration methods and methods of descriptive and analytical statistics in the theoretical part. Results: Due to the analysis of the literature review were determined muscles groups which are overloaded during military ski touring. A collection of compensatory exercises with exact methodical descriptions was created. Keywords: compensatory exercise, health exercise, muscle imbalance, military ski touring.

Kinštová, Tereza ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Skalská, Marie (referee)
Effect of health exercises and swimming for women after breast cancer Abstract Defining the problem: The theoretical part of the thesis will be devoted to course of illness and subsequent convalescence of women with breast cancer. We will give a list of suitable health exercises that are applicable in the gym and at home. The next part will be devoted to the benefits of the movement program in the water. We will focus on swimming stroke breaststroke and backstroke. The practical part will contain the data from the input diagnosis before the application motion program, the program and the output diagnosis after four months of movement intervention. Objective: The aim of this work is to create movement program for improvement of locomotive system women after breast ablation, which is composed of the health exercises applicable in the gym and in the water. Method of solution: Probands undergo the entry diagnostic, which is comprised from anthropometry, goniometry and interview about their day's physical activities. Output diagnosis is ensues after four months of movement intervention and it is same as the input diagnosis. The resulting values will be compared. Results: We found that motion intervention we have chosen is after breast ablation akcepted by women and is friendly for them. The application of the...

Title: Determination of the occurrence of poor posture and muscle imbalance of female students agend 15-19 and possibilities of influencing that by elements of health physical education. Objectives: The aim of this study is determination of change in posture and muscle imbalance due to regural health exercise for the period of 3 months Methods: Klein, Thomas and Mayer test method was used to determine posture of each proband. Functional tests of muscles with tendency to shorten were performed according to Bursová (2005), Hošková and Matoušová (2000), Pernicová et al. (1993). Functional tests of muscles with a tendency to become flabby were tested according to Hošková and Matoušová (2000). The method of theoretical analysis and synthesis was used for the chapter "Piece of knowledge" (Štumbauer, 1990). The chapter "Knowledge of data" was processed by Microsoft Office Excel. One-piece non-parametric Wilcoxon test was used to verify the results. Results: In the chapter "Results" we find detailed information about probands, which we have gained from the questionnaire and from a personal interview. Each proband is discussed and evaluated by means of testing posture and muscle imbalance. Keywords: posture, muscle imbalance, muscle balance, testing, tight muscles, flabby muscles, health physical education,...
